This series gets better and better with each new instalment!
Jack Storm is a believable hero, who evolves in personality and character. It’s like Storm’s perceptions are returning, once he is beginning to digest little by little the disappearance of his family.
Fast paced, exciting, highly entertaining, with unsuspecting twists.., a real page turner!
An astonishing and thrilling plot. The story is well-written with vivid descriptions, a clear than Jones signature in all his books. As always, impatient to read the author’s next instalment, in this case, Unextracted #4, another Jack Storm exciting series!
I highly recommend this series.

CIS Agent Jack Storm is on the Caribbean Paradise island of Antigua, to capture and interrogate the Egyptian terrorist he believes responsible for the murder of his wife and daughter. Unfortunately the wealthy father and brother of a Saudi Princess, on the run from her family, get to Jack's bosses first and subvert Jack's search (for closure on what happened to his own family), into an unwelcome new mission for him and his CIS partner, Riley.

Having to work with hostile Arab bodyguards is bad enough for Jack, bringing violent confrontation and complications aplenty.
Then Jack and Riley's boss, Gilson, forces them to work with inimical Russian agents too.
Can Jack trust any of them?
Where is the Princess and who betrays her?

A thrilling denouement sees Jack and Riley fighting for their lives, then trying to foil the plot to usurp a throne. Jack Storm is back in Extracted Asset the third book in this new series by Ethan Jones. so many twists and turns in this book, who is friend and who is foe? We have Saudi arabians, Canadians, Russians and even English intelligence involved and the only thing Jack wants is an Egytian who maybe can shed some light on what happened with his wife and child. Oh, and who is Nora? It took me a little while to get into this story but suddenly it took off and gained momentum, from then on it was a fast read with a new cliffhanger end that tells me that the possibility of more adventures with Storm is coming. I must thank Ethan Jones for supplying me with this advance copy. Keep up the good work.

I was delighted with this story as it was not what I expected. it veered off the track of the usual extraction stories. It reminded me of a recent situation in real life with a Princess who tried to escape. Though her situation is completely different. I like the pairing of jack and Riley they are good together. Riley is a good agent and has a lighter personality that seems to help jack when he gets to wound up. This extraction showed the difficulty with working with other countries who are not very forthcoming with the truth. I have often wondered how it is possible to risk ones life on the information of foreign agents. How can one tell truth from lies? This third book was fantastic things are really heating up.

The plot thickens...
Jack’s work and personal life collide putting him in a terrible situation. He is “asked” to find someone but the problem is, Jack and partner Riley don’t know who this person actually needs to be protected from. Yet, if he fails, he may never find out what happened to his family. As usual there is plenty of action and many twists and turns. I enjoyed the unusual Caribbean setting. The ending left me saying “I knew it!” and “What?!? I didn’t expect that!” at the same time. I hope we don’t have to wait long for the next book.

This is another book in the Jack Storm series. Mr. Jones does a wonderful job being the characters to life with lots of action. Jack Storm is a complex protagonist, he is dealing with trying to find out the truth about his family, while trying to save the world. This book can be read as a standalone, I am glad that I have read every book in this wonderful series. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

Having accidentally stumbled across an article about Princess Haya many months ago, this was a storyline that captured my attention and had me reading with great interest. Jack and Riley must navigate a trail filled with deceit and treachery; where everyone is looking for a favor and no one can be trusted. With their careers, even their very lives on the line, it’s a mission they can’t afford to fail. The mysteries surrounding Jack get deeper and more complex with every crumb of information he turns up about his family’s disappearance, leaving me desperate to know even more. Once again, I’ve only just barely finished reading it, but I’m frantic to see what’s coming next.

This story finds off-duty CIS operative Jack Storm and his partner Riley Booker in Antigua, looking for an Egyptian named Essa, a member of the terrorist group involved in the disappearance of Jack’s wife and daughter. Jack hoped to learn whether his family were still alive. The search was interrupted by a Saudi Arabian team working for Prince Nayef, who told them that they had captured Essa, and that Jack could interrogate Essa, but that they needed to find and return his missing sister, a Saudi princess, first. He stated that his father had given Canada a million-dollar contract for Canadian-made armored vehicles and requested the search for his daughter as a favor – Jack's boss (Gilson) approved the mission, of course. Nayef demanded complete control and secrecy over the mission and forced Jack to include two of his trusted guards. Jack’s preference was to run his own show and trusted only Riley for assistance and was not happy for the added people. The situation further deteriorated when Gilson was ordered to include two Russian agents, including Bronia, a devious agent who always had her own agenda, greatly disliked Jack and had nearly killed him in a previous mission. A British asset was later added to further confuse the mission.

It appeared that the Saudi princess had run away from her husband, for reasons unknown. There was little information to go on and it seemed like Nayek’s men kept blocking Jack’s investigation. The ‘intel’ that the Russians provided was quickly found to be lies, so no one could be trusted. If Jack and Riley can ever locate the princess, will she be willing to return to her household? Will Jack get to interrogate Essa? The story is a pure Ethan Jones wild ride - lots of twists and turns, with strong characters, non-stop action and never knowing who to trust. It is engrossing and very hard to put down. I thoroughly enjoy this new series – you should try it! I received an ARC – this review is my honest opinion. I purchased a copy to support this outstanding author. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of this exciting series!

Hold on tight or you may get whiplash from all the twists & turns in this novel which is a hallmark of Ethan Jones. The star of this (still) new series, Jack Storm, finds himself in Antigua in search of an Egyptian who may have information relating to his wife & daughter. Before he can get to the Egyptian, some Saudi's intervene & convince Jack's boss to have him work with them & his SVR "friend" (Bronia) to find a Saudi princess. It seems that the Princess is running away from her hsuband. Why? Is the Saudi Royal Family prepared to have this information get out or bury it? Fast action throughout Extracted Asset, the third book in the Jack Storm series. Wherever Jack & his partner, Riley, go a storm is sure to appear. Hold on tight!

A twisted motive!

In order for Jack to have access to a man, who may be able to shed some light on his family's disappearance, he needs to find and extract a princess. Seems simple enough and he would be saving a princess, returning her to her concerned family.

Double cross, after double cross, leads to more than a battle of wits. Has he taken on more than he can deliver? Has he put his team in grave danger? Who can he trust?

The truth will out, in this fast paced tale of betrayal and lies - will Jack sacrifice his own need for knowledge, in order to find that truth?

Extracted Asset is another first class action, espionage thrill ride from an author that surely is one of the best in the business. Jack Storm, the hero of this series, is called on to find a missing Saudi princess which would have been hard enough but when you add in Russian SVR agents things become almost impossible. Luckily for us readers Jack Storm often deals with the impossible. Ethan Jones delivers yet again with fast paced action mixed with tense espionage and double crosses all the way. This time Jack is in the Caribbean rather than the middle east but things are just as dangerous for him and his partner Riley despite the beautiful setting. This is a book you can honestly say you couldn't put down. Right from the beginning the author hits the reader with everything he's got in his considerable action writing arsenal and he just never lets go until the end. A great read from a great author.

It’s time to extract another asset. What happens when a Saudi princess leaves her husband and disappears? What will Jack Storm do about it? He’s in Antigua, a vacation paradise, and runs into a couple of Saudi bodyguards. This novel has a lot of action and some odd turns. What will Agent Storm do when he is told to work with his “favorite” Russian agent with whom he has had difficulty in the past? If I were in his shoes, I’d have a hard time trusting about everyone, except his partner, in this story. Ethan Jones does another grand job spinning a complicated yarn. If you enjoy thrillers of a different sort, you will enjoy book #3 in the Jack Storm series: Extracted Asset.

Extracted Asset is another winner from Ethan Jones

Book 3 in the new series starts with Jack Storm attempting to meet with an Egyptian agent who may have information on his missing wife and child. However, the meeting did not go as it was intended as he unexpectedly found a new mission: finding a missing Saudi princess.

From then on, Jones excites the reader with a wide variety of agents and members of countries including Saudi Arabia, his home country of Canada, Russia, and England.

Storm finds his way through this thrilling and challenging story right up to an unexpected and spine-chilling ending. And what a ride it was!

The name of the main character for this series could not have been better chosen. Everywhere Jack Storm goes a storm of some sort follows, and I do not mean the weather!!

Once again we find Jack overseas to rescue an asset, at least she's someone's asset! But just who are the 'good guys' and who can Jack and Riley (his partner) trust? The Saudis, the Russians, his own Agency? Time will tell as you work your way through this fast-paced novel with more than one surprise!

This is the 3rd book in this series and frankly, I can't wait for #4!!

I highly recommend this book, and if you haven't read the first 2, it isn't a necessity, but you certainly should!!

TV Program or Movie???

This book SCREAMS to be made into either a movie or TV program combined with the first 2 books there's sufficient action and intrigue to bring viewers back every week!

I loved the conversations between characters but I must admit the action is what grabs me most. The characters feel human because the conversation is not stilted but flows smoothly. There is a hint of romance but just enough to feel the current might start to flow but hasn't started yet. The action puts the reader on the edge of his/her seat and is descriptive enough that I felt I was there witnessing blows and later the helicopter falling. Oops, I leaked a bit of the story - basically just a teaser in hopes that you will immediately get this book to read for yourself.

I have a suggestion for you. Since I highly recommend this book, why not get it for a gift for someone who loves a good action book as well as get it for yourself? It would make a good graduation present, Father's Day present or just a gift to set back for when the time is right (even Christmas) for someone that likes mysteries and action. I am thankful that the author Ethan Jones permitted me the honor of reading this book. I really hope a producer reads all three books and turns them into a series.

High paced action set in the beautiful Caribbean. Jack is contracted to find and extract a Saudi princess in exchange for a chance to get information about what happened to his family. Although it seems to be a fairly easy assignment there's something deeper, more sinister at play and the Russians are involved! Many twists, turns and betrayal.

This is an espionage thriller of the highest caliber. CIS Jack Storm and his partner Riley are tasked with finding a Saudi princess who has disappeared. The Saudi royal family is deeply concerned, but for all the wrong reasons. There is a sinister assassination plan in play and the princess knows. Non stop action, suspense, intrigue, betrayal.... this action thriller has it all!! My highest recommendation!!

If you take a large portion of CIS mix it with SRV stir well then add a helping of the Saudis and a pinch of MI6 you’ll have the perfect recipe called Extracted Asset. This recipe is a must to try.
In book 3 we find Jack in the Caribbean on a mission to locate an Egyptian who he believes has information relating to the disappearance of his family. Of course as with all Ethan’s books nothing is that straight forward. Jack is very soon found to be, much to his displeasure, working for the Saudi Royal family to locate a missing/ runaway Princess. We then see him reunited with Bronia the SRV agent he has previously worked with which had a disastrous outcome. Of course this one doesn’t run smoothly either with lots of double crossing going on. Jack and Riley are soon at odds with the SRV again and events take an u usual turn. Later we see Jack on a voyage of discovery connected to his “ friend” Nora,which I suspect will form the basis of book 4. Yet again Ethan has produced an excellent offering which keeps you guessing and wanting to continue reading.

Terrific - Jack Storm's 3rd adventure is even faster moving with more twists and turns than the previous books, so much so that it makes the book difficult to put down. It leaves the reader breathless on occasions.
I won't spoil the end but the scope for more adventures left me in complete anticipation.
I'm sure Eathan won't disappoint with the next book as well.
