Good read. Lots of good tips

The book draws on other foundation concepts around habit forming. Easy to follow and not overly scientific. It's a good practical guide to making fitness "stick".

Very boring and not worth spending time

One of the most boring books that I have ever read. The authors style of writing made me sleepy everytime I read. Especially with the lengthy, never ending sentence made me lose interest completely. At one point I felt like I was reading a biology book where the author describes too much about a human brain.
Over all it is a waste of time reading this book.

Good read!
Pretty much nicely summed up in the last chapter of the book. It basically highlights pointers to consider mental makeover to make fitness a habit and part of lifestyle.
