Should be required reading! Really sheds light on the importance of fighting for what is right and diversity. I loved this story so much.

I really enjoyed the story, I loved the children. I loved the way it was written. I was able to visualize everything so clearly. I was worried it would be too close to miss Peregrine home for extraordinary children, but it wasn't. I only gave this book 4 stars because I can't see myself rereading this story over and over, but that does not take away from the enjoyment I got from reading the story.

This book was recommended to me after reading the highly enjoyable morrigan crow books. Sadly, I could not get into the plot and the pacing was too slow
