That one night changed everything!

I let my gorgeous, ripped, and filthy rich boss take my innocence.

This was supposed to be just fun – a no strings attached, one night stand.

And this was definitely not supposed to get me pregnant!

Yep, the test result is positive,

And I can’t let my baby daddy know about it.

He’s ten years older than me,

And well…let’s say, it’s complicated.

So, I run away from his life,

Carrying my little secret with me.

Until…four years later, I meet him again…at a charity auction.

He looks just as yummy as ever,

Same green eyes as my (our) son’s,

The same heated desire as our first night together.

Someone get me a manual with clear instructions on how to deal with a second one night stand with the same person,

Oh…and how to hide this HUGE secret !

I enjoyed this story, but it has quite a few typo errors that need fixing, cause they distract from the reading pleasure.

Meh

This book was stupid. Grammatical errors galore just about wrecked this book. The beginning of this book held so much promise, then it was like as soon as they got into his room, a complete downward spiral. I can appreciate that the author wanted to have a heavier girl as a main character. I completely dig it. However, stop peppering the book with how big the girl is, or using repeated phrases to get the point across to the reader that she’s no toothpick. I mean how often do you need to tell the audience about her “ thick thighs” or how she feels uncomfortable because she’s afraid she’s “sweating a lot” and “rolls”, there’s a few more good ones I can’t recall but it’s like why can’t the writer make the statement and move on? Cool we get that you’re “so open to writing a bigger girl romance” but for the love of everything holy stop basically fat shaming your character under the guise of you feeling so “enlightened and open minded bc you wrote a book about a fat chick”. This and the errors completely took away from the book.

At a company party, Belle finds herself defending an intern that is being bullied. She has been the butt of most jokes and bullying due to being a bit curvier than most girls. A lifetime of hurts that she has endured and the anger from it are the catalyst leading her to stand up for the ones who can't.

Michael is the owner of the company and her boss. He stumbles upon the fight, finds out what is the cause and finishes what Belle started. He asks her to get a drink with him, to say thank you for helping. He also knows that he is acting out on the attraction he feels with this woman.

She loses her v-card to him, and what they have seems like fire consuming them both. She wakes up after their being together, leaves without a word. She gets back to her apartment and makes a very big decision, the one thing she has to do to make this right. This big decision being made is not only going to change her life, there are other lives at stake here too.

Four years later, a rare volunteer opportunity leads Michael to hearing a familiar voice. Curiosity gets the better of him, he happens to see Belle again. only this time she isn't alone. Apparently Belle has a secret. He deliberately finds a way to run into her again. Once they are reunited it is as if they were never without one another. A medical emergency happens, causing the two of them to become even closer. Belle decided to come clean with Michael about her secret.

Many emotions are exposed and raw, but it seems that if it wasn't for the mixed emotions, the truth would never be exposed and their happily ever after would never have taken place.

I enjoyed Michael & Annabelle's story. Great characters. I enjoy these old man, younger woman stories. I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review for a copy of the book via booksprout.

"Well, I just thought that, if his Mommy is so sad because she's so lonely, maybe you are too. We've never had a Daddy. So, if you want to date, and maybe you find a Daddy, I think ... I think that would be okaysies. Well, as long as he liked to colour. If he doesn't, he's no good."

I didn't expect much coming into the read.
I saw the reviews. I just wanted a quick easy fun read and that's exactly what I got.
The writing wasn't the best, it could be too descriptive and too much that you can get bored of it. You just want the characters to get straight to the point.

The characters were cute.
Of course, Griffin is the main star, forget everybody else.
Bell and Michael, their romance was cliche and predictable.
I don't love them love them but they are cute and I was definitely rooting for them.
I wish there was more character development and depth world-building.
Everything was definitely very instant boom boom boom and then happy ending.

"No, I had done the right thing. I had made sure that me and my baby stayed together. And it was with that contentment, that certainty, that I drifted to sleep with only a faint recollection of Michael's dreamy eyes on my mind."

It seemed like an interesting story and it started out interesting too. But after a while it went downhill. Too quickly the couple ended up in bed together and suddenly the girl was pregnant and she ran away. I think they went too fast one did not get much interaction; Michael Bishop seemed a little interesting. But it was too accseptable that she ran away and suddenly they were a familiy? Everything were too quick for my taste. Just Meh.

This book started of great. I like both the heroine and the hero. They are smart and funny with great dialogue. It quickly moves to intimacy and I was all in. Then out of the blue the heroine becomes a crazy bitch. She leaves the hotel room, quit her job the same day so she wouldn't have to face him and moves. When she finds out she's pregnant she doesn't tell him , she didn't even think about it. For years later, he's not even on her radar. And strangely enough her son never asks about his father. By chance they reconnect and that's when I gave up on this farce. I don't care for women who pull this kind of stuff. They make us all look bad. Every child deserves the opportunity to have both parents in their lives. She was selfish and mean and didn't deserve his forgiveness or a happy after.

what utter crap. they have sex after meeting that first night. she quits, with no reason but just because saw her doing the walk of shame and will no longer respect her and didn't want to cause him problems, thats it...jump to 4- going on 5 years later..he can't forget her-yeah right.. and the day they see each other again- wham they have sex even though she is supposedly so scared to tell him that that is his child and he would take him away from him- but hey sex is ok. and everytime she sees him-sex sex sex because he is oh so irresistible. she tells him, he is mad for 5 whollllle seconds even though this woman didn't tell you that she had your child 5 years ago, and kept him away with no logical reason whatsoever, besides this garbage that was spouted to us. but hey we can have sex again and that will make it alright. the end.

The romance was pretty cute and I LOVED how realistic this book was with the details - the heroine didn't "happen" to be wearing a matching lingerie set under her clothes but just regular mismatched underwear (still cute!) and shape-wear. The mentions of random ingrown hair scars and stretch marks made me feel so much better about myself too. When the hero asked for consent each step of the way and kept checking in to make sure she was okay in a hot but sensitive way, I SWOONED (boy, oh boy, are my standards absurdly low).

However, I wasn't a fan of all the "baby girl" talk (personal preference) and there were a few spelling errors that decreased the quality of the writing. The only plot-related issues I really had was that it took her so000 long to admit her secret to him and although it wasn't insta-love, it still felt somewhat artificial/surface-level (or maybe that's just my inner cynic speaking?*). All in all, it was an okay read and if not for the typos I definitely would have given it 3 stars.

*Side note: I don't know why I have no problem with insta-anything in highlander HRs but as soon as it's in a modern context I just go "lol, as if". (I don't have daddy issues, you have daddy issues.)

Baby Daddy is a hit for Victoria Snow. I absolutely could not put this book down. Victoria puts a plus size woman at the forefront of this love story, and I was surprised by that. It is so refreshing to hear and read a book that has a 'normal' female as the main character that it brings to light we don't read that very often. What was even better is 'hearing' it in the hero's head. Michael thinks and talks about her and doesn't make her feel insecure about herself, which in this book, she never does. I loved that.

Michael and Belle have instant chemistry that blows up the kindle. Even after Belle disappears and Michael finds her the chemistry comes back two folds. But they both have issues that need to be corrected. Baby Daddy is a delightful story.

Wow, I loved Michael and Anabelle's story. What a beautiful story that will have you in tears at times. Their chemistry is explosive and there are some pretty hot scenes. Anabelle/Belle suffers from insecurity and self-worth issues and she finds it hard to think someone like him would want her. Plenty of drama and some surprises. The characters are well-developed and likable and the story is engaging. I read an arc via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review.

Billionaire office romance with Michael and virginal Annabelle. While I thought their meet cute was original and quirky, I couldn’t get past the dual POVs that were a bit too “explainy” and overly long winded at times. For me, it was a bit distracting especially during their intimate scenes.
The couple were likeable and the storyline was easy to follow with no cheating and a HEA.

Michael and Annabelle meet at a company party, he is her boss and older, spark fly. They share a steamy night together and Annabelle ends up pregnant. She runs, leaving her job and not telling Michael anything. Now four year later they run into each other again and those sparks are still there. Will she tell him about their son? Fast-paced read with lots of drama and emotion, great characters and a fun and entertaining story with great chemistry. I liked it.

This was one of those books I debated on the rating. Overall I liked it. However, I hate when woman in books get pregnant then run off. Then on top of that they spend a lot of time lying to the guy about the kid. This is one of those types of books. I did enjoy Michael and Belle reconnecting. I just wish everything had happened sooner.

I finished Baby Daddy in one day. Belle and Michael are a delicious blend of hotness that pulls at the heartstrings with at times frustrating results. Snow is a temptation that I'm glad to have taken a chance on.

good but needs editing

The plot was good but holy cow where’s an editor or even just a proofreader when you need one? Many sentences read incorrectly as if the author added a different verb or phrase without deleting whatever was being changed. But it also extended to story points. Belle drives home to her rental house, but then she thinks about how long it will be before she owns it…..and she walks straight in and steps on a toy. But later in the book, Michael drives her home from a party to her cheap apartment on the first floor. Then the next time he arrives, he has to be buzzed into the building. Come on, make up your mind, is she living in a house or apartment? this is something that should have been caught by any editor or proofreader. My other pet peeves: every mention of her upper legs refer to them as “thick thighs”. We get it. She’s plus sized. No need to keep knocking us over the head with it! After the first time, they should have been simply “thighs”. And maybe it’s just me, but calling a grown woman “baby girl” is patronizing at best with a strong dose of ick factor. I’m writing all of this to give some hopefully helpful feedback to Victoria Snow. I think I received this book for free, and I’m assuming the free giveaway is a chance for the author to showcase her work to me in hopes that I will want to read more of her works. But when I read this very amateur work, it doesn’t entice me to spend time or money on her other works. It’s a shame as I enjoyed the plot and I think she has a good writing style. I just wish I hadn’t been insulted as a reader in the lack of care given to proofreading and correcting obvious errors.
