Emmett Beckmeyer had always been what most people would call stable. He came to work every day at his family's resort, did his job, had just the right amount of fun, and gave good advice. That all changed after a small fire in the newly added spa where his sister and the electrician were trapped.  Since that moment, nothing has been the same. Maybe it was the fire telling him life was short or maybe it was the gorgeous, sexy electrician, Morgan, who he couldn't stop thinking of.  He wanted her badly but knew from past experience that women weren't looking for long-term when it came to him. Something that had held him back long enough. Morgan's life was a mess. She'd moved to the small Wisconsin town of Lyden to meet her real dad and from there, her life had been twisted every which way but up. After the fire, she was having a hard time sleeping and dealing with all that was on her plate. The very last thing she needed was to be having dreams about Emmett Beckmeyer, the man who saved her from the fire.  He despised her, or at least that's what she thought. Oh my! Emmett and Morgan were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t get enough of them! I enjoyed getting to know more about them. I loved that Emmett went slow with Morgan after all they went through. Emmett was so kind and understanding. They definitely made perfect sense. I’m so glad they got what they deserved! 🥰❤️

Welcome back to the resort, Maple Ridge is hopping with building of the spa . Morgan the electrician is working on the wiring that her father has done . Emmett is attracted to Morgan but there is something amiss with her . The story seems not to be adding up with Morgan . When her and Nina are caught in a fire Emmett saves her and then looses his mind on her in the hospital . Then things change and they may be more to each other then friends . Will they find out that love is the most important thing in the world.
Emmett and Morgan's story well electric . they are such a fun couple . Morgan is well a mess in some ways , she is strong but also a little flighty . She seems to be all over the place sometimes . Emmett is fun loving and sweet but he is a fighter also , he will get to the bottom of what is going on . When they get together they are hot , hot , hot . I think they are such fun read . They are complex and oh so well written . Nina and the family are back and better then ever, Sticking their noses in and helping out where they need to be .
This is the third book in the series and I loved it . Morgan and Emmett are such a fun couple and there is more then romance going on there is the after effects of fire to contend with. Ptsd is part of the story that comes into the story . The author does a good job handling the after effects of the fire and how it affects everyone including their intended. This is a fun book that will have you loving the characters . The author takes us on an emotional rollercoaster through out this book . I wanted to hug both the characters and keep them safe. So if you want a great addition to the series please check it out you will not be disappointed. There are some hot sexy times that will keep your warm this winter .

Book 3 in the series and this one is about Emmett and Morgan the electrician. There's a spoiler or 2 so dont keep reading.....

I liked it for the most part. I did like the fact that Morgan got to meet her real Dad after her Mom and Dad (who raised her) never told her the truth for years. Had she not found out by accident its hard to say if her Mom ever would have told her. Morgan was all over the place in this book. She had a lot going on maybe too much and that made her wishy washy in regards to Emmett. I mean she had the fact she met him and felt a huge pull towards him, then the fact she almost died in the fire from book 3 and she's got some bad PTSD over that, then meeting her real Dad....him having a stroke and then early onset of Alzheimer's. Thats a lot for one person to handle at once so I get it. Even though she annoyed me sometimes. I still liked it but not as much as the others. It also kinda reads the same if you get what I mean. The set up is really similar in all 3 books kinda. I was hoping for something a little different and some aspects were different but it still felt like the same kind of set up.

"Yes, finally! Barret's story! I was dying to read his story and couldn't love it more
Who would love a frustrated, worried and in love Barret? From the very first moment he was so hot being all annoyed of what happened with Morgan. Just between is... it was a huge turn on lol. That being said, the story was easy to read, funny, romantic some how shocking moments. Everything I could have asked for. Morgan's past/reason why she moved to Wisconsin isn't so common that's why I liked it more. Something different yet good for the plot. Back to their story, 100 starts for Morgan's attitude. I completely understand why she hesitated so much about that decision! Of course my romantic side was brokenhearted but my girl power side was cheering for her. Love is important that for sure BUT it doesn't pay the bills. But for the romance and the story...I love it. Now, there's only one brother missing and I can't for his story."

The Beckmeyer family is loud, full of life and love. The relationship exposed in this series is a family most long to have. Morgan was introduced in book 2 but I really liked how book 3 she was front and center. You find out more about her past and her life. Plus all her feelings are right out front to explore. Emmett- what can you say about his character – after you read some of his conversations with Morgan you see his vulnerability. I wish the story had explored more of his picture taking passion.
This story flowed and at the Spa day with the other girls and Eden runs into Morgan – I loved how that was wrote! Favorite scene - you could see it in your mind play out.
You really need to read books 1 & 2 before you read book 3 the whole picture is so much better than just a snap shot.

Emmett and Nora has had a connection especially since he saved her from a fire at the resort. But he has always been the one that is steady, safe yet he wonders why he has never been able to find a women who wants to be with him for more then one night. But he and Nora feel something ever since that fire but he is worried about whether or not she is attracted to him, will she want more then one night, A wonderful story of a man unsure about himself and a young woman who's life has been thrown into mess about family. Watch them find what they feel and want from each other , what be together can be like and what will they decide on will they be staying together or will they both lose a future. Reading this series from the very beginning is a must as they all connect each other.

Another great story of the Beckmeyer siblings. Emmet is single and convinced he will not find love until the electrician turns up. While everyone was expecting Bob, a very pretty female turns up claiming to be Bob’s daughter. After an accident the truth comes out about Bob’s illness and his long lost daughter Morgan. For Emmet, who rescued Morgan, he has definitely developed feelings for but doesn’t know what he is doing, while Morgan has issues of her own. Throw in a a couple of unexpected visitors and a wedding proposal for his sister this is an exciting story.

Great read love the Beckmeyer family from the start. Each book has told the story of the siblings and this is Emmett's. He is the numbers guy but after a fire involving his sister and a complete stranger that he saved and can't get her out of his mind. Morgan has come to the town to meet her father that she didn't know she had unfortunately he is very sick
That's how she met Emmett you know the man that saved her from a fire and she can't get him out of her mind. What happens next is awesome I look forward to the next siblings story.

Emmett is such an amazing guy. And this book was awesome. I loved all the interactions with all the family and how integrated all the siblings are within all of these stories. It was nice to actually get to know emmett and I really like Morgan. Sometimes her flip-flopping was annoying but overall a good character. Some very hot scenes but very little dramatics which was nice.
