Kade Fletcher is the youngest brother of three who have time traveled from eighteenth century Scoltand to present day Delight. He really loves his new life and wouldn’t want it any other day. The only thing missing is a woman to share it all with.
Billie Adams has come to Delight for a month to get started on writing a book. She’s never written anything before, but does work in an ad agency. She’s hoping that her month long stay at the Writer’s Ranch will get her creative juices flowing so to speak. She thinks she has it all figured out however there is one thing she didn’t count on and that is Kade Fletcher. For some reason she can’t seem to take her eyes off of him when he’s near, but she’s sure that he’s taken and she is not the type of woman that chases another’s man. All of a sudden the thought of him being her muse is perfect. It shouldn’t hurt to actually use him as her muse, should it? Then Billie notices something else. For some odd reason she feels like she’s being watched by something or someone unseen. Is it a bear, a man, or some kind of mythical creature? All the while these happenings go unsolved Billie finds herself in a lot of trouble and only Kade can help her, but will he get there in time?
Kade and Billie are totally attracted to each other, but can they be more than friends?
Jennae Vale writes a lovely story that had me glued to my e reader. These two characters had a lot of chemistry and I enjoyed getting to know them immensely. They were perfect together and I was rooting for them to get together. Ms. Vale thank you for another wonderful story. It was so nice to visit with characters from previous books.

Kade Fletcher is the youngest of three brothers who’ve time traveled from 18th century Scotland to Delight California.
Billie Adams is the town’s newest guest here on vacation from her less than desirable job at an advertising agency in Los Angeles to write a book.
The two are undeniably attracted to each other and yet dance around any type of relationship as neither can see a future together.
There are a number of twists and turns as the story unfolds. I don’t want to provide spoilers so suffice it to say... great book, highly recommend! I can’t wait for the next book in the series !
Elements of the story I love: the weaving together of the family tales. Characters in the last book appear in this one and the relationships expand and grow. Also great character and setting descriptions. You feel transported to another time and place.

Jennae Vale is a master of Scottish Time Travel stories. This time, instead of women going back through time, three brothers come forward. They get caught in an avalanche in 18th Century Scotland and come out of an avalanche in a small 21st century CA town. The town of Delight could be right out of a Hallmark movie - a city girl comes to town to spend a month writing a book, The townspeople take to her immediately and the youngest brother (Kade) is immediately attracted to her.
This is a great story of finding a place that you can call home and finding friends who become family. This is the 2nd book in the series but can be read as a stand alone but once you read it you'll want to go back and read Book 1. The Happily Ever After was just right.

Good read!!
Everything flowed well in the book. Nice to see the characters from the first book in the series included in this book as well. I also like the amount of chapters and the content was not full of a lot of fluff. Got to the point right away, a little mystery involved as well as time travel

Wonderful!
The second book in the Delight series, Wanted, was very good. I loved Kade and Billie, the main characters of this story, along with the town and people that the author created. I can't wait for the next one.

This is an excellent addition to the Delight series, focused on Kade, and again including Bear, Peyton and friends from the first book, Wanted, as well as Ross and Cassie from book one and from book 39 of the Culloden Moor series. Much fun!
