Ronnie I’m the kind of man women love to hate. She’s a woman in desperate need of a savior.
Faking a relationship should be easy. A few appearances together. Take charge of the sweetbutts and ol’ ladies--under my guidance. Wear my leathers. Put on a show for the membership.
No big deal.
Only, the more time I spend playing house with the attractive and innocent Arya, the more I want to make her mine.
Arya He's everything I detest in men.
Argumentative. Demanding. Crude. Being his is torture, but I can endure anything short-term. Especially because at the end of the deal, I'll be free. Free from debt. Free from fear.
Free from Ronnie Caine.
It's the perfect arrangement. So, why is my heart breaking?

Arya enters the MC clubhouse right after Ronnie's sister makes him agree to date the next woman that walks in. Ronnie is the Dark Angles MC prez, and things have been tense for the club since the attempt on his life, set by a patched member and family friend. (Previous book, Prospect) He and Arya make a deal, she dates him, he helps fix her PT clinic and offer protection to children going to court. But Arya is in over her head. Can their fake relationship turn real?
There are a few typos, such as Arya's full name being spelled two different ways, a page apart, as well as some other things that need fixing. Dark Angles MC was interduced during Tempest Elite MC series, and you don't have to read that series first, but as of December 2022, this series isn't finished yet so start there and come back. They are all short, quick reads. This series touches some on the less legal aspects of MC life. DAs come across not as clean as TEs. This story, as a novella, is good. I can see where it could be made full length and things pretty explained, but it works great as a short.
Prez of the club, without a road name. Seems like the author has no idea about MC clubs. The only member we get is Enforcer who seemed to play the part of VP. Nothing adds up. Nothing flows like it should. No climax, no threats, nothing. Is this really a club? More unicorns and rainbows
Lovely story. Short but sweet. Lovely to see how the characters developed. Would have given it 4 stars but the constant typos ruined the reading experience. Silly little mistakes. ‘A’ instead of ’I’ ‘Scare’ instead of ‘scar’. Things like that. Small but numerous.
This was an Short Good book. This was an nice entertaining book. But, I just want more, from this book. This book has wonderful characters ( but mostly about them), they has a fake arrangement, she be his girlfriend and she get help fixing up her clinic ( for the kids).. It was Good Ending was has HEA.
My second book in second series. Love your stories but really dislike grammar and spell check errors. Takes away from story. Example: traders instead of traitors. When I decipher errors I lose storyline
