One of the best Bible studies I've ever done! Highly recommend doing this study, either as a group or personally. Courtney has a wonderful way of digging into the scriptures and breaking down each passage into "what does it say/what does it mean/what do I do" My faith and knowledge of God grew and was strengthened

The written content in this Bible study is fantastic, however, some of the questions are confusing. The daily homework is not overhwelming in terms of time commitment (thank you!) and the discussion questions at the end of each session are helpful for leading small group discussion. I do wish the last three memory verses hadn't been so long and dense, though, as it made memorizing them effectively nearly impossible.

I worked through this book with a Women's Bible Study group and really enjoyed it! I had never studied Romans before so for my first round, I thought this was well organized, easy to read, and the questions were great to get you reviewing the Bible verses you read and thinking on them. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a study on Romans!

I did this study on Romans with women from my church and I thought it was a great!
- lots of good analogies and ways of explaining
- the amount of homework wasn’t too much
- some homework questions were confusing or strangely worded but overall pretty good
- the videos were clear and informative
- group questions led to open, honest and vulnerable discussions

4.5 stars - really excellent study on the book of Romans. Courtney is a Gospel-centered Bible teacher, and I would definitely do another one of her studies. I love the phrase “in view of God’s mercies” and look forward to continuing to look for evidences of His mercies throughout my life. Oh, what a Savior!

This was our Spring Women’s Bible study at my church. I would rate In View of God’s Mercies as one of the top two or three studies I’ve completed. As WBS Lead, I am responsible for choosing curriculum and am thankful I found this. This book is based in solid, historic biblical doctrine. It was written for women, by a woman which Infind important. Courtney is a knowledgeable teacher who taught on video with grace and humility yet confidence. Our end of study evaluations were the highest ever for this study in Romans. An excellent feature: once you buy the book you have video access wherever you are. Many women would watch in our group session, then go home and rewatch to solidify what they’d learned. As a retired pastor’s wife who has chosen a plethora of women’s studies over the years, I highly recommend this study.

This was my first study by Courtney and I enjoyed it! The questions really challenged you to think about how you would apply the book of Romans to your life. I now feel more equipped to spread the gospel than I ever have before.
