A fun story that moves along well with the rhyme. Not my favorite, but I think the kids will really enjoy it. And the illustrations have a cartoonish look that might grab their attention. I think it will work well in my bubble theme.

10/9/13: This went OK. Sometimes the rhyming doesn't work. It didn't seem to in this case because the kids didn't follow the story as easily. Not bad, but I'm sure I could have found better.

After reading this at the library, I plan on getting it. For any parents or adult who has a love for bubble gum, you will love this story. The rhyming was super cute and it made the story come alive for my ten-year old cousin and Isabelle.

Learning rhyme couldn't be more fun. Billy surely will take his young readers on a bubble gum ride till the meet the bully dan and everything will end with Billy Bob wearing braces, so he couldn't chew gum anymore. You will laugh.
