As good as the first book
This is just as good as the first book! I'm so glad because I loved the first book.
The way the story follows different characters from different parts of the world is so good, I get really invested in them. Everytime they get in a dangerous situation I'm rooting for them.

Loving it!
God, you have to love Owen! I sure do! He absolutely has his head screwed on tight. So with the way this one ended I am assuming that the crap is really going to start hitting the fan. Lord Almighty! Time to find out.

One of the best end of the world books series that I have read! I hope there are more from this author. Fresh, original, believable with a lot of things going on! Wow! I love the old man, he is awesome!

Great!
I read a ton of fiction and have always loved apocalyptic tales if written well. With a kindle unlimited subscription, I have access to quite a few. Sadly, most are unreadable to me. Really great to discover another talented author to follow

Amazing!
Ah the ongoing struggle of life at the end of the world! And yet these characters are still having a life! It’s a brilliant story about fighting for survival and fighting for a life worth living! The old man is definitely my favourite character followed closely by Khan! Cannot wait for the next instalment!

awesome! if I could give it more stars I would!
This book series is a must read if you like any type of apocalypse stories! I know it’s kind of the point but it’s like the author was there and he’s just writing down things as he saw them happen or heard from a friend or the news. It’s not some make believe apocalypse story that someone made up. It feels realistic. Like he’s just telling the stories of the past and how it was once upon a time. I love it all! Give the first book a read and you might as well get this book at the same time because you’re going to want to read it as soon as you’re done with the first one.

Same fine read
There are so many zompoc books and so few really really good ones. This book and the one before it fall in the latter. It's not your usual zombie story, the infected are not Romero style zombies but they work quite well in this setting. The characters are plentiful and engaging. The scenarios are as believable as possible, there's only one more thing any one who enjoys zompoc fiction could possibly ask for from this series. ANOTHER PLEASE😀

very good book, a must read
I love the different points of view concerning the apocalypse in this book but I really enjoy the Muslim couple as well as the old man. They are my favorite two POV‘s in the book. The book is full of action and is fast paced. If you like different POV‘s in stories you’ll enjoy this book. I usually don’t but this is an exception. Excellent book must read if you like this genre.

I like the old man, and a bunch of other characters that pass in and out of view.
Some new characters but also a lot that we met in book 1.
Some strange happenings in the artic circle that made me go Hu? But perhaps it's a part of everything?

Really good books
The way these are written, you can really picture the characters that live in the pages. Owen, Owen is a bad*ss of the highest caliber. These people came alive for me. Can’t wait to see if there will be another one. Where is Omar? Does a relationship start between Owen and Luisa?

Lines of story
I like the way you write but you have to many separate line of story running. My opinion is to leave it to one or two. Not sure if I'll read your stories again for this reason.

A Must Read
These books are so entertaining! So many interesting characters not sure who is my favorite as they are so diverse. When some are bitten I have to read until I find out if they are immune.

Great story
I like the way he jumps from character locations to other locations. He has a great cast of characters and great locations. Very good story and lots of action and suspense. Even though its bloody it's a good book. Recommended to all that love action and adventure.

Usually a series sort of tapers off in excitement by the second book and I slowly lose interest. But THIS second book had me hooked the entire way through! I couldn't stop reading till I finished it in one sitting. Book 2 is just as enthralling as the first, I'm looking forward to book 3.
