This series rules. It’s just awesome. Not sure what else to say about it. If you like slasher flicks, you’ll love it. If you don’t, you’ll still probably love it.
A lot of comics are characterized as “fun,” and that usually makes me want to stay away because a lot of times when people say “fun,” they mean stupid. Or worse, “zany.”
This aint that. It’s clever fun, with great comedic timing, compelling drama and creative story telling. There’s also no shortage of the low brow, boobish, bloody, visceral shit that I tend to enjoy.
This is such a fun campy series. It’s a bit cheesecakes at times but it fits the genre and story of Cassie and Vlad hunting slasher killers across the country.
