A cute shifter romance.
When the MC’s call each other Pooh Bear and Honey Bun, you know the story is going to be super-cute. Evie doesn’t exactly act like a fated mate the first time Wynne (Pooh Bear) lays his grizzly eyes on her. Wynne has to get his act together before the Bear inside him takes over the wooing. And then there is the pesky problem her ex boyfriend is intent on causing.
Wynne may be a Grizzly Bear shifter, but he is all growly-sweet on those he loves so fiercely. Sighhhhh*

Honey & Growls is Book 2 of Loni Ree’s Celestial Falls series and is a seriously quick and easy, sexy, sweet romance read. Bear shifter Wynne meets his match in human Evie. New to town and the whole shifter world, Evie tries to resist the pull between her and her new boss but it is harder than she realizes. Wynnie is balls to the wall and wants his mate and he sets out to woo her slowly. I enjoyed watching the cuddly Pooh bear win over his human and get their sexy, sweet happily ever after. TBR and Enjoy.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it.
Wynne meets Evie when she comes and works at his bar The Honey Pot. Wynne is gone for a few day, he needs to attend the council meeting so he leaves his friend, Bishop, his bar manager in charge of hiring a new waitress. When Wynne returns and finds Evie serving drinks his bear perks up and roars this is his mate. When he asks her why she is wearing a Honey Pot t-shirt she tells him she works here, Bishop hired her. Wynne heads to his office and asks Magnus to find Cupid. When he does they both head off to talk to him. Cupid explains to them he is only following orders, so Wynne heads back to his bar. He tries to lock himself in his office and do the paperwork, but Evie's scent is overwhelming him. One of the bartender is sick so Wynne needs to step up, he notices a human who he recognizes as Blaze's mate Cupcakes & Brimstone, so he contacts him to let him know there soon will be trouble. A drunk guy touches Evie and Wynne is over the bar and strangling him. Before he reaches Evie she slams her drink tray over the guys head, then the bouncer is taking him out the door. Wynne heads back to his office where he spends the rest of the weekend hiding out. Evie moved to Celestial Falls to get away from an ex-boyfriend. A few nights later, Bishop tells Evie that Wynne wants to talk to her, she tells him she's busy. Evie heads home, takes a shower then cuddles up to watch a movie. The next day is Evie's day off and it flys by to quickly. Several days later, Bishop comes to talk to Wynne he tells him that Evie is getting close to Barbie another waitress, she is telling her about her ex-boyfriend who is trouble, she moved to escape him. Wynne tells Bishop to sit and tell him everything he knows about Evie's ex. Wynne's mother invites him for dinner so he takes his dog with him. His mom tries to give him some advise on how to woo Evie over. Several days later, Wynne knows his bear side is going to show if he doesn't do something about Evie. When he gets to his bar he can smell her, but he can smell another scent as well. Wynne soon sees Evie's ex standing at the bar, so he tells him to leave. Wynne needs to drag him outside but Evie soon follows and tells him to stop. The bar's bouncer steps out and asks Wynne if he should take care of the man. Wynne tells him to make him know what will happen if he comes around again. Wynne takes Evie back to his office and slams his door shut. Evie sits on the sofa in his office and he tells her they need to talk, he tells her he can't go on like this. She asks him if he wants her to quit and he tells her no. Wynne tells her he wants her with him forever, she tells him this is crazy. Wynne tells her he knows humans take things slowly so he'll go as slow as he can but he won't give her up. Evie tells him she's willing to give it a try, but she needs time. Two weeks later, Wynne and Evie have been seeing each other, they try to keep their relationship a secret but their feeling for one another make it impossible. Evie goes to Wynne's office durning her break so they can eat together. Every night he drives her home and walks her to her door. Tomorrow is Evie's day off so Wynne asks her if he can take her out to dinner. Evie tells him sure, so he tells her he's cooking for her so dress comfortable. Evie packs an overnight bag before Wynne picks her up and takes her to his home. He tells her they have thirty minutes before dinner is ready he asks her if she wants a tour. Then a huge orange poodle comes around the corner and Evie realize it's Tigger. After they eat, Evie offers to clean up but he tells her to leave it. Wynne takes Evie to a large theater room, so they can watch a movie. He sits on a large recliner and pulls her into his lap. Evie tells him she has some questions. After they talk about marking her and making her his, but he wants to give her more time to adjust to their relationship. They begin kissing then he pleasures her, then they make love. The next morning Evie tries to get out of bed but Wynne just pulls her closer to him. She tells him she needs to use the restroom, when she comes out he's standing by the bed dressed and asks her if she wants some breakfast. Wynne tells Evie she is everything to him as she makes her coffee. Wynne explains more about his paranormal world to Evie, while they eat breakfast. Wynne suggest they head outside so that Evie can finally met his bear. Wynne strips off his clothes, then contorts turning from human to huge grizzly bear. Evie asks him if she can ride him so he bends down for her to climb on. Evie can deny her feelings any more she's in love with Wynne. He walks them to his swimming pool and asks her if she wants to swim, she tells him she needs her sunscreen. Wynne helps her lather on the sunscreen then tells her she doesn't need her clothes. Wynne tells Evie that everything he owns is hers now, then he pleasures her. Sunday evening Wynne walks Evie back to her door and kisses her goodnight. Monday afternoon Wynne calls Bishop into his office and tells him they need to hire someone to replace Evie. He explains to Bishop that he wants her to do office work and then Bishop agrees to search for a replacement secretly. Two nights later Evie finds out and she asks Wynne if he's firing her, he tells her he can't watch her serve other men he needs to keep her happy and safe. Wynne explains to Evie he wants her to do the office work and he'll hire someone to waitress. A month later, Evie is spending her nights with Wynne in his home and then Bishop comes in to tell him he found someone to replace Evie. She heads to The Cupcake Fairy to grab some treats for the bar and to met Anastasia. The new waitress catches on quickly so Evie will soon be working the same hours as Wynne. As they drive home she tells him she doesn't want to wait anymore to be his. He asks her if she is sure, she tells him yes. Wynne tells her he loves her, then they head home. He pleasures her then they make love. Lights flash behind Evie's eyes, she barely notice when he leans across her back and places his lips against her skin. There’s a sharp sting before unbelievable pleasure overtakes her entire body. He tells her she's his. Wynne growl fills the air before he runs his tongue over her mark. Evie tells him she loves him, and Wynne tells her he loves her too. The day after he moves all of her things into his home. A few days later Evie needs to help out at the packed bar, one of the bartenders calls her over to ask her if she can help him. She tells him yes and he asks her if she can take out the garbage. After she throws the bag into the bin everything goes dark. Wynne's at his desk in his office when an uncomfortable feeling hit him, his bear side begs him to check on Evie. When he gets to the bar he sniffs the air and only finds a hint of her, he asks the other waitress if she's seen Evie. They soon start looking for her, when Wynne asks the bartender he tells him she took out the garbage. When Wynne steps out the back door he smells a trace of her but there is another scent he can smell and he knows it's of her ex. Wynne puts a call into Magnus and he comes to the bar to investigate her ex. They soon put a trace on the ex and find him at a hotel about thirty minutes away. Wynne and Magnus head to the hotel and Magnus tells him to let him handle things. Magnus finds out her ex is all alone in town, he isn't some hardcore biker, he just someone with a bike. After they get the room number they head there, the next few minutes are a blur to Wynne. He soon realizes he has Evie's ex by the throat when she asks him to please stop. Wynne lets him go then pulls Evie close to him. Wynne asks Evie if he hurt her or did anything to her, she tells him she's fine. Evie tells Wynne she doesn't think her ex had a plan. Magnus tells them that her ex will be turned over to the council for punishment. On the way back home Wynne explains to Evie that the council will handle her ex, he will pay his debt, and leave with a new understanding of shifters. When they get home Wynne takes Evie straight into the shower to wash her ex's scent off of her. After their shower Wynne notices Evie's scent is stronger, he soon realizes she is pregnant. So he knows he needs to seal their bond in both worlds. Wynne drops to his knee and asks her to marry him, she tells him yes. Ten years later, they have two sons Justin and Dillon. Their son Dillon is best friends with Blaze and Anastasia Fier son, Liam. They have gotten into trouble at school and the parents need to show up. After they handle the situation at school Evie and Anastasia head off for a lunch. While Wynne and Blaze head back to the bar to grab a drink. Blaze asks Wynne if he's heard from Magnus in a while and they soon realize neither one has since his brother Marcus came into town. Blaze toasted to Wynne about mated life and he returns it. Wynne thanks his honey bun for walking into his life and turning his world upside down, he can't imagine his life without her.

The world knows about immortals, shifters, and other magical beings.
Wynne is a bear shifter and owner of the local bar, The Honey Pot, Evie is a human who is new to town, she moved to escape a crazy ex. The two meet when she is hired as a new waitress, Wynne smells her scent before he walks in the bar and is almost bought to his knees. He’s pissed that Cupid picked a human for him. He’s gruff with her but she give as good as she gets and doesn’t holdback the sass. He and his bear argue about her but in the end they both agree to make her their mate. He tries to woo her with his human side, she knows about shifters and is ready for him. They start dating and after a while she’s ready for him to give her her mate mark. Her crazy ex kidnaps her and Wynne gets Magnus to help find them and save her. He can scent she’s pregnant and asks her to marry him. Cute epilogue with kids, they get called to the principals office cause their son used his power along with his dragon shifter friend to stop a bully.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! This is book is part of the Celestial Falls why just read one when you can start at the beginning and keep reading through the series it won’t be a waste of time. Wynne is a sexy as all get out grizzly shifter who owns a bar, a little grumpy, feels like life is okay until it isn’t, and while away on a trip the manger hires a human to work as a waitress, they say first impressions are everything that is the case here. Evie is hired as a waitress at the Honey Pot, she is smart, feisty and has enough sassiness to share 😊 Wynne is a little rude when they meet, Evie let him know she wasn’t a push over and it all goes downhill from there because fate has decided for them both. The chemistry is intense and the magnetic pull can’t be ignored but Evie is going to make him work for her honey throw in a few twists & turns, will he protect her, will she believe him when his bear comes out and can they find happiness?

This is the 2nd book in the Celestial Falls series and the first that I have read by this author. This is the story of Wynne Paddington and Evelyn Stevens. Wynne is a grizzle bear shifter and owner of a bar. He lost a bet so his bar is named Honey Pot. You'll have to read the book to understand. Evelyn is escaping a bad relationship and has moved to town to start anew. Due to a crisis in manning, the bar is finally opened to allow humans to work there. Evelyn is hired when Wynne is away. Sparks fly when the two meet and they never die down. The book blurb begins with "A tiger, a wolf and a dragon walk into a bar. This isn’t the beginning of a joke, it’s the start of my evening." It set my expectations up high. While I book is enjoyable, I find it more okay than memorable. I actually liked the interaction between Wynne and his best friend more than the interaction between Wynne and Evelyn. I liked this book and it is well written. I just found it forgettable.

While his away on a trip his manager hires a new waitress, he is kind of rude to her and she tells him off not knowing he is the owner.

This story is filled with chemistry between the two characters which all leads to some steamy scenes. This is the second book in Celestial Falls series and it is not needed to read to read the first one enjoy this book but the characters cross stories.

Wayne own the bar the Honey Pot, who was in desperate need of servers. Usually they only hired shifters, but at this moment a pulse was almost good enough. Evie had come to town after getting away from her ex. Now working at the bar, she took nothing from from no one, especially Wayne. When Wayne walked into the bar and smelled Evie, it was apparent that Cupid and the Fates were at it again.
Honey and Growl is a fun read with an over protective bear and a strong headed women that make their story a delight to get lost in. The tension and heat between Wayne and Evie will burn up the pages, and the banter will have you smiling.

This little Honey Bun is about to get eaten by one big and growly Pooh Bear
Honey & Growls is the second book in the Celestial Falls series and is the story of Wynne and Evie. Wynne owns the only bar in town, the Honey Pot. This isn't any Winnie the Pooh place even though he is a great big and growly bear shifter. First things first; I really like the cover of this book!
Honey and growls is the second book in the ‘’celestial falls’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable. Wynne is a bear shifter not looking for love. When cupid strikes, Wynne finds his new human employee to be his mate. Will love blossom between the pair?
The chemistry between Wynne and Evie is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

This book was a great installment of this series. I enjoyed watching the relationship grow between Wynne and Evie and it had the great growly shifter love that I adore. I think the only thing that was a little awkward for me was their nicknames. They just didn’t feel like they fit either one of their characters. But overall it was a great storyline and wonderful characters and I’m looking forward to the next addition to the series.

I thought that this was a hot, funny, and sweet book. I loved Evie and Wynne together. Wynne tries to fight what fate has decided for him but once Cupid helps in face facts, he is ready to claim his mate. Evie is not going to let Wynne get the honey that easily and avoids and sassy her way into Wynne's heart even more. I really enjoyed this book and this series. I can't wait for the next book. I would highly recommend this book and Ms. Loni as a must read author.

He has been having problems keeping servers so he agrees to let his bar manager interview humans for the first time for the jobs while he goes away on a council meeting. When he comes back he is shocked to find that one of his new human employees is his mate. I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Wynne is having a hard time keeping help at the Honey Pot. He tells his bartender to find someone, but he never expected it to be his human mate. He had rules that changed almost as fast as he scented her. Evie is the strong and sassy young woman that he needs. He will do whatever it takes to make her his honey. This was short, sweet and steamy with plenty of laughs.

This was funny. Evie called Wynne "Pooh Bear" when she met him. HA! I loved how much she riled him up. And the fact that his mom called him the same thing...AND the dog named Tigger. HAHAHAHA. Too funny.
I didn't feel like the whole thing with Evie's ex was necessary. The author could have used that time to develop Evie and Wynne's relationship more.
But the epilogue! And the fact that it featured Anastasia and Blaze too and both couples' kids. So great! I really can't wait to continue with this series!!

Wynne has one rule no humans work at his bar, but when desperate times call, his bar manager takes matters into his own hands, in walks Evie. Love the can’t resist his mate scent, call to his heart when Wynne first meets Evie. An OTT alpha bear out to protect and win his mate, love how she brings him to his knees without even trying. A fun storyline with friends who always help each other.

Being a shifter is hard enough in the human world but finding out your mate is human is a little bit harder. Cupid is messing with the fates and Wynne and Evie aren’t safe from his reach.
This bear owns a bar and needs waitresses and when Evie comes in his world shifts. Battling the bear to not chase her away things heat up as she can’t figure out why things are so charged between them. Add in ex’s and crazy shifters things get crazy and fun. Enjoyed this book.

The second book in the Celestial Falls series a well written short story that kept me turning pages. Cupid, and the Fates are at it again, this time it is bear shifter Wynne Paddington and human Evelyn/Evie Stevens or as they call each other Pooh Bear and Honey Bun. Fun, quick read. Good continuation of the Celestial Falls series. We meet Evie and Wynne in this one and with a little help from Cupid, these to fire up some serious chemistry. Wynne sets off on the wrong foot with Evie which makes for some fun conversations between the two of them. In the end, they can't resist their true connection and work their way to a HEA.

This was an entertaining read with bears, dragons and other paranormal creatures. There are some lol moments with Pooh Bear, Tigger and a Honey Bun. Another great Celestial Falls read. Wynn should have maimed his ass for coming near his mate again, especially after the first beat down. It was funny to see Evie hiding from Wynn for so long, I thought his bear was going to lose his mind.

This is the second book in the series but with the mention of other characters it implies it may be connected to other stories, but that does not detract from the story itself. The book was a quick read that was sprinkled with humor, innuendos with a little angst thrown in.

The author has given us a wonderful story that involves Cupid and pulls us into the lives of Wynne, shifter and Evie, human. The moment that Wynne scents Evie, he knows that she is his mate. But since she is human, he is going to have to try to control his bear.

I received this as an arc for my honest review
This was the second book in the series and I’ve really enjoyed both even though PNR isn’t normally my favorite. This story was cute and steamy with only a hint of drama. I liked the chemistry between Wynne and Evie and they were also just really fun together. I liked it.

I laughed at this just because of the honey and Pooh references. Cupid strikes again and while I enjoyed the story, I didn’t really connect with the characters until the end. The way they finally come together didn’t feel organic to me but it could just be me. Overall, the story is short and moves quickly with sweetness and heat.

Wynne goes into his bar and finds the new waitress Evie is both a human and his mate. Wynne woos Evie and she accepts his mating. Of course there is more involved in the wooing.
