Until one day he did, and everyone assumed we would wed.

Then war arrived and brought a forgotten Alpha back into my life.

Gage, the mysterious warrior I found injured in the woods. Son of a clan king, he is also our enemy.

I can’t deny that I want Gage.

But I want Brandon too.

Then I revealed ...

Now both men want me.

Good lord that was steamy!

I love this series and L.V. Lane. She never fails to deliver a hot AF book. I love how much this book tied into the last one. In my opinion, this series should be read in order. As this series has progressed, the world building has just gotten better and better. I can’t wait for the next instalment!

A Lady in the streets, but a freak in the bed is right!!

Oh man this was a raunchy, raw, dirty smutfest of an Omegaverse, but all wrapped inside a great Medieval historical romance.

This really was a sweet enemies to lovers sorta story, between an upcoming Alpha king, Gage, and the long time thorn in his side Beta wolf shifter, Brandon, and the late blooming Omega, Jessa, who ties them all together.

There was so much packed in this, I find myself struggling to put everything into words. So much happened with political clan fighting and betrayal, infighting with sides for war and sides for peace. While also following a timeline from young un's to adults how the Goddess intertwined Gage, Brandon, and Jessa's lives so that when the time came that they needed to band together to protect each other they knew it was destined.

Gage, was such a delicious alpha. Dominant yet caring and fair. Brandon was a saucy, sexy wolf shifter, as alpha as a Beta could be. Jessa was sweet and innocent but a compassionate caretaker. Their story was so well done. Again it had all the crazy filthy smutty things you expect in a good Omegaverse, but it wasn't just that. It didn't dominate the story, it really helped tie them all together.

This was so good. I really am having a hard time putting my thoughts into words because my head's still buzzing after reading this, and that's saying something. I stayed up all night to finish it; I couldn't put it down. The characters were amazing, their chemistry was out of this world, and the storytelling superb! How can something be sweet and yet so hot you gotta kick your covers off when reading? I don't know but that's the magic that L.V. lane performed with this.

Even though this is an ARC review, I will always shoot you straight. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

2.5 - 3 stars!

Well...most of my Goodreads friends really enjoyed this. Me however? I was mostly confused through the entire story lol.

description

This is the sixth book in the Omega Prey series and based on reviews I decided not to read the other books. Maybe I should have...so I guess that's on me. Claimed For Their Pleasure tells the story about Jessa who is an Omega but her Omega genes are latent. She is obsessed with Brandon, an Alpha wolf shifter, and Gage, an Alpha warrior prince in another clan. Their story happens over a period of time. There is a war happening...kind of maybe?

Brandon decides he wants Jessa but Gage does too but Brandon has to submit to Gage but there is no MM. Together they could stop the war and bring people together. They get a HFN ending in my opinion. Like I said I was mostly confused and bored through this whole story. I didn't find the steam hot and I didn't find any of the characters intriguing. Overall, if you like Omegaverse then you may like this but I'm not sure I would recommend it or read it again.

Intriguing follow up to book 4, "Trained For Their Pleasure", this one allows us to see many things that we did not get to witness in book 4 regarding the issues there.

This one also gives us a nice history set up between Jessa and her Beta wolf 🐺 Brandon, and her Alpha, Gage.. how these 3 eventually come together was very entertaining to witness..

This one is not nearly as...👀 or chock full of debauchery as book 4, but it is still VERY intense in the emotional, as well as the physical reveals (when they appear)..
🥵🥵🥵

I do so love that this one has a much more deep and involved plot as well.. Very good writing.

Though I get the feeling that the next book will be about Danon, Gage's brother, I'm not really all that interested in reading that one.
I get the impression that though these books interconnect with on going plots, that you can still enjoy them if they are read out of order as well.. I've only read books 4 and 5 and I was able to follow this series' world set up with no issues..

So I may return back to this series at a later date if another book here catches my eye 👁‍🗨

Based on books 4 and 5 I would recommend this series.. I do enjoy this Author's writing prose.

Great story of a late blooming Omega who had a crush on her childhood guy, Brandon and they planned to have their HEA, until Jessa cures Gage, a hot Alpha of a potentially deadly wound. Although Jessa doesn't connect with Gage again for quite a while, he was never far from her thoughts. Jessa did not reveal as an Omega until Gages comes back into her life again and it did my heart good when Gage and Brandon figured out that Jessa was THEIRS and they had to work out a menage that was best for all three of them. I love a HEA that's even better with a hot menage in the mix. Yeah, there is angst, politics, war and what not, family and other interesting action going on, but my focus was mainly how Jessa, Brandon and of course Gage would come about.
I do love how L. V. Lane writes her Omegaverse love stories. 💋

This story started out a bit too slow but when it hit its stride I was hooked! Gage, Brandon and Jessa had my fanning myself with all the heat coming off the page. Their dynamic was perfect!

Standalone, medium burn, story 4/5, heat level 5/5. There is a lot of time and attention given to Brandon’s manwh*re promiscuity in the beginning of the book. Jessa actually sees him with another lass at one point and a nasty mean girl tosses in her face that Brandon had been sharing another girl in the next village with His friend after spanked her earlier in the day. Jessa is understandably hurt. Jessa’s a virgin and, of course, a latent omega. No cliffhanger and a very nice HEA.

I actually preferred the 2nd half of the book when all 3 of them were interacting with each other. If you've read the previous book, you'll find that the first half of the book mirrors the story from the other book, but is told from their perspective instead. I think it would have been fine if I didn't read the previous book, but I didn't enjoy it as much because it just seemed a bit repetitive. 3.5 stars

The writing and editing of the ARC version of the manuscript was clean, with no typos that I found and well constructed sentences. The world building was competent, with the politics and culture of this tribal society being fairly well described. The characterization was good, with the heroine being sweet and a little bratty, and the two heroes being dominant and devoted toward her. The development of the romantic relationship was good, though I personally disliked the scenes of one of the heroes being intimate with several different women in this novel who were not the heroine, and whom he did not have any emotions towards. It happened before he and the heroine were committed to each other, but I wanted to flag it for other readers who also don't care for such scenes in their romance novels. The heat level in this novel was five chili peppers, with some sexy BDSM elements and menage elements. The plot was exciting, with a lot of action and danger. As a consequence, the pacing flew by. There was low angst and high stakes throughout this novel, which tends to be one of my preferred narrative structures for a romance novel. This novel used the Enemies to Brothers trope, the Enemies to Lovers trope, the Childhood Friends to Lovers trope, and the Mating Bond trope. The world building, plot, and pacing were all four stars. The characterization was four stars and the development of the romantic relationship was three stars for me, because of the issue I flagged earlier in the review. However, I rounded up and gave this novel a combined rating of four stars. This novel ended on a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger ending, so that was a big plus. I recommend this novel to readers who enjoy action, danger, and political machinations in their fantasy omegaverse romances. I look forward to reading the next book in this series when it releases. I will probably not buy myself a keeper copy of this novel, because of the issue I flagged earlier in this review.

Gah!! Just when I think I can’t love this author’s storytelling she gives me Gage and Brandon. Such a great read with loads of feelings and sexual chemistry that almost melted my iPad. Cannot wait for whatever comes next.

A Less entertaining follow up

I was sad to see that the first 48% of this book was simply a retelling of the previous book. Now, there were some important adds and perspectives but good editing should've whittled that down to about 1/2 of what was included here. Because the rest of this novel could have used a lot more development in the relationships. We got a lot of Brandon/Jessa and only a little Gage/anyone. Perhaps most disappointing, Brandon is an irredeemable douche...and never has a "defining moment" that changes that. Jessa could do better, and does with Gage, but we still have to deal with long internal Brandon monologs about his feelings. Blurg.

2.5 stars. Eh, not my favorite. Jessa was a little too childlike for my taste. I liked Gage, but Brandon didn't do much for me. I just didn't really ever get into their story.

I have been avidly anticipating this book after reading Trained For Their Pleasure and I completely enjoyed it. It is almost like a companion book to 'Trained' since the first half follows the same time period but from Jessa, Brandon, and Gage's point of views. But I do think you'll be ok if you are reading 'Claimed' first.

Jessa is a very sweet girl with a long unrequited crush on Brandon, the shifter next door she's loved her whole life. Then there's Gage, the alpha second son of a neighbouring clan's king. Brandon and Gage clash strongly and they have for years - you could actually feel the tension between the two steaming off the pages and I was fascinated to find out how the author would resolve this. The romance, the developing love stories, the hot scenes, all were delectably steamy and melty - and I think my favourite part of the story was how things resolved between Brandon and Gage - it was natural, didn't feel contrived or too fast (or too slow) and was honestly kind of beautiful (for those wondering, no there's no romance between them).

Well done Ms. Lane - I loooooved it <3

I love all of Liv Lane's omega verse stories and this one was another engaging read. It did start out a bit slower than usual, but then it picked up and boy so did the heat level. It follows Shared for Their Pleasure introducing new characters but the same background story of the villagers and their culture. The main characters were likeable, with Jessa having feelings for both a beta shifter and an alpha of a rival clan. I enjoyed the interactions of the two dominant men fighting to win over Jessa, and to work out the hierarchy in their threesome. I wish that there had been more of this in the story especially as they realize that compromises are needed to give their mate what she wants. There is a HEA, and for me a little bit of a surprise at the end. I am looking forward to the next story in the series.

Jessa is a strong willed young lady, who knows what she wants and who she wants or in this case needs.
I appreciated this book in that there is overlapping with Hazel, Jack and Fen's story line and gives us Jessa's perspective on how everything transpired until they go their separate ways and we get to follow Jessa during her journey to womanhood and love. There is not only the love story and coming together of two men for the woman they both love; there are some amazingly steamy sex scenes.
This book focused more on the journey and how it all came to be Jessa's happy ending, but that journey did not disappoint. (wink, wink)

I was looking forward to Jessa's story. She was such a great character to read about in the previous book. I really like how this one overlaps a bit with the previous book as well. And I love how Jessa ends up with both her guys in the end. I was very curious, by how her 2 guys acted with each other, to find out how they would finally come together and I love how the author did it! Brandon was great to get to know better after reading Fen's story. And I like how you get a bit of history between him and Gage to find out why they act the way they do. I just loved this book overall and the author does such a great job getting and keeping you invested in these characters.

One of the more sweeter books in the Omega Prey universe, Claimed For Their Pleasure was an engrossing, delightful, and spicy read. Gage is my ultimate dream Alpha - large, brutal, with a protective streak a mile wide for his Omega. I think I drooled every time he was in a scene. And Brandon, the wolf shifter, was no less swoon worthy for his utter devotion to Jessa. At its core, Claimed is a book of acceptance and of learning to let go of one's pride in order to build a stronger, more fruitful relationship. Highly, highly recommend!

This story is tri POV, with both male leads, Gage and Brandon, and female lead, Jessa’s, perspectives presented. It is well written and highly erotic. I have not read any others in the world but didn’t feel I was missing out so it genuinely stands alone.

I liked the interactions as the characters built their relationships. I particularly appreciated that the male leads were willing to work on overcoming their initial antagonism and dislike of each other to please the female lead whom they both cherished - her opinions mattered and that was lovely.

I also enjoyed the secondary characters and am holding out hope for who I hope will be the main male lead for the next story

I did enjoy reading this book. This is a follow on from Trained for their Pleasure and the first half of the book is a lot of the events from that book but from different perspectives. It’s so well written that you can read this book without having read Trained and easily follow the story line.
The characters are well written and develop smoothly throughout the story. A gorgeous sexy story that has me wanting so much more.

I enjoyed the dynamics between the three of them, the beginning was a little rocky (I could see where the author was trying to fit this story into the events of book 5 and it was sometimes successful and sometimes less so) but still an enjoyable read. I wish there had been more time with all three of them together.

Love a good omegaverse story, great cover and blurb! This author doesn’t disappoint with this steamy read.

What did I like? The steam level in this one is really insane. Jessa starts the story out young but develops character back drop so we can see how she meets Brandon and Gage. Gage is an alpha and Brandon is the beta. It’s a fun story and ghost pepper steamy! Four stars!

Would I recommend or buy? Yes to both! Omegaverse lovers will adore this book! The dynamic is fun and hawt! I really enjoyed this book!

Claimed take place during and after Trained for Their Pleasure, Jack-Hazel-Fern's story.

Both books are complete standalone and no need to read back to back to get the story. But why not read both for maximum pleasure... 😎

Now, Claimed is bit slow pace at first few chapter but definitly not slow burn.
Maybe because Jessa hasn't reveal and Brandon is beta shifter, the dominant side and the omega/alpha feels definitly isnt strong enough.

When Gage finally stake his claim on both of them... Wohooo all that fire works!

Lots of fist fight definitly between Gage and Brandon due to many internal and past issues.

But i'll be dangit if it ain't hot! I mean, two basicly dominant men over one omega! Sign me up anytime!
Gage as the alpha and king to his clan.
Brandon who is beta but alpha shifter to his wolf pack.
Daaang Ms. Lane know how to bring the sexy in her books!

I need more!!!

I loved the story line in this book. I found that it was slow reading because of the amount of detail the author provides. The characters were totally different from each other. Jessa is a stubborn female whom isn’t what she seems. The two male counter parts are complete opposites one hard headed the other has control. You will enjoy their story in this new book of L V Lane’s. There is hot sex and a tiny bit of discipline. If either is a trigger, then this isn’t the book for you. I fully recommend this book. It’s as great as her other stories!

Jessa is an Omega; however, she does not know it yet. Brandon is a beta wolf shifter who sets his sights on her, the problem is there is another one interested in her; an Alpha from a warring clan. Can she be the one to unite?

I have always loved L. V. Lane and her Omegaverse stories and this is just another one to add to my list. She has a wonderful way with her characters and storylines and I’m always waiting to delve into her next book or series!

HEA guaranteed!

This is the second book that I have read in this series but it works equally well as a stand alone novel. A cracking story although it did meander a bit in the middle, plenty of steamy romance. Cracking.

I really enjoyed this book and was intrigued by the world the author created. I liked the unusual combination of a human alpha, beta shifter and human omega as it led to some interesting relationship dynamics. The characters were likeable, believable and had genuine chemistry. Can’t wait to read the next book in this series!
