For anyone that is interested in getting a tarot reading or would like to learn about their future this book will be extremely beneficial for them. Its for complete beggners and people who have some knowledge as well.
The introduction of the book talks about how people become lost in their daily lives and they need direction on where to go next, which can sometimes seem nearly impossible to find. It also talks about how people want answers but are too afraid of not liking what comes up because finding out you don't like something can be disappointing. Using this book as a guide instead helps make the process easier to understand and gives direction for your life without having any preconceived expectations. Everything ends up working out better after all if you're involved instead. I loved that about this book and that's also why its so easy for me to recommend it!

As the title suggests, this enlightening book by Verda Harper deals with the insights of physics and tarot.
At least once in our lives, we have all wondered which would be the right decision when confronted with two options or we have been anxious and worried about our future. Well, Modern tarot suggests that the answers to all these things are in the realm of the occult.
I have always asked myself whether reading cards would be difficult or not and after purchasing this book I realised my present life is almost run by the cards. Author Harper has done an amazing job writing this book about something not so known by people in an easy manner, using expressions
that any type of reader can figure out.
I've really enjoyed this book and I now have it with me all the time since I feel it as a guide and partner every time I have to make important decisions

We as humans are all concerned about our future and curious about our tomorrow. We want to know what will happen. Verda Harper's 'Modern tarot' steers the way. The book seizes the readers to the world of tarot reading and its possibilities. One not only gets hints about his future, but also gets guidance for his upcoming verdicts. Moreover, the book leads to the basics of tarot reading for a fresher and also not to fall into traps caused by the myths of it.
I found this book very exquisite as it makes us walk hand in hand into the future. The aspects of numerology and astrology make tarot and the author convinces the readers that there is no wrong to believe in it. The 78 cards are not just a waste of time, they can only make some good impacts on us.

An absorbing book
I have chosen to read “Modern Tarot” because I am interested in learning about spirituality, mysterious stuffs and why not the future. It was written by Verda Harper who has vast experience in this field.
This is not just a book about tarot; in this reading, there are answers to people´s queries. For instance, I learned about the way the planets´ energy influence our bodies. Also, the importance of the chakras in the body. What an interesting topic! In every chapter, there is something new to read. I really liked it!
All in all, it is a concise and well-explained book. While I was reading it, I could understand every concept. I highly recommend it.

Extensive knowledge
This is a really comprehensive book. The author covers the methods of divination, definitions of the different cards, the different types of decks, as well as the history of Tarot in different fields before she moves on to the actual readings.
While I am not one to truly consider a reading, this book was chock full of knowledge and history that I found myself intrigued with the while book. I think this is a really good book for anyone interested in Tarot and how it all works.

Perfect for those who want an in-depth look at tarot readings
Modern Tarot by Verda Harper is one interesting book. Personally I read it as a more of an educational book than something I might apply to my personal life as I’ve never had the need nor am really into this type of thing. I did find it very interesting and learned a thing or two.
The way the author has written the book is great because she explains in simple ways how and why each thing is the way they are. She also digs deep into each card, their meaning and interpretations and how it can affect or change.
I recommend this book to all those who might be interested in this subject or are looking to get more in depth with their tarot readings.

‘Modern tarot’ has become my favorite book so far! I had my birthday party coming over and I decided to make it Tarot themed. My friends absolutely loved my readings and we had tons of fun together.
I feel much calmer know, because I was really helpless not knowing what the future hold for me. This incredible book definitely has all the answer to my most profound questions.
Verda Harper explains, in a very simple way, all the symbols in the tarot cards and how to effectively interpret them. This author is for sure an excellent guide, for those who want to learn everything there is to know about the wonderful and mysterious world of Tarot.

A deck of cards isn't like a crystal ball, but we can learn to interpret what they tell us. If we are willing to open our minds, we will change our lives. I felt that the author guided me on a great journey of introspection and teaching.

I would recommend this book to all my female friends; because I think they would enjoy it as I did. We used to read about topics like this; I feel that it is quite clarifying for some aspects in our lives, of course that we know it is not determinant but it can trulyhelp in decision making. I have always been interested in tarot but did not trust in going to somebody who read the cards for me, so as soon as I saw the beautiful cover I was eager to read it. “Modern Tarot” written by Verda Harper is the third and last book in the series. In my opinion, it can be read as a stand alone but I will surely check the previous ones.
The author is really clear and the reading is quite interesting and thought provoking. This is a short read, perfect for the weekend and also for going back and reread some parts to refresh ideas. I will surely recommend reading it.

Author Verda Harper created a very interesting book about tarot and included clear explanations of the cards and how to interpret them. Modern Tarot is a book that I enjoyed reading; I knew almost nothing about the topic and after reading this book I learnt a lot.
I liked the perspective the author took for writing this book; it is not only aimed at psychics, but at the public in general. It is aimed at those willing to know more of the symbolism tarot represents. I am quite happy with this book and for this reason I would recommend reading it.
