This book caught my interest because the author was a piano tuner, with years of experience in all things relating to pianos. Also, he grew up in Stevenage, like me, and attended a school I knew well.
Maybe for the above reasons, I found this an incredibly readable book. To be fair, he writes extremely well and I was sorry when I came to the end of the book. I wanted him to write more. Maybe he'll write a continuing volume.
A fairly 'niche' interest maybe, but for me, an interesting read.
