Very intense but very helpful book. You will probably not remember all the details when you read it (there are so many! ), but it has good coverage of information about different hormones and patterns. You can just look at the relevant section when you need to. Definitely recommended!

Good read but not so much about hormones as conditions. The charts are a tad too small to read.

The information is helpful but if you're looking for a deep dive on hormones and hormonal conditions you're going to need a second book that focuses on that.

This was informative, but I think there was a better way to communicate some of the information. It was difficult to get into the flow of reading due to a lot of typos and unfinished sentences. The graphs/figures were hard to read. 📖

Digestible and easy to understand. The author does a great job breaking down the female body and helps the reader feel confident with how to talk to their doctor when it comes to female health

A must read for anybody in the health industry or anybody wanting to truly understand Women’s health

Lacey nailed it with this book. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who focuses on hormone and gut health with my clients. This book not only explains everything that I try to teach them perfectly, but it also helped me to better explain things to my clients. She has a fantastic way of explaining things in a way that helps them make sense to people that do not have a deep understanding of the subjects she covers.

10/10 recommend this to anybody who is in the health industry or just wants a true understanding of Women’s health. Lacey explains the ins and outs of all things health and hormones. This book isn’t strictly about hormones like the title may lead you to believe, though.
