This story was freaking sweet, romantic, fun to read and totally safe as well. 😍😍😍Insta love between Reese and Bentley ,but he was hesitant to pursue Reese. He was cautious after being hurt before. In the end she cracked his walls and they got their HEA. Can't wait for the next story.👍👍

Ms. Hart brings us into book three in the Heroes of Daisy Hills series. These two have liked each other for a while. But things happen to keep them apart. The past is the issue for one of them and the other one is just to shy. But when something happens and he has to save her can he ever give up on how he feels about her. Will, she let him into her life?

The picture that changed their lives
Bentley is the third book in the Heroes of Daisy Hills series and is the story of Reese and Bentley Harris. Reese is a photographer who works for the local paper and has booked her first wedding shoot. But what she really wants to do is nature photography and open her own gallery in town filled with her own photos. She moved to Daisy Hills with her best friend Maya when she was hired by the Daisy Hills Library. Actually Reese tagged along with Maya after she found out the guy she had been dating for a year and a half was married to two other women. Maya has found love with Knox but Reese is still having really bad first dates. But there is a photographer contest coming up and Reese is determined to get the shot that will win the contest that will be "a game changer for my career." So she finds herself on the hunt for Barney, the local Elk with the legendary rack. But what she does is go onto a trail that has been closed because of a mama grizzly bear and ends up getting a close encounter of a whole different type.
Bentley is a Park Ranger who is sexy as sin and cold as ice. He is friends with Knox and the rest of the "Heroes of Daisy Hills" and met Reese over a year ago. Bentley was drawn to her immediately but has worked hard to stay away from her and when they are around each other he works to stay cold. He has his reasons which include one impulsive decision with one woman years ago and he paid a heavy price for it. When he is just finishing patrolling for the day Bentley sees fresh footprints on the closed trail and he knows that this could be bad. So he grabs some bear spray and heads up the trail to find the person. What he ends up finding makes his heart race and his protective Alpha kick in,. Reese is on the trail with Betsy roaring at her. Well this is about to get interesting......
This was a wonderful story that I loved. The story-line has it all, drama, angst, longing, action, danger, romance, heart pounding smexy passion and more. The characters are feisty, smart, fun and lovable, who have a hate/love thing that will erupt into a full blown inferno of passion. Bentley is a great addition to this series and a definite RECOMMEND READ!

Reese and Bentley sneaked around each other for month. Both made some bad experience in love and so nobody wants to make the first move. A lot of misunderstandings poisoned the air, until a bear became a danger. Both alone without protective friends around, they give in to each other. I loved this one. My favorite protagonists in this book are Betsy and Barney :). Once Bentley lost his icy attitude, he is sweet and protective. Once Reece came to notice that Bentley didn't hate but adores her, she melts into his arms. So sweet . I love Kali Harts books, they abduct you in a world where love is strong and possessive, where love comes fast, and erotic moments are hot. In this one the first time in Kalis books the woman makes the first leading to action kiss.
I love this series . It's hot in cold Alaska with humor, love and Insta - feel good feelings for everyone.

Reece notice Bentley when she arrived in town, but the air around him was always cold. Bentley followed his heart once and got it smashed in an amazing fashion. Now he protects it tighter than Fort Knox, even if Reece threatens to crack it open. When Reece ignores a warning sign in hopes to get the perfect picture, it is Bentley who is there to save her against Betsy.
Walls fall, heart are given and misunderstandings take them to the brink of going back to cold friends. Reece and Bentley have a strong pull toward each other, when they move pass the past, things heat up and chemistry burns strong.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Bentley is the third book in the ‘’heroes of Daisy hills’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Reese has had a crush on Bentley since she met him. Having been burnt by love in the past, Bentley is resistant to try again. Will he ever give in to his feelings for Reese?
The chemistry between Bentley and Reese is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

OMG...I like this one out of the series the best so far and I give all the props to Reese. Very assertive, no holds barred, upfront...she knows what she wants and has no problem going after it...from getting that prize winning shot/photo or getting Bentley. By the end of this delightful and entertaining novella, she's done both. This was enjoyable because there was no time for the angst and drama to feed...misunderstandings were nipped in the bud and I was like WOW...loved it! Very very satisfying HEA and I'm ready for Ian's story.

Reese has moved to Daisy Hill to rediscover herself and follow her best friend. Reese is single, bubbly, curvy and sweet. Bentley is a park ranger. He is big, no-nonsense, frosty around Reese, but friendly to everybody else. Why does he not like her? She is going to figure it out but right now she has pictures to take. Reese wants to be a nature photographer with her own gallery. So off she goes to find an elk to photo. What happens? What doesn’t? This is just a sassy, sexy, sizzling, sweet romance story. The characters are likable/lovable, funny, and hot! It is an entertaining read.

Bentley and Reese have feelings for each other, but have had bad past relationships. Bentley has really high walls guarding his heart but when he find Reese hurt near a bear on a trail, he rescues her and takes her back to his cabin before a big storm hits. The characters are strong and determined, but locked in a cabin allows them to talk it out. The backstories, surprises and twists add a great deal to the storyline. The ending is terrific and I can not wait to read another book by this author.

Bentley and Reese have both suffered betrayal, but each have dealt with it in different ways. Good storyline with fun characters one being closed off and the other wanting to find that special love. Can these two come together when one won’t risk the chance of heartbreak again. Enjoyed how their friends are all in support and place bets, as only good friends will call you out when they care about each other.

I'd like to slap Bentley in the head for his stubbornness. Good thing fate intervened and threw Reese in his path and stayed on ensuring that she has been claimed. Good thing too that Reese knew how to straighten him out or they wouldn't have their happy ending.

Don’t believe the beware of bear sign! It’s just a throw you off the trail. Or so you thought until Mama bear stands on her hind legs and gives a rearmpk. What a way to go! Bentley is there to save the day. But when you’re standoffish and the attraction is so palpable what are you supposed to do? No cliffhanger

Who Would Have Thought
That a bear named Betsy would bring a couple together. Bentley was determined not to get involved with Reese. He just knew that it wasn't A goid thing until Reese found herself in the way of a bear. It was the catalyst of nature that brought her close to Bentley. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Can't wait for the next.

An entertaining book three in the Heroes of Daisy Hills series! It is engaging, relatable, funny, witty, fast-paced, and well written. The characters are likeable with sizzling chemistry between them. Definitely recommended!

This was a short and steamy story.
The rescue scene was great, but I didn’t feel the attraction between them.

Reese and Bentley have been attracted to each other but where she keeps dating trying to find that special someone he has closed himself off. He had always been cold and unfriendly toward her so she is shocked when he comes to her rescue and the sparks fly between them. Short sweet romance.

I have not read a bad book from this author yet and this book is no exception! The great plot and character development kept me so engaged throughout the entire book that I had an awfully hard time putting this book down until the very last page was turned!

This was such a cozy sweet romance novella.
They are stuck in a cabin together and it’s so atmospheric because she’s a nature photographer & they spend a lot of time out at his cabin.

Bentley and Reese are a super sweet couple. It takes a Grizzly to make the realize they have wasted enough time and finally take the leap towards their happy ever after ending

Loved Bentley and Reese. These two have had a mutual attraction for a while, but Bentley has been ice cold to Reese and she doesn't know why. A run in with a bear changes their relationship status quickly and I enjoyed every minute of it.
