FANTASTIC START TO THE SERIES!!!!
It's been a while since I read a good mafia book. I loved how strong and resilient Tori's character was. Lexie Winston really outdone herself with this book.
I can't wait to see what's in store for Tori and Gio in the next book.

Cringe
Where do I start? Besides being overly cliché. We also can add disjointed and completely cringe worthy. This book was so bad, and I mean BAD. How it is possible to follow this all over the place storyline? I actually laughed at every ridiculous moment and event that took place in this hot mess.

Missing the Romance & Over the Top Unbelievable
I can suspend disbelief but to have the lead go from innocent high schooler to mafia boss dominatrix was ridiculous. There was also a real lack of romance or any interesting characters other than her brother. I kept feeling like I was being told a plot vs reading a book. Disappointing based on Neighpalm series.

Interesting book. It is completely in a league of it's own in regards to the premise. The blurb drew me in.
I'm assuming the poly aspect of this story is coming later because I didn't see it in this book. It will be interesting to see what happens next.

What a fantastic new series. This has been my first 5 star read in months - I only give 5 stars a few times a year!
There is so much to this novel. It is raw and gritty. It is family and honour. It is blood and Valor. --> make sure you read the disclaimer if you have triggers.
This story is so unique, from the scenes and the struggles which Tori goes through, but at the same time I think we will all see a little bit of ourselves in Tori. From being let down by those we trust the most or from secrets being withheld, to just needing to break free and find ourselves.
There is so much I could put into this review but it would all lead to spoilers so I won’t.
Book one is slow burn - but no less 🔥🔥. We learn so much about our heroine in book one as she discovers herself, but I can tell it is all important to the series. All the stuff that makes her who she is going to be.
This is a fabulous novel by Lexie Winston, such a strong start to a new series - and Lexie always backs up with the next book. Book 2 has now become my most anticipated book to be released.

This book I wouldn't say is dark per say, this coming from someone that reads a lot of dark romance, but there are situations that can be triggering. I have seen bad reviews on this book because of this but the author does give ample warnings about what is in this book, please read them before you dive in! If you make it pass those you won't regret reading this book. I thought it was great, my heart went out to Tori and I cannot wait for book 2, cause this does end on a cliffhanger!

It's not often that a book leaves me speechless, but Secrets Kept did. I couldn't stop reading once I started. Ms. Winston has a way of completely drawing the reader in. She doesn't shy away from the ugliness of life. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

Super good book!!!! I loved it. I am so excited for the next one to come out. There were so many cute moments that got me attached to the main characters; those moments show a different side of these cold, ruthless siblings.

I have to admit, I spent the very first few chapters of this book so angry. You might even say….fangry!!
Angry about the situation Tori found herself in, angry at the betrayal that she suffered, and just hatin’ on the one person she was supposed to be able to let her guard down with!
But our FMC Tori isn’t one to let things go. She comes from a strong mafia family who makes it their business to take their pound of flesh. And Tori is a self proclaimed mafia princess who may have a slight issue with her anger.🤣🤷🏻♀️
Let’s just say, she may let some things go for awhile…but she will definitely be back to refresh your memory of why it’s never a good idea to cross paths with Azrael.
This book was very different from what I thought it would be, different in the most delightfully stabby of ways!!!🤣
If you enjoy a strong FMC who isn’t afraid to fly her flag and be true to herself and the vision of becoming the woman she has always dreamed she could be, then this is definitely the book for you!

Secrets Kept starts with a bang and never stops.
Tori is an easily lovable character. One you want to hug and make things better for; but she is so strong too.
I love the relationship that she has with her brother Gio. I also love her internal honesty. She’s real.
There are characters you will love (Sage) and characters you will love to hate (Stacey)!!
Secrets Kept is my first Mafia story and I wasn’t sure if I would like it. I didn’t need to worry though. Lexie made it an easy transition for me and now I want more!!! LOL.
Secrets Kept has deep pain & sadness, laugh out loud humor, danger, and some awesome sexual play.
This book is HOT!!! With depth and a great story.
You will definitely love this one!!!!!

Lexie Winston does it again! Secrets Kept is dark, twisted and intriguing. I was hooked from the prologue! I love a book that makes you feel all the feelings and Secrets Kept hit every one of them!
Tori is AMAZING and I’m looking forward to her revenge. Lord knows she deserves to dole it out. She has a very close relationship with her brother, Gio, and he’s been the one constant in her life. After her whole world is flipped upside down when she is betrayed and then she finds out she’s a mafia princess, he is one of five people she trusts.
By far my favorite character is Sage though. (I am still shipping Sage and Tori - I don’t even care that it’s not likely to happen.) I can’t even put into words how much I love this guy and we truly only know a fraction of his story.

Hot as sin!
This book was alot of things. While I'm generally not good with FF. this book took me by surprise. I love the Tori is honestly trying to figure out her sexuality, but doesn't push herself. I did like that our FMC had to endure a traumatic event to make her a strong and very smart woman. I love that the story leads into her becoming a strong leader and that they are working to weed out a traitor. I can't wait to see where Tori, Good, and Sage end up. I also can't wait to see how the original best friend is punished! This book was exciting, action packed and kept me wanting more. Why is gio sneaking off and being shady? Who are Gio's college roommates? Will tori end up with sage? Gahh I'm quite excited for book two!

This book has it all 💋💋
I seriously loved this book! Seeing Tori go through this amazing journey was fascinating to watch. I truly love her relationship with her family and her strong confidence that builds as she goes through some horrible stuff. I can't wait for the next book to see where she goes with her revenge of her ex-BFF, adding more lovers/partners to her love life. My heart broke with the continued tragedy and loss she experienced but I am confident that she is only going to come back stronger and truly be the Boss B we expect her to be. I know I for one can't wait to see it! ❤

I liked it but there are some issues with this book.
There is an information dump at the start of the book once the father reveals his work and its just a bit much and would have read better had it all been slowly introduced.
Also the complete change in character overnight is slightly unbelievable, this could have been explored better.
Tori goes from clueless wallflower to a comedic badass in a few chapters, its too much at once. Having read this author before i have no doubt she will pull it all together and further books will be better. Certain parts where rushed and others dragged all to set her up for her current persona in next book and i think it has hurt this book flow

absolutely fantastic!
I stumbled across this book while looking for another book Lexie had recently released. I can honestly say that it completely blew away all expectations.
It’s unlike any other mafia type book I’ve read, love that we get to see Tori from the beginning and her entry into this world.
This book is extremely well written with lots of detail and emotion, those steamy scenes were so graphic.
The twists and suspense, also that ‘unknown factor’ had me not being able to put the book down until the very last word.
I loved this book and can’t wait to read more in this series,

Wow. This latest book of Lexie’s is absolute perfection rolled into violence, blood and mayhem. The darker themes in this book is exactly what I was wanting and then they blew through all of my expectations! If you are looking for something dark pick this book up and read it! You will not be disappointed! I can not get over the twists and turns of how this book has turned out. Honestly this is story just wow! I seriously can not wait for this story to continue and develop!

Oh that was dark, twisted and made me question a few things about myself. This is a different book style then Lexie’s other series but man it was amazing. I loved how we get such amazing detail and background on how Tori came to be the person you see now while still having a few things left as a cliffhanger that kept me intrigued until the end of the book.
I cannot wait to see where book 2 takes us on this journey! Would highly recommend to those who like a walk on the dark side.

This book is phenomenal!!!! Loved the poly romance mafia action to it. I could not put it down. It's intense, witty, drop your jaw to the floor, hell no did that just happen, sitting on the edge of your seat kind of book. I would recommend a glass of wine while reading this cause your gonna need it while taking this wild ride! The characters are amazing and did I mention hot... highly recommend you start this book ASAP. You wont regret it at all!

Alright I love Lexi Winston!! Her abandoned girl series is amazing but this is freaking amazing!!! I didn’t think she would write something like this but it’s one of my favorite mafia reads!!!! So so so good. Read it in one afternoon because I just couldn’t put it down! So worth the read!!! Can’t wait for the next one!!! There is spice in here but I think the story pulled me in that I didn’t mind that it felt more slow burn. So good though!!!!

I don’t usually enjoy mafia stories, but I loved this. Honestly, after the opening to this book, I wasn’t sure I was going to like Tori, but then we find out what happened before and how she got there, and I was hooked. I loved the relationship between Tori and her brother. Sage is awesome, and I’m so intrigued by the brothers roommates. Tori is out for revenge and I can’t wait to go on the ride with her :)

I really enjoyed this book. From the start you meet a very strong hard main character, but then you learn backstory and it grips you. You learn how they become the person they are.
The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is I wanted more of the relationships to grow, but I am guessing that will be in book 2. I feel like like is the book setting you up for the main storyline to come in the books to come.

Things I liked about this book. Gio and Tori, they have a close relationship, unbreakable bond. Gio, roommate Xavier and Tristan and their sibling Casey who caught Gio’s eyes. According to his sister Tori he only ever dates skanks and she was surprised he was enamoured. Things I didn’t like, her ex best friend Stacey, a real piece of shit. Tori knew her friend was up to something but even she couldn’t have predicted what she did.
The pace of the story was really slow and it struggled to keep my interest but I kept going because I wanted the revenge. I wanted Stacey to suffer.

This was another great read. I'm loving Tori and Gio. Stacey is an evil opportunist lil c+nt. What she did to her supposedly best friend Tori was atrocious and I can't wait til Tori and her brother Gio get her back. She's gonna wish she was never born. I hope the find out who had their family and aunt killed and who ever else is out to get them and deal with them accordingly.💜💜

Really loved tori she is awesome and badass and gio sounds 🔥 enjoyed the story line aswell was gutted when daddy and carla died and I cant wait for stacey to get her butt kicked by tori. Loving sage he sound hot as hell and really hope to see the other 2 boys in the next book 😊

What a start to a brand new series!!!
I could not put this book down. It's dark, gritty and real. Tori is a strong, but damaged FMC, who is betrayed by her so called best friend and learns of her family's secret all within 24hrs. I can't wait to see who her love interests are and how their story progresses through the series. Looking forward to book 2.

Wow, wow and wow, this story was everything! You have a character development, action and just amazing moments of Victoria being the badass mafia princess she truly is. I loved that Lexi took us through Victoria journey and we saw her grow to being the angel of death. I loved Gio (what are you hiding Gio) and Sage there were amazing. I can’t to wait to see what other men Victoria adds to harem. The ending killed me! I want to see Victoria get her revenge. I can’t wait for next book of this series and see where Victoria story ends up being.

I'm intrigued to know where this story goes but I feel confused and untrustworthy of everyone including Gio. Multiple POVs would have been cool. I was expecting Tori to be more involved with individuals but everything seems to he arms length to her. Zero attachments even when she potentially has a physical attraction.
