I've battled with my weight for years, trying out countless diets and exercise plans, often with little to show for it. This book, however, presented a refreshing and unique approach that was unlike anything I'd encountered before. Goodman's emphasis on breathing techniques and their effect on metabolism and weight loss was truly eye-opening. The breathing exercises were simple to integrate into my daily routine, and I started noticing changes almost right away. Not only did I feel more energized, but I also began to see consistent weight loss without the usual struggle. The book is well-written, easy to follow, and incredibly motivating.

Happy with this book and I'm not new to the weight loss world, I've done it for many years.. this book is different from classic diet books. Worth mentioning that the Weight Loss Breeze program is not a diet nor is it a fitness regime. It isn’t intended to replace either of them either. Eating a healthy diet and being active on a daily basis is important to losing sustainable weight, so you’ll want to continue with that. If you think about how things burn, such as a campfire, they need three things – fuel, heat and oxygen. If the fire starts to go out, you provide it with more heat and oxygen. The same can be said about your body burning fat, you need fuel, heat and oxygen. Sure, it already has these three components naturally but Weight Loss Breeze teaches you techniques to up the ante so that your body has more oxygen to burn more fat. I've just done my first full week. I have lost a whopping 11lb. After the initial big loss I'm losing 1lb a day. My husband has lost a little bit more. We are thrilled and excited to continue.

Brilliant book I only wish I had picked this up as a young lady. For years I had suffered from chronic mouth breathing, over breathing etc it bewildered me for years why me and my brother had such crooked teeth when our parents and grandparents had such great teeth and broad faces. I also used to exercise several times a week as a young man intensely and produced a crap load of mucus in my chest and my endurance would hardly ever improve. patrick not only explains the science of nasal breathing against mouth breathing in great detail but also provides a plan tailored for you to increase your BOLT score according to your current fitness level. After a few days of trying the breathe light to breathe right and the decongestant exercises I felt immeadiate benefits, no longer did I wake up with a stuffy nose and dry mouth I became a lot calmer around the workplace and less easily fatigued. It doesn’t matter how much you train or even your diet, if you don’t know how to breath or control your breath your handicapping yourself. Do yourself favor and pick it up!
