If it weren't for the last story in the collection - the story written in collaboration with Thomas Hardy - I would have rate this 5 enthusiastic stars! And to be fair, the last story wasn't bad. It was just clear that the writing was Hardy's and not Henniker's. However, that makes for a GREAT conversation about what "collaboration" is or what it was during the Victorian period.
