The intro has great definitions necessary for educating businesses and the author gives many concrete areas and processes that should be questions.
The questions in the center of the book are a good initial reflection exercise. They could be expanded (not only gay & trans but maybe gender nonconformity and how that is perceived in the workplace)
This book can be a great start for employers aiming to create an inclusive workplace
