Highly helpful for achieving productivity The beginning of the book hit a nerve, in a good way. It mentions the person that may have a high amount of confidence and think they can easily get whatever job they want, but is constantly being passed up. I've been in that predicament before so I relate. Next, I liked how the book described lots of different roles, leadership roles, team player, and various functions for both introverts and extroverts. Everyone has different abilities and qualities to lend to a team. Time management is also stressed. We all have the same amount of time in a day, but its about how we use it. It was a quick read, but very useful.
