Kent Wade is a badass bully playboy who has everything and everyone under his control, including his sassy little meal ticket, Jen.
That all changes when his brother falls in love with Kent's lifelong best friend, Allie, whom he's had on the back burner for years. Now Kent's not the only one getting some in a family full of secrets and lies.

Will he be able to handle the competition? And what happens when Sage Turner comes to town and turns his world upside down?

Allie Moore is your typical nerdy girl next door with braces and glasses to prove it. The man she loves sees her as his chubby best friend. She’s never had what it takes to make him notice her, but she’s caught the attention of his older brother. What Kent thinks is chubby, Aaron sees as curvy. The freckles Allie tries to scrub away are adorable to him and her boobs give him wet dreams.
Aaron manages to do the impossible by making her forget all about wanting his brother. Kent Wade who?

Shattered Lives revolve around two billionaire-bad-boy brothers who are self-made, self-paid, and always ready to get laid. Best friends Allie and Sage are the women who love them.

This story is fan-yourself good. Buy this box set and I dare you not to drop your kindles from the steamy heat.

This is already the second book by this author I’ve read, and honestly, I don’t know what it is about her or her writing, but both her books simply sucked me in completely and I just couldn't put them down. They shouldn't work for many reasons (mainly because, in general, OTT possessive alphas + innocent virgins are not my thing), but they do, and I just can’t put my finger on the reason why…

Maybe because the virgin here (Reagan) is innocent, yet definitely not naïve. She is deaf and she doesn’t speak, but she’s not a victim. She might seem timid or shy, but she’s strong, has balls, and has the hero (Reed) by the balls. Isn’t this the perfect combination?

Reed is THE alpha, with all his possessiveness. He’s described in the beginning as extremely dominant, with mention of a few scenes at a BDSM club. And even though Reed is a Dom and Reagan is described as wanting a strong Dom and having a high pain tolerance, the only thing lacking are actual BDSM scenes. I ask WHY? Why even mention some BDSM and use it just as a plot device? See, they ghosted each other after their first date, both thinking it was too vanilla and then they reconnected at a BDSM club. But later are perfectly happy to have vanilla sex life (?). The hints on BDSM later in the book though were entertaining to read.
“If I asked you to do something, would you do it?” she asks. The Dom in me is already marching around holding a “pussy whipped” picket sign because he knows I’m going to say yes. Like I could fucking ever deny her. Flipping him off, I nod my head on her cheek.

“Don’t you dare Dom up on me right now.”
How the hell did I ever mistake her for a damn submissive. Did she just call me out?

Even if this story was a case of instant lust, it was the perfect blend of entertaining, sweet and steamy, plus author did a really good job writing about relationship complicated by a disability.

This wasn't what I was expecting, even though looking back, the blurb hints at this possibility. I was surprised but in the best way possible! Not only by the complex characters but also by the unique plot twists this book revealed. It was a roller coaster ride of sweet moments blended perfectly with some outside the box adventures!

I loved Reagan and Reed! Reagan was a strong, independent heroine that was the poster child for rolling with the punches. She learned to move on from her first passion of performing and making music to adapting to a whole new set of circumstances when she loses her hearing at 15. I loved that she didn't let that tragedy define her and she has a healthy, happy life. She has a loving and supportive group of family and friends, she's graduating from college with a degree of interior design and she's optimistic about the future.

Reed Dixon seems like he has the world at his feet. After leaving a successful acting career, he now designs and sells custom luxury yachts. He's smart, controlled and dominate, both inside and outside the boardroom. But he doesn't do relationships and avoids any kind of emotional connection to anyone. He prefers to stay emotionally detached from everyone after losing his twin brother when he was a younger.

When he meets Reagan, that emotional void is filled and he is genuinely perplexed by his instant need to have her close. I loved watching him try to fight his attraction to Reagan. And I do mean try! Lol, he tries to put up a fight but, in the end, he is always giving in to his need to protect, cherish and love her. It was both sweet and endearing! I loved every minute of it.

This book was seriously an eye-opening experience, giving you an inside look at the life of someone who is hearing impaired. Reagan might have lost her hearing but she didn't let that bring her down. She thought and acted like any normal college girl, tbh, she was more mature than most YA protagonists but her life experiences gave her a stronger foundation that shines through every time an obstacle came up. Which leads to the kick I got out of reading how these two always opening communicated, discussed and resolved issues that in most romances would have played out completely different.

Reagan and Reed have to deal with gossip at work when their relationship is finally outed, people judging Reed and Reagan because of her disability, family drama, their age gap, his celebrity status and catty people from her past, all while starting a new relationship and navigating their alternative lifestyle together. It would have been overwhelming for anyone but these two handled it all with a unique blend of knee jerk reaction freak out (totally understandable!) followed by protectiveness, love and presenting a united front. It was the perfect recipe for a love conquers all read.

What a smexy little romance. Something that I assumed turned from classically sweet and diverse in protagonists, to hot and hard and heavy and steamy, to very cute and adorable. The genre of the book appeared to be a little all over the place, but I didn't really care. It was great with a huge HEA and a little part of the book that...I admit...got me tearing up a little. A romance that is not like most I have stumbled upon, but very much enjoyed.

Rebel Wild has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Regan and Reed. Regan works for Duce Dixon and she had to take something up to Reed's office. She gets yelled at when she doesn't answer him over a question. He takes the envelope from her and she runs away. Lyle had been in Reed's office when Regan came in and after she left, Reed asked him "Who was that?" Lyle tells him that it was Regan Montgomery. "So? " I don't care who she is. Her not answering me left like a damn dismissal. "You really should give a damn. She goes to the Wealden University. "Again, so?" Regan's part of the outreach program. What are you talking about? You're full of it. She seems perfectly normal. This program was designed to help physically and mentally disabled people gain on-the-job training and possible employment. "Oh, she is perfectly normal. She's great in fact. "Will you just spit it out already. why is she in the program? She's deaf. Reed feels like a jerk. He gets Buzz to get him a file on Regan. After he gets the file, he goes in search of Regan and asks her out but she turns him down flat. He keeps at it until she agrees to go out with him. Reed is not the type to stay with one woman but he can't seem to get Regan out of his mind. He is always thinking about her. Somehow he finds out about her designs and moves her to a different department. She doesn't want any special treatment because they are dating and she goes to tell him so. He tells her that it wasn't him but her former boss that requested the move. Things are moving fast for Regan and Reed. He finds out about a surgery that might be able to let her hear again and he gets the information on it. When she finds out about this, she lets him have it. He tells her that it is not him taking over her life, he just wanted to get everything together before he told her about it. He tells her that she can do it or not. She decides to have the surgery and has to wait three months to see if it took. Reed is there with her along with her family and best friend when she finds out if she can hear of not.
Can Regan and Reed make a go of their relationship?
After surgery, will Regan be able to hear?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

This book was interesting. The first 10% or so I did not think I was going to like it, but then it took a turn and I really enjoyed it. I was not expecting the Dom/Sub part of this book. The first part of the book really talks about Reed being a Dom and a couple of scenes, but when he mets Reagan, he can't stop thinking about her.

Reed is a former actor and business mogul. He has an attitude and does not do relationships, he thrives being a Dom because it gives him all the control. They met at Reed's office, when Reagan delivers a letter from the mailroom to Reed. One chance meeting is all it takes. Reagan is the first woman that Reed wants to date, but Reagan is not interested in the boring Reed that he portrays on their first date. She wants Dom Reed. When Reed learns that Reagan is a Sub, and when Reagan learns that Reed is a Dom, all bets are off!

The relationship moves very quickly between the two. All Reed wants is Reagan but he does not know how to do the boyfriend/relationship thing. Reagan makes him want that though. When the two of them get together, they both know that is it for them. It still mentioned the dom/sub part but not really anymore when they got together, it turned into a sweet romance story.

The author did a beautiful job writing about Reagan. Reagan became deaf at the age of 15 after an illness. Reagan is not a victim and she does not let her deafness stop her. Reed will do whatever he can to make Reagan comfortable, and all he wants is to be able to communicate with her. He learns sign language, and gives Reagan every technology available to help her. It was truly beautiful how they communicated.

This was truly a sweet story about being with the person you are met to be with.

A hot steamy story wound up with a workplace romance of who cracks first. It’s definitely a tear jerker at some parts (or it’s just me crying, often).
I loved how the deaf community is portrayed in this book; as they are often so badly portrayed and misrepresented as closed off people, which is the complet opposite. The author did an amazing job with an accurate representation. They were beautifully written.

As an avid reader, I alway wish books would never end and go on forever; this is definitely one of them! I really loved this book!

This book was a real surprise... It started off very BDSM and I wasn’t sure I was loving it but it changed and was a brilliant book. It is about Reagan and Reed. Reagan is a college student who has a hearing impairment. She got a job as part of a disability program working in the mail room of a big company. Reed is CEO of said company. He is an alpha, Dom.

This book ended up being an addictive read that I couldn’t put down. It has lots of hot and steamy scenes. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and loved the HEA.

Sweet Surrender is a steamy, grumpy-boss age-gap romance with a sweet twist. Actor turned business mogul, Reed Dixon and Reagan Montgomery's story. Reagan lost her hearing at fifteen and it has been a silent world for her since. I enjoyed seeing their story come together with its ups and downs. The story was well worth reading. This is a new Author to me. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I loved this book from start to finish. Reagan didn’t let her disability keep her from getting what she wanted out of life. When Reed sees her for the first time, he has no idea she’s deaf but he is attracted to her nonetheless. Her pursues her and she denies him at first. The story develops each character well, especially how Reed changes his outlook on relationships. What Reed does for Reagan in the end is so touching. Thanks for a great book!

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with!
By the time you’ve figured out who is who and how deep hate can run, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter!

Can’t say I didn’t warn you.
I especially like that the Author incorporated a disability, the inability to accept what has happen and healing into the story. Reed is angry, sexy as all get out and trying to deal with pain yet taking it out on everyone /everything around him although, it is what has gotten him through thus far. Reagan has lived in a world of silence being deaf, people see her as a weak, unable to comprehend/understand and sometimes poke fun of her because of her disability. The chemistry is instant for them however, Reagan doesn’t give him the time of day why would he want someone like her but that doesn’t make him stop pursuing her in fact he goes harder because he knows she is his and will do what needs to be done to convince her will she believe him and can they find happiness?

So this book interested me from just reading the blurb. It sounded different in a market filled with similar storylines. I did start reading it and nearly put it down again but very glad I stuck with it. Let me explain. After the heartbreak of his childhood, we are introduced to Reed leaving a meeting. For me the inner monologue here had me not liking him very much. It felt as though he was full of his own importance. This arrogance carried on through his first meeting with Reagan when he is a complete idiot. Thankfully after this rocky start, he is able to redeem himself enough for me to start liking him.

There is an instant connection between Reed and Reagan but Reed doesn't do relationships. Reagan is just what he needs though. She is hard-working, passionate and submissive. There are many barriers to their relationship with Reed being her employer, Reed's aversion to a relationship, and the communication difficulties between them as a result of Reagan being deaf.

This was certainly hot and spicy but there were plenty of sweet moments throughout.

Sweet Surrender by Rebel Wild is the story of Reed Dixon and Regan Montgomery.
Reed has learned that it is best not to love after the death of his brother and of course that has turned him to be a harsh person. Regan lost her hearing around the age of 15 and hasn't let that stop her from leading her life. Reed on his first meeting with Regan doesn't know of her lack of hearing and goes on to yell at her like he does most people. But he learns later of her issue and the more he learns about her along with being around her drives him to open himself to new feelings. Enjoyed their story.

This is the best work of Rebel Wild so far! It's sweet and sexy, with very relatable characters and a beautiful setting. She manages to portray the deaf community with sensitivity and easiness. Totally a page turner! You will love it!

I went into this story blind, only knowing it was an age gap boss employee story. I didn’t expect the layers of depth and emotion that followed each page. I connected with Reagan almost immediately. Their story felt authentic and a refreshing change from other books in the same genre. I’m sad to see it end.

Reed is a successful man, this Dom has everything he needs with his submissives: lots of sex and nothing else. Until he meets Reagan, a deaf young woman who will eventually turn his world upside down.
Reagan begins to work in Reed’s company, and he takes an special interest in her, but it is not until the 2 coincide in a sex club, that their relationship doesn’t take another step.
They become lovers, and before he knows how it happened, Reed falls madly in love with her.
The inveterate bachelor ends up falling in love and becoming the perfect man for Reagan, punishments included.😉🔥
Very nice story, emotional especially when both characters open up and talk about their loses, and definitely super🔥🔥🔥.

Feel-good romance
This sweet and steamy book is about Reed and Reagan. He is the CEO of the company that she is working at. She has a hearing impairment and is working really hard in her position. But she can’t help how demanding and grumpy her boss is. There’s a mutual attraction and connection there, but they face many roadblocks as they get to know each other. It’s kind of inspirational and warmed my heart.

This is absolutely everything I wanted it to be from the blurb! Just everything I hoped for with a new Rebel Wild story! She never, ever disappoints!

This one packs a punch, it hit me right in the gut, the brain and most of all the heart! The love story is just so full of hope, understanding, challenges, and of course Rebels signature lusty goodness.

Reed and Reagan have so many obstacles to face, from simple work place gossip to major communication roadblocks and they do it all standing tall.

This is not only a hot and sexy little read, it's one full of inspiration and true love.

Rebel hit it out of the park. Perfection.

Fantastic romance. I started the story and it was so incredible that I had to finish it in one sitting. Reed is such a grump, fighting his attraction to Reagan. Reagan works for Reed and they have such hot chemistry together. They also have some problems to work out. I love how supportive Reed is when he tell Reagan about the surgery and he's with her every step of the way. Will she be able to hear again after the surgery? Will they get their HEA? I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is the love story between Reed and Reagan. These two are different in so many ways but the heart knows what the heart wants. They have several obstacles in their path to happiness. The one that you think might be the hardest to get past is what truly shows his devotion to her. They do find that regardless of everything, they can make it thru it together. I thought this story was really well written. The characters do not fit into any one relationship situation because there are several in play. It is just two people who are meant to be together. Sweet and steamy love story

This is a new author to me, and I will certainly be looking out for her work in the future. Reed is grumpy and sexy, and he was an actor turner business mogul, and he now designs and sells personalized yachts. Reagan is strong and independent and lost her hearing at 15-years old, but she does not let life get her down, and is now has an interior design degree. Reed and Reagan have an intense attraction between them and working together brings some judgemental people making comments. This is a good story which has complex character, and is filled with emotions, family, friendships, and drama, complex characters, which all leads to an endearing story with a unique twist. I look forward to reading more from this author and I recommend her work.

Reed and Reagan’s story moves quickly, it’s an instant attraction storyline that quickly becomes a relationship which will last a lifetime. Both characters were likeable and their story interesting. They had their steamier moments but considering the established preferences of the main characters I don’t think it features that heavily in the storyline and the dom/sub dynamic that appeared to be very important to them both became a moot point. The story instead takes a sweeter turn and focuses more on that side of their relationship. I did enjoy this and I’m glad to have picked it up.

Reagan was a deaf college student that worked in the mail room for a company’s outreach program. Reed was the coowner and past actor/lifeguard. The day that Reagan walked into his office he knew that his Dom wanted her to submit to him and be his. The interesting and fun romance was complicated as Reagan and Reed began their relationship due to their uncertainties and their pasts. Good read
