I'm a single mom looking for a fresh start. He's trouble in tight jeans--the president of a motorcycle club. What could possibly go wrong?
Caitlin
Broken promises. Broken dreams. Broken heart. Men are trouble and that's all I've ever gotten. So when my daughter and I set down roots in small-town Kentucky, the last place I expect to find my kind of trouble is with a clubhouse full of bikers.
Not just any bikers, the Brimstone Lords.
Duke
When my wife died, love died. Stick to easy. I mean, hell, I got needs. Imagine my surprise when trouble walks through my clubhouse door in the form of a fiery redheaded doctor with a bangin' body I can't resist... and the little girl who steals my heart.
Our timing couldn't be worse with a serial killer still stalking Lords women, putting Doc and her girl directly in the path of murder. But I protect what's mine, and Doc and Peaches are

This series is so good! No cheating and although they still have club whores around the compound once the men set their sights on a woman the club whores are told very clearly to stay clear and not to touch the men . The men do this !! They love their women and Duke treated Doc and her daughter like they were his . I loved the interaction between 4 year old Jade/Peaches and Duke . I was a little disappointed that Duke’s dead wife’s mother was just told to leave and never come back . I think she reacted to Doc out of pain for losing her daughter and although Duke should have stood up for Doc with her I think she still needed him as family . It made my heart hurt that she was discarded so easily . These bikers have big hearts and I love them . This one made me cry my eyes out but I couldn’t put it down .
DNF @ 25%. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't connect to the major characters. A doctor who has treated the MC members acts like a silly teenager. She lusts after the MC president for a year and them bam they're together. The inner dialogue of the H just didn't seem real to me. I felt like I was reading about much younger people.
The only part I disliked was reading that he was with other women in the one year they were both ‘dancing around each other’. What can I say, I love my heroes faithful the moment they spot the women they want! But I liked that the heroine was a smart confident woman who was aware of it and even ok with a friends - with - benefits relationship with the hero because she thought that would be enough.
Strong Attraction Brings A Heady Romance Book two of the Brimstone Lords MC Series features its President, Duke and love interest, Dr. (Doc)Caitlin Brennan. The story takes place in the small town of Thornbriar, KY. As was introduced in book one the serial killer is still on the loose so the club remains on alert with high risk wives staying on the compound. Because of this the Doc makes house calls to check on babies and moms. She has had a crush on Duke and vice versa but neither has acted on it. That changes when Doc’s daughter Jade (aka Peaches) is rushed to the hospital and Duke takes Doc and stays with her, then cooks for them. Then her house is broken into and pictures of Jade is stolen. This sets off Jade and the club to bring them to live with Duke and bring in families to the compound. More strange things occur. More accidents. But is it the serial killer? How far will Duke go to protect “his girls”. I really liked this storyline. Duke came actually as a real family man at heart. His relationship with Jade was adorable. Doc was down to earth and perfectly written for a small town. I’m sad though that a child had to be written off the way it was. I didn’t think it added to the plot or madness. I definitely am recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. Peace.
This was okay and at times entertaining but at other times too annoying. I’m not a fan of MC books really but this was a book that was discussed and the ex-mother-in-law thing made me want to read it. That whole scenario was a big nothing really. Caitlin was quite likeable and I loved the fact she was a doctor, until she does the TSTL action, putting not only herself but her daughter in danger. The ex-husband thing was a bit crazy and I did wonder but the ending just all wrapped without a clear explanation for me. Why did he think he could get away with what he was going to do and WHERE was his girlfriend? Duke was not the most likeable of men but he was honest and once committed, he stayed true. His interaction with Jade/Peaches was so cute. But his hallowed love for his first wife was a bit immature. They were kids and probably would be divorced by now if she was still alive. I hated what happened to Jesse. Was not needed. I cannot say this makes me want to read the rest but as they are in KU I might. My main problem is the missing words and twice in this book a sentence was repeated. Read through Kindle Unlimited.
Hmm yeah this one didn't work out for me. It was simply ok. Didn't enjoy the bad guy/Houdini storyline continuing into this one especially when by the end it was entirely pointless.
Duke was okay and truthfully Caitlin was boring. She had barely any depth to her despite being told of her past. Even Duke felt this way at times which was SUPER disappointing with his past of losing his first wife. It was all TOO EASY for them and for Duke to be MY WOMAN even when he was claiming he'd leave her alone in his POV. Okay...
So yeah this one just didn't work for me. I wanted to like it but it was predictable and cheesy and annoying. This author isn't great at keeping the pacing of the story flowing and like the first it felt clunky most of the time.
Why do authors create a character and then as soon as they get their own book they turn them into someone else?
This to me is whats happened with Duke, in previous book, he's broody, moody, hard and edgy. In this book he's become a puppy dog and he's boring af. I mean seriously I'm bored stiff.
Its domestic mills n boon tedium.
He started off great n then slipped into Teddy bear mode.
I'm not sure if its cos caity has a daughter and the author thinks he has to suddenly turn into suburban dad but the story is ruined. Maybe it gets better but seriously I have too many books to read to continue in the hope it gets better
Read it because that one scene, where heroine paints the heros house and ex MIL comes in and starts screaming at h, that she ruined her pressious daughters house and how she is a whore etc. Hero comes and is quiet, does not protect heroine and says like show some respect to his dead ex mother. heroine runs off, gets into a accident that kills their friend and thats it. Like no grovel or MIL mentioned, because that friends death overshadows it all. dissapoined. i wanted some angst about how hero took his ex MIL side etc.. but nope. glossed over and never to be spoken again
Wow, happened upon this book from a Facebook blurb and that was a lucky find for me. This book has everything fast paced plot, MC hotties, strong female lead and a thrill ride and half from first page till the last. I probably should have read the first in the series but it's still okay, I wasn't totally lost. It was so good that I checked 3/4 of the way thru to make sure book number 3 was live and ready to read.
First time reading this author. This was a good read. Caitlyn is a new Doctor in town. She makes house calls to the MC club house. She has been going there for about a year and has a little crush on the President of the Club. She thinks he hates her one day her daughter is hurt and he gives her a ride to the pick her up. Their chemistry is off the charts. Problem. Some one is out to get her daughter.....
Sarah is quickly becoming a favorite author of a favorite book series. This is book 2... and was just as excellently written as book 1. Believe me, as a read-a-holic, THAT is not always the case. I also realize th not all reader's have the same ideals in their preferred books, but that's fine. All I can say is, give the series the chance it deserves and if you agree with me, give it the star rating it should. 5 stars all the way from me!!
This story just makes you want a Duke for yourself. Duke is pretty awesome. Yes he is full alpha and quite brass, he has a kindness about him towards his woman which will melt your heart.Although Duke has decided to not fall in love again, he is thoughtful and respectful to the women. The characters are all likeable and the MC brothers are good people. The villain still is hidden. I would like a Duke though. Read On!
Sarah Zolton is a new to me author who has hooked a new fan. This fast paced story has everything I could ask for, a badass biker with a heart who knows a good thing when he sees it, a strong woman who isn't afraid to be a woman, action and intrigue, and a romance that melted me. This is a series I'm gonna have to start and finish!
A hot and steamy read. It hooks you in right from the beginning and keeps you there till the very end. The story flows well, full of enjoyable characters and amazing chemistry. An entertaining read. Look forward to reading more from this series.

Another fantastic story in the series. She's a doctor with a kid, he's the president of the club. She's attracted to him, he's trying to not get taken in by a beautiful young woman. She has a kid and he falls for both, but nothing ever goes smoothly with this group, stalker on the loose but not who they think. Come along and enjoy the ride.
Oh my goodness. Duke, Caitlin and little Peaches make the cutest family ever!!!! I mean, in the setting of MC drama and the storyline - this 2nd book of the Brimstone Lords MC is centered on family. Great storyline, super spicy NSFW scenes and a HEA that is too cute for words. Loved this one!
Loved this suspenseful MC romance about Duke (Prez) and Caitlin or Doc. I want a Duke, Yum Yum 🤩🔥😍. Well developed characters and storyline as well a great plot twist that was a surprise. Totally recommend it 🔥😍🔥
Duke’s book was so good I cried a lot some sad some happy the book brought it all out. This is an amazing MC the fist book and this one I definitely recommend I’m now moving on to the next book and can’t wait.
Book one of this series was ok but didn’t impress me. So glad I gave this author another chance and read At Last. It was so good. I couldn’t put it down. Will definitely keep reading.
This is a great introduction to this author and her writing. I enjoyed the plot and the characters were interesting and had some depth to them. Lots of action and steam in this medium length story.

I had not read this author before but some one mentioned this book. I really enjoyed it. It was about Duke and Caitlyn. A singer mother with a little girl Jade. Jade or Peaches as Duke called her stole my heart. I am going to go get the others in the series and read them!
The tougher they are the harder they fall when they find the right woman! Doc and Duke are the perfect biker couple, and Peaches is the perfect little biker princess!
I’m loving this series. I have read the first 2 books and can’t wait to continue. I always love a good MC series but this is a great one. I love Duke and Doc they are so perfect together and add in little Jade and it’s perfection. ❤️❤️
This book was so good but I do feel between book 1and2 we are missing how Liv left but I love this book how he got what he need the most a family so sweet and highlights the fact family doesn't have to be blood...
Wow just wow. What an excellent second book in this series. I love Duke's character. He is the Pres and has to keep law and order with his club but his life has not been easy losing his wife. That is until a certain Doctor comes along.
This was a great read. I loved watching Duke takes care of Caitlyn and Jade, "his girls." I again had the plit figured out very early in the story, but it was a good storyline. I'm looking forward to the next one.
3.5 stars rounding up I felt that the issue with the MIL should have been addressed more for me there was an issue there that was clouded from her injuries He got away with treating her like poop because she nearly died 🤷🏼♀️
