This starts with Maxim taking Liz on that dinner date she agreed on. The night goes splendid and they both agree to have a "friends with benefits" arrangement. Will their relationship go the way Maxim hopes? Maxim is busy organizing the cargo shipment of guns with Franco and Gianna. Gianna is totally interested in Maxim which catches the eyes of Liz when they meet in front of the clinic Liz is setting up. Franco and Gianna invite Maxim and Liz to go out to a club for the night. Liz doesn't trust the pair especially Gianna so she agrees to come with Maxim. Maxim finds out the club is run by Victori Manchelli and Victori throws down the gauntlet about taking orders from Valentin. So the war begins. Will Liz fears of the dangers of Maxim's job come abreast? This is another addicting addition to this romantic story of Maxim and Liz. i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the third book in The Ivankov Mafia Bratva Series Two. In this book, Liz and Maxim have grown even closer while in Italy and Maxim is even more determined to make Liz his. Liz has admitted she has feelings for Maxin, but she is scared to lose him. Maxim continues to make business connections and learn who is loyal to Valentin. Maxim has made his feelings known to Liz, but he also knows there is danger in Italy and by being closer to her, she could be in danger as well. I really love this series. I love Maxim. He is so protective of Liz and i think she has valid points about the dangers. Liz is in love with Maxim, but she is so scared of losing him. I don't trust the brother and sister Maxim is doing business with and i think they are going to be trouble. I can't wait to read more.

The story of Maxim and Liz and their obvious fighting attraction for each other continues. They still don’t want to see each other with anyone else. Both decide at first to be friends with benefits, but wait to you see what happens next. It’s obvious Maxim has strong feelings for Liz and Liz has strong feelings for Maxim. Why don’t they just give in? Why fight the obvious signs between them? Liz can’t get over the fact Maxim keeps getting hurt, and she’s obviously afraid that he keeps getting in danger. This book is definitely a page turner and I can’t wait to read more. I want to know whether Liz and Maxim will ever get their happy ending or are they doomed. The suspense keeps building with each book.

In this third installment of The Hunter and the Hunted, the story of Liz and Maxim continues. Maxim is finding cracks in Liz’s wall. He tries to strategically take steps forward in the hopes that he can get her back.
Liz on the other hand is adamant that they cannot and will not be together all while questioning her thoughts. She realizes all too late that she cares for him more than she knew or wanted to. She finally allows herself to relax around him and finds herself falling back in step with him.
Meanwhile, things continue to ramp up for Maxim with his business dealings. He has been attacked more than once since landing in Italy. He takes this hardest when the violence hits a little too close to home. Only time and a lot of effort from both Maxim and Liz will tell whether they can finally let go of their reservations to reunite
While I find the constant back and forth rather exhausting, I can’t help but root for Liz and Maxim in the end. I also find it relatable as people often let fear stop them from pursuing what they want. There is so much happening and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

I am loving reading The Hunter & The Hunted III by Amber Adams because the story is definitely heating up between Maxim and Liz. Things are also getting dangerous as well. I am loving the suspense of this story and am anticipating how it will all end. I really hope that Maxim and Liz will get and stay together. I am rooting for them. They need each other, but as of now, there is a level of worry about what is going to happen and if they will survive the danger that is closing in on them. I would highly recommend reading this story and this series. It is hot and steamy and there is definitely intense moments of drama.

Max is on a quest to make Liz his in every way. Liz wants Max so bad but all she can think about is what happens when he doesn't make it home. Liz sees first had that things are not working very well for Max in Italy. He has had too many misses against his life. Liz finally has to use a shoe to help Max escape the goons that tried to take him out when they left the club. They get home and finally Liz decides that loving Max is better than being without Max. There is so much fear, guilt, betrayal, jealousy and passion. Will Max live long enough to have a happy ending with Liz? Can't wait for the next book to come out. We pick up where we left of the story and Max is still nagged with the feeling that something isn't right in Italy and Liz is a welcome distraction to him. When something happens at a club they visit with Franco and his sister Giana, he is more determined to claim Liz and she is also but danger is lurking around the corner and now Liz may become a target also. Nail biting story, explosive chemistry between Liz and Max makes this a must read series. I volunteered to review this story.

This is book three and it’s Maxim and Liz’s story continues. These books are getting better and keeping you on the edge of your seat. They pull you in from the first to the last page. Maxim and Liz has decided to be friends with benefits. But in all honesty we know that won’t last long. These two always have been and always will be in love with each other. The suspense keeps getting better. Looking forward to see how this series ends

And you can die in your bed even when you are an underboss in the bratva. I'm just praying for the next book to see what happens next.. and what that creepy sister is planning.

Liz and Maxims sorry continues! As they still fight their attraction for one another deciding to become FWB isn't their best idea. How long can they keep on pushing and pulling away? Will they ever get a HEA? Thisbis book 3 in the series and the suspense keeps you on your toes!

Received the book as a arc member . Couldn't put down . This author did a good job of telling this story . Max and Liz trying to figure out where they stand with each other. And max trying to keep each of them safe . Must read . Way better then 5 stars. This author is doing a great job torturing me with each new part waiting on the next one .

This Book 3 is an exciting, steamy piece of this series! Liz has admitted her fear of the violent world Max thrives in. Yet Max won't give up on her. He must have her. The attraction is electric. I'm pulling for them. I totally understand Liz's fear. Will anxiously away Book 4.

Liz is trying to guard her heart, but Maxim has no plans on letting her go this time. The heat between these too is spicy!! I love them and I hope that Liz's fears allows her open her heart to Maxim! I can't wait for the rest of the series!!

And the story continues with Max and Liz now increasing their feelings for one another. Interesting to see Liz claws come forth regarding Gianna. And then to have Max's back when he's going up against 2 guys, she never not once turned around to run. Liz was a ride or die chick in that moment. Now I off to reading the next book to see what happens.

When I started reading this story, I could not put it down. I read the book in one day. This author is an awesome writer. I cannot wait to read more of their books. Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book.

Love this series centering around Liz, Maxim and the Ivankov Bravta. I am anxiuos to see how the "friends with benefits," holds out. I'm keeping my eye on Giana, not too sure about that one.

Max and Liz are back. Liz is finally giving into Max again. This book was amazing. I still think the Franco or Gianna are up to something. But we will see. I can't wait for the next book.
