What would you do if a stranger walked up to you and asked you to marry them? Would you do it?
That’s what happens to Aria Jefferson, on some random night out with her friends. A man walks up to her and proposes. He says he saw her across the restaurant and figured there was nothing to lose. She’s just broken up with her boyfriend and her life feels like it’s going nowhere. So she says yes. She wakes up the next day and wonders what the hell she was thinking. She’s always believed in taking chances, but has she gone too far?
Six women. Six stories. Six chances of love. One café. The Pepper Lane Series follows the lives of six women as they share life, love and heartache once a month at the Pepper Lane Club. They might be an unlikely group of friends, but it takes all types to form a tribe.
Aria was one of my favourite characters in the Pepper Lane girls series, she was so fun to learn and read about. The concept of this book was different to what I’ve read before but I enjoyed it so much because of it.
I loved learning about Aria and Matthew, their relationship was sweet and a whole new level of trust had to be introduced which is understandable. I very much enjoyed this one and look forward to reading the next in the series!
The Pepper Lane books are by far my favourite Chick Lit series to date.
Every time I read one I feel like I make a new friend and Aria is no exception. These books make you laugh and even cry happy tears. They make you want to call up your girl friends and tell them how much they mean to you and how truly special they are.
