There is a huge wealth of information in this book. I've dealt with many HR employees in my professional career, but I have never worked in HR. I always thought HR was mainly hiring new employees, but the field is so much more complex. I found the beginning of the book particular interesting what it describes the possible future of HR of being able to use analytics to pick the right employees without ever having to interview them. The books discuss that based on these analytical techniques that a business will be able to identify the risks and advantages of hiring an individual person based on these factors. Thats some Sci-Fi stuff right there!
