i like how the cover showcases diesel's prettiness

So, my friend was like: I like the second couple much better than the main characters.
And I—considered oblivious to the story that's only about to unfold—was like: Yea, really? What's there to like? It sounds so toxic to me. He killed Diesel's lover a.k.a. love of his life, the one whom he swore off his loyalty to...? and now they're together? Wait, no. That's not love. He's trapped. Not my cup of tea, sorry.
Actually reading season 2, which is more focused on Diesel's background story: Oh, no. You've got to be kidding me. This is all too perfect. I do love them even more now... I'm sorry, Bexan! St. Petersburg Hunter and caketaker of wolves already snatched my heart. Ein is so damn precious! And I swear, the magical special chapters are making me so emotional, my heart's going to burst!

I've read till chapter 65. The beggining of this season was a bit monotonous, but before I could even start to complain the story utterly changed. Through a few flackback episodes we follow Ein & Diesel's past; we get to know who they are, how they met, how did their relationship develop... All of this while entangled in a plot of mafia, cops, werewolfs, rape, love and lies. I really, really liked this. I flew through the pages and now, when back to the present, we continue alongside Diesel, with Minsuk and Bexan's story. I love how the author combines the seriousness of those flashbkacks with the following cuteness and lightness of Bexan's appearances.
I should also mention the drawing. It's elegant and compelling. Beautiful. The colors used are soft and give the story a calm fluency.
Now the plot is entering into a new arc. I've been wanting them to get to Siberia forever, and I thought it would be the end of their journey (and of the manhwa). However, I'm beggining to glimpse a storyline about the Russian wolves and our protagonists' involvement in it. I'm really interested in this and can wait for more chapters to come!!!
I should also mention the drawing. It's elegant and compelling. Beautiful. The colors used are soft and give the story a calm fluency.

This 2nd season was a bit different from the other, but it was still a beautiful story.
Ein and Diesel's story was pretty dark, poor Diesel was abused and raped in the past before his previous lover rescued him, but then that man was killed by Ein to save both his and Diesel's life. I think that Yanek really cared for Diesel, but he didn't think about the possibility of him falling in love with someone else, in this case Ein, and to be sincere I think also the other two hadn't planned that. In the end Ein and Diesel were able to get their happy ending and they both deserved it.
Bexan and Minsuk were cute as always, and made me smile also in this 2nd season, and they too found an HEA.

Oh wow I really liked this one. The second season was a lot more serious and less silly than the first. It focused a lot more on Diesel and Ein and oh the angst! The story is well written and I really enjoyed it. It's drawn so beautifully too. It made me feel a lot of different emotions. I do think the whole Pablo thing was a bit random. Like he just didn't feel like he quite fit in the story, but he helped moved the plot along. I liked the way it ended. Both concluded yet open ended. With a simple "We'll be okay," to close it off.

This was a a fluffy funny turns serious masterpiece. The spin off Nightfall is even better. This series was enough to make the author one of my top five authors of all time and I will be looking for more of their work.
Reasons: #1, the they are able to draw you into the story and you continue to read because the story grips you!
#2, the surprise funny fluff on top for the super serious cracks you up and leaves you laughing out loud.
#3, most would call these sex scenes but of any manga manhwa or other illustrated options out there these scenes are slow sensual scenes of physically loving someone. It’s not let’s put sex scenes in for sales it’s put them in because it shows the love and affection between two people. Also they actually look like they enjoy it, unlike most where the bottom always seems to be in pain but says they like it or is always saying stop stop when they don’t mean it bull.
#4, the artwork is extremely exceptional and beautiful. Not just the sex scenes but the action scenes and the funny fluff ones.
This can be read in English on lehzin. I am now off to see if I can find more by this author!

Salah satu manhwa BL favorit.
Berhubung sebentar lagi sekuelnya, Nightfall, rilis versi Jp di Beltoon, si Gie nyempatkan diri naruh bintang ulasan di GR.
Sekalian ngedata manhwa apa aja yang sudah si Gie punya fisiknya. Ini termasuk.
So, I have Taiwanese version for the physical book and 100% purchased Japanese version on Beltoon Jp.
Buku fisik taiwan ternyata sedikiiit lebih kecil dibanding korea, tapi kertasnya bagus. Gak doff sih, bukan kertas kayak majalah yang licin, jadi warnanya kurang mentereng.
Yang agak si Gie kurang suka dari buku Tw-nya malah sampul jaket. Bahannya gak enak dipegang, terasa lengket dan mudah kotor.
Tapi gapapa.
Versi taiwan bonusnya gak main-main. Selalu begitu. Ini pun sama, ada 4 mini postcard di tiap rilisan perdana dan satu di antaranya ilust baru (gak ambil dari adegan manhwa). Dan kalau beli preorder dapat semacam polaroid? Clear card? gitu.

I'm about to say something I've never said and never thought I'd ever say.... The angst was the best part♥
Diesel and Ein have my entire heart. Volume 1 give's us Minsuk's and Bexan's story - it's funny, it's cute but that's all there is to it. With Diesel and Ein though... the story is complicated, ugly and it cuts deep - but it is so freaking heartfelt and has so much beauty hidden in between the greys
Also, now thinking about it, I should have known that this volume would concentrate more on Diesel's story. I mean, he's the one on the cover 🤦🏾♀️

No em queda clar on acaba la 2a i comença la 3a temporada, però tant és! ❤️ Quin viatge que ha suposat aquesta sèrie, seria perfecta si durés més temporades. Els passats tràgics dels personatges són una bestialitat, l'acció frenètica té com a denotant l'amor i no es percep com a focs artificials sense solta ni volta, les relacions avancen i cada cop estan més enamorats... Tot plegat acompanyat de petites dosis d'humor que et roben un somriure, impossible no recomanar-ne la lectura!!! :3

Excuse me!!! This story is fucking incredible! It’s hilarious and intimate and mournful and sincere. I. Am. Obsessed. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ein and Leto are among my top five favorite BL couples of all time. Like, my heart hurts just thinking about how much I love them. And both couples got their happily ever afters?!‽ the storytelling, the character building, the intimacy, the relationship growth…THE DEVOTION‽ JFC. :: Sorcese “This is cinema” meme ::

Beautiful.
It starts off as a funny, nice read and turns into a very deep, emotional story. Gradually, so it totally sucks you in.

This manga is a masterpiece in storytelling, gorgeous art, and compelling characterisation. Season 2 is darker than season 1, but the stakes are upped and the emotional intensity is amazing. Highly, highly recommend.

Disfruté bastante la historia de cómo se conocieron Ein y Diesel. Además, el final de temporada fue hermoso, me alegra que las madres de Bexan se den un instante para ser felices juntas.
