I would first like to say that this is the first time I am reading a product of Ellie Row.
The couple in this book Oliver Walsh, James McKinnon, and Ashley Huggins. Oliver and James form a relationship with Ashley through unforeseen circumstances. The development of the relationship was lackluster. The character’s internal conflicts was the same in all the characters.
In this book, the plot revolves around Oliver and James competing to become the chief of cardio surgery. Ashley is a scrub nurse that assists in surgery that got involved with them. This is a sad rendition of Grey’s Anatomy, but in literature form. It was lackluster. The book is written in three point of views: Ashley, Oliver, and James. Also, there is 40 chapters which could’ve been cut down because reading the same thing in each point of view was annoying.
The “romance” scene was steamy, but short. I will never judge on the amount of romance scenes in a book, but more the quality of the scenes themselves. There is MFM, MMF, MF, and MM scenes. The scenes are just not long enough, little foreplay and not enough dialogue.
The ending of the book tied the book together and the character’s conflicts were address.
With that being said, I give the book a 2 out of 5.
With thanks.

Two surgeons, Dr. James McKinnon and Dr. Oliver Walsh, are highly competitive. When scrub nurse Ashley starts working with them, the competition ramps up. She is happy to have both. But their relationship is eventually uncovered and difficult choices will have to be made. Is anyone willing to give up their career to keep the relationship? Or will the relationship be sacrificed rather than walk away from one’s life work?
3.5 ⭐️ I wanted to like this story but I just couldn’t get into it. I love conversations in books, that helps me feel more connected to the story, but I don’t get much with this when there are pages with no conversations that’s not part of their sex until much later on into the story. Also Ashley I felt is grasping for human attention since she’s all alone in life and will get Oliver & James two Cardio surgeons to her for some ‘stress relief’ before trying to get them threesome started. Add to a point in the story where their boss finds out what’s happening and she will put her career because she’s not selfish, but Oliver and James are when the poo hits the fan. They would willing to cut and push Ashley away for their career instead of sitting down and come up with a solution. I don’t see ‘love’ from the men. Sweet words don’t mean love, actions show their feelings and it was mean to me of their actions.
I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is a steamy story of a nurse and two difficult surgeons. James and Oliver are rivals and their emotions range from one end of the spectrum to the other by the end of the story. Ashley believes that she can change things for the better between them all. They end up giving it a shot. When it comes down to it, hard decisions concerning the hospital have to be made. The three of them will each have to figure out what is most important to them. The story was a good one and the characters deserve a happy ending

This was a roller coaster ride of emotions for all these characters, as they learn to more about themselves and each other as they venture into this relationship. Definitely a page turner as each character deals with their own insecurities and the pressures of work, and of course the rumor mill that could bring all their careers down together. I liked how Ashley stood up for both James and Oliver, showing just how much she cared and willing to sacrifice. The ending was perfect as this trio grow not only in their hearts and relationship but in their careers as well.
I am voluntarily leaving a review for this book that I received free.
This was a decent read. I found the story able to hold my attention but at times the egos kind of got on my nerves. I feel like there could have been a little better illustration of the growth and relationship between the three characters. It was a decent read but at the same time I found it to be a little lacking. I didn't mind the different interactions of smut they had.
I give this a four out of four stars.

James and Oliver are two extraordinary surgeons who are competitive to a fault. The Chief of Surgery position is open and they both want it. Unfortunately, their rivalry is going to endanger patients. Ashley is an excellent surgical nurse who dares them to behave. Her brilliant idea of bringing them together outside of the hospital has unexpected consequences. How will she be able to choose between them or neither of them at all. Nicely written and enjoyable read. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book
This starts with a rivalry between two cardiothoracic surgeons. James and Oliver don’t like each other and are in constant competition. One dedicated scrub nurse, Ashley knows just what can end their bickering and get them on the sane page. Yeah, it’s her.
There’s definitely some hesitation and angst but the heart wants what it wants. This is a very steamy MMF with a very sweet HEA.

Pretty Simple Storyline This storyline is not complicated and in fact it’s a good idea to suspend one’s knowledge of how a hospital functions if you are in the medical field and enjoy the steamy togetherness that occurs throughout the story. There’s an HEA and a Golden Retriever that appears in the Epilogue that, IMO, makes it all worthwhile. I’m recommending this book as a fast summer read at the beach or poolside and with a cool drink. PEACE.
Didn’t finish. I tried to like this book, I really did. The plot is very interesting: two sexy doctors and a nurse in a trouple, I could get behind that. I couldn’t get behind the lacklustre writing. The sex scenes felt rushed, and physically unbelievable; no man can have sex again less than a minute after an orgasm. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I really wanted this book to be good.
This story had plenty of spicy, ample angst, and an almost saccharine sweet ending. I felt that parts of it felt a bit contrived - really, who comes to the conclusion that sleeping with two men will RESOLVE their conflict? Some of the dialogue felt a bit forced too. Plenty of spicy scenes, which is great, and a happily ever after, which is a must. A decent read.
Ashley is so sassy and fierce. She knows that Oliver and James need to loosen up or ruin their chances at work. Her idea for stress relief is "perfect" or so she thinks. Hands down one of the best books I have read. I felt all the emotions of the characters. Couldn't put it down and finished it in one sitting.

I enjoyed reading previous books from this author but this one was really hard to get into. The chemistry between the characters were non-existent and the storyline missed its mark. I am still looking forward to read more from this author.

Dr. Oliver Walsh and Dr. James McKinnon are surgeons and are very competitive so when they get a new scrub nurse named Ashley they both go into overdrive. Ashley is one lucky gal who ends up with both and things heat up. This is a steamy romance with likable characters and a great ending. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

The was good but sometimes the characters got in the way. The plot was good, the characters are good together. It was a roller coaster of emotions between the characters.
I have not read a bad book from this author yet and this book is no exception! The great plot and character development kept me so engaged throughout the entire book that I had an awfully hard time putting this book down until the very last page was turned!
Ashley’s story with her 2 hot doctors is so good!!!!! I absolutely love that she supported both James and Oliver when they were confused about their feelings and she made them feel safe!!!! I wish people in the real world were like that!!!!
Ashley is a nurse and James and Oliver are hot surgeons. They all work together in same hospital. They have a hot and steamy relationship. A short read, but very good
I am a bit conflicted about this story. I liked the premise of this book but couldn't really like the characters. I thought Ashley had good intentions to get them together but sort of took command of it all without allowing Oliver and James really any say or discussion about it. I thought James and Oliver had great chemistry but then again, they don't really talk about it either. I think what bothers me the most is how they both treated Ashley, especially near the end. However, this story was very steamy hot, and had some great parts to it. I especially liked the epilogue.
I received a free advanced review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my fair and honest opinion.
I got really annoyed with all three characters.Charles and Oliver are more concerned about their ego, while Ashley thinks she's gods gift to men. All three being like this all the time reduced my interest to zilch
