Dawning Wings is the third book in the Sciathain Academy series and things are getting more interesting for Endy and her mates. This was a quick read that was full of secrets, had a fair amount of steam, and wings!

This is one book series that frustrate me but at the same time drags me in. Endy being raised human knows nothing about faeries, not their culture, their history, their laws, their magic, nothing, and while she's at the academy trying to learn those things it's quite obvious that Endy is different, things are being kept from her and no one is willing to tell her anything. It's not only frustrating for Endy but is frustrating for me as well. How is Endy ever going to assimilate, accomplish what she needs to if she isn't given the proper information, how is she supposed to defend herself if she doesn't know who or what to defend herself from? I give Endy major props for keeping it together because even after all that she's been through the attacks are more frequent and the bullying has increased however Endy is taking the high road and trying her best to adapt, to be fae.

Endy is getting support from the guys although they are still a little secretive as well, they help her manage her feelings, support her and love her in all the ways that they can. They finally have the mate discussion with Endy and it looks like things are moving positively with them Bain and Zephyr weren't any issues but even Adair looks like he might be serious about his claim and while for some reason I see him as a playboy, I like him with Endy he's shown that he cares for her in this one and it seems like he's formed some kinda bond with the guys.

Things got a little more interesting in this one, there was an issue with Alara, Endy's best friend, and I wish Mazzy would have smoothed out that idea a little better but I understood what she was trying to do. The steam was good as well as the relationship drama but most of all Endy finally got some answers, not a lot but she did get something that made a big difference. I had questions about what was going on beforehand now I have a ton more because things still aren't making sense. Then there was my favorite part, Endy has some natural talent that made her look pretty impressive and has me wonder about something that may have happened in her past.

Dawning Wings was a good read with drama, excitement, steam, and mystery with a cliffhanger ending. I have no idea how long this series is gonna be but I'm really looking forward to some answers in the next book.

Our heroine is fae, raised as a human, so she has no clue what that means. Now she is attending a fae academy where she is just a bit out of her depth and playing catchup. Fortunately, she has three heroes trying to help her out.

This is book three of the series. It does pretty well as a standalone, although it might be better to start at the beginning.

The story is well written and easy to read, yet with a rather complex and twisted plot involving both a paranormal academy and a reverse harem. The characters are well developed and interesting, with distinct personalities that set each apart and bring the story to life. The setting is also interesting, not just an academy, but more of the world as well. I did like our heroine as she is smart and adaptable, even when she is in way over her head. She is also far enough along that she is starting to catch on to the whole fae-thing, although she still have much to learn. Overall, a good addition to the series and I am intrigued to see what comes next.

Highly recommended.

In Dawning Wings, Endymion and her mates are becoming more and more of a family unit. They do not care now who knows about them as they strive to understand their very unique mate bond. Endy is also growing in her skills and is becoming the strong warrior fairie that her mates and some of her professors knew was in her. Endy's three mates, Zephyr, Bain, and Adair, are each coming into step as they seek to protect and support Endy, and she wants to do the same for each of them.

The characters in this series continue to grow on you as they stand strong together to face whatever comes their way. They keep you engaged in the story with some action, much drama, heated romance, some suspense as the darkness calls to Endy, and a couple of twists. The storyline moves smoothly and keeps you turning the pages. I read this one rather quickly and found the book entertaining.

I look forward to the next book in the series,

Dawning Wings ( The Sciathain Academy Book 3)

Dawning Wings ( The Sciathain Academy Book 3) I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about reverse harem and paranormal romance. We have mystery, suspense, anger, love, hate and more. Endy’s wings have come out at the wrong time. Now her classmates are scared of her even Alara has been ignoring her.!!
She finds out some very interesting things about her family. Then her best friend gets kidnapped and she finds out who does take Alara. OMG😲😲😲😲 can this get any better?? Well gotta start book 4 to find out what happens next!!!!

The story gets more intense as Endy adjusts to the use of her wings, her mates and the changes around her. Her mates are there to support her every step of the way if only she will let them. I admire her strength and her heart. I hope she can keep it going forward. There is evil beyond the veil and in the in between and things are going to come to a head. As exciting as this book was, I can't wait for the next one to see what happens next. You definitely have to read the books before this one and will need to read any coming after to get closure.

Trouble is brewing and Endy has no idea of what's going on.

Between attacks, missing friends, hidden agendas there's a lot going on that Endy & her friends can only guess at.

What will the future bring is a question that none of us can answer till we read this book.

I've read it, have you?

Well hell! Endy does nothing in halves, does she? She has 3 men who would raze Heaven, Earth and Fairy for her. Parents who adore her but keep HUGE secrets from her. Oh and the Veil calls to her; strongly calls to her and even tries to claim her. Throughout the whole book events unfold, one after another and not all good.

I hope there is more to read in this story!

Endless filler

Continued fast moving time with very little substance to the story. Not kidding, I skip the sex scenes because they are everywhere. This book is mostly sec scenes with only 2 items that further the story. And each of those things happen in a page and a half each. This book is a complete waste.

55% in and it's like the author completely forgot what she wrote in book 2.. so frustrated with this series right now. Bain was Endy first and the first thing he did was go down on her. Kind of a big scene to forget. It's like an extremely rough draft of a story.

3.5. Finally some answers. But not many. But the lure of the veil is starting to grow stronger and reach out for Endy more. As her mates try and protect from that threat she still has to put up with mean girls. Kel sigh
