Some parts of the book are explained very nicely, quiet interesting and some are mentioned just for the sake of filling pages.

It is a well-rounded advice about the sole reason of our fatigue, drain, and illness. It gives practical advice on how to relax and enjoy the vitality of the body long lost since childhood. In it, children's zeal and expressions are praised and set as an example to follow.

My husband has a 1907 copy of this book, given to him by his grandfather. An interesting little volume-I read it several years back and it reads like an antiquated self-help book. Has some interesting concepts in it.
