Stars: 4
Length: Novella
POV: Dual
Series: Her Book 4
Ending: HEA
Re-read? No
Trigger Warning: Sex while female is unconcious

"To the outside world, I’m a monster, a perverted fuck, with a filthy infatuation, but they’re wrong. I have no room for infatuations, I’m obsessed, and if I couldn’t have her, no one could."

So... this book was pretty par for the course with this series. A solid four star read just like the others. We have some interesting revelations in this book but that's not what I want to talk about. I want to talk about the absolute batshit crazy things that James did... like drink Dahlia's dirty bath water, drug her so she could "get some rest", have period sex while she was knocked out, and also putting her tampon in for her. I'm sorry if you wanted any of that to be a surprise but OMG that man is seriously obsessed lol. I think my jaw dropped.

That doesn't mean I wasn't still into it because I obviously have some problems lol. But I was just a bit shocked when some of those things happened. Especially the bathwater drinking and inserting the tampon. All in all, I'm glad I read this series even if it's not my FAVORITE stalker books, it's still pretty great.

A Disturbing End

Umm ok this was the conclusion of the "HER" Series and I must say it was a little disturbing. I mean it was already established in Book 1 that James was Bat Shit Crazy but Dalia really wasn't any better. Yes; Dalia suffered Alot of trauma growing up and well into her young adult life but the fact she didn't have a problem with James' stalking and obsession was a bit much for me.

I mean what woman is ok with her man slipping some pills down her throat as she sleeps then commence to having sex with her while she is deep in sleep? The things she was ok with him doing were just cringe worthy. Granted he kept her safe but it didn't reduce his crazy factor one bit.

This was truly a broken couple who needed to be locked away in someone's Mental Institution. Overall it was a good series but then again I enjoy really Dark, Dysfunctional stories with a lot of sex.

Start this serial romance with Following Her. 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐄, you must read the first THREE (3) books to understand this story.

We pick up right where Saving Her ends. Last book we ended with James staring into the face from his past as he exited an elevator. Now we see who she was and how this plays out.

Nothing goes quite as I expected with this story, in both a good and an annoying way. I mean I expected some pushback from Dahlia when she saw James house but she’s actually thrilled. I expected some upset when she awoke from a comatose type sleep, after James drugged her, to find dried up cum on her body. But yet again she was turned on by it. These two seriously are the perfect match and it’s awkwardly endearing.

But I think what bothers me the most was the disturbing way her mother, father, uncle, and cousin were revealed and taken care of in the story. This is one twisted family tree. At least there’s a HFN ending and not a fade to black or forced HEA.

Natalie brought all the steam and suspense with this fourth installment of the HER series. I am still in love with James’ obsessive alpha male persona - this guy is possessive, protective and insatiable when it comes Dalia. I adored how James provided strength and support to Dalia, even when she didn’t want it.
Dalia has been put thru the wringer, but this young woman doesn’t give up. My heart clinched for her as she fought for her brother and sang as she finally got her revenge.
I devoured this in one sitting, loving the fast paced plot with just the right amount of suspense and steam. I really enjoyed that Natalie went with a HFN ending, giving room to expand on their story even more if she wanted to. It’s dark, but lightly so (there isn’t any major triggers to speak of) with an antihero that I ended up obsessing over.

A lot of family loose ends were tied up neatly by the end of part four. James and Dahlia’s romance evolved into something solid. James’ devotion to Dahlia just warmed my heart. He was a stalkers with the best of intentions. Though, by the time we get to this part of the story he is no longer her stalker and is now her protector. Dahlia is a lucky girl to have caught this particular stalker’s eye. James had to use all of his special skills to keep her alive. Dahlia and James finally get their happy for now ending. Looks like the author has further plans for these two in another series (?). Keeping my eyes peeled for that one. Can’t get enough of these two. Really hope these two end up on that tropical island James keeps wanting to take her to.

This is book 4, the last part of a continuing series, so please read "Following Her", "Claiming Her", and "Saving Her" first. Dalia and James' dark romance continues with the unexpected appearance of people from her past. James saves Dalia from one dangerous situation. Will he be able to do it again? He definitely gets to revel in his obsession and addiction. I like this story because it's told in dual POV, has descriptive details, a good playlist, several spicy interludes, a few violent/disturbing scenes (there is a trigger warning), drama, a joke in the middle, surprises and two damaged souls in need of love and belonging. And they find it! An entertaining HFN conclusion to this series.

Just as Dalia is in James grasp,  the one person who could unravel it all shows back into both their lives, a blast from the past for James but someone close to home for Dalia. What will it all mean for the pair? Will Dalia learn her meeting James wasn't just fate? Will the truth of what happened set Dalias brother free and at what cost? The epic conclusion to this suspense filled obsessive, stalker romance! Is a must read not to be missed! Filled woth twists turns surprises, hot scenes and more. Author teases that this may not be the end we see se of James and Dalia too!

The perfect stalker gets his HEA.

It feels I've been waiting to read the conclusion of James and Dalia's story since forever. James Draper has to be the best stalker ever!! His obsession is beautiful and I for one would be delighted to have a James in my life. Both he and Dalia are damaged but together they complete each other, they are whole.
Draper's obsession is so intense and possessive he makes my toes curl and my heart race. Pure perfection!

James did something I have never read before and it's hella creepy but also makes sense because of the kind of person he is.
He LITERALLY drinks her bathwater... like scoops it up and slurps that shit down...
Also, this was the first book I've read with period play... WOW! ALRIGHTY THEN!!
I was disgusted yet HIGHLY intrigued so... idk what that says about me *nervous laugh*
Anyway, the bad guys get their comeuppance and out leads live hea. I must say I feel that the ending was a bit abrupt and I wish their was at least an epilogue to wrap things up but either way, I had a good time.

Loved this ending...as her past comes back Dalia's emotions spiral and James helps her keep control. She now believes he loves her and only her so puts herself in danger to save Brandon. James has promised to be with her every step of the way....Dalia gets one last gift from James before she vows not to be afraid again.

I enjoyed this final book in this series, it had a interesting storyline and lots of loose ends and questions were tied up and answered.
The main issue I had was struggling to follow it when reading, the writing style just didn't suit me and I found it didn't particularly flow very well, which meant I often had to re-read sections.

This is definitely a shade darker than the previous books, it’s amazing though. Dahlia and James are finally together and he won’t let anything come between them. Amazing read!

1,5 stars!! This is my review of the 4 novellas in this series. I loved the beginning but then the story got confusing and I was so lost. I barely understood the whole story... I didn't enjoy it.
