I was expecting a bit more in-depth concepts and ideas (Art & Science) to think about. If you have never been single before (???) then reading activity ideas of “go for a walk’,’go for a run’, ‘gardening’” etc may be helpful, otherwise, Not so much. After about 1/2 the book, I found myself skimming through the balance just to find a valuable nugget, as I feel most books have something of value, but finished with nothing.
I feel like a lot of the advice from this book are exactly the things I would say to friends of mine. This book gives a positive outlook on the choice to be single rather than bowing down to the common perception that singleness is bad. Well-written. My only complaint is that the indents are a bit too much, scale the indents back to 0.3.
