Well, it's for students really - but it covers a lot.

Specifically just for university students. What's really useful in this book is how it explains the requirements for each assessment i.e; laboratory report, Essay, etc. It also helps in how to effectively plan for deadlines. I specifically like the first two chapters as it goes into more depth of the perception of thinking.

Overall, really useful for undergraduate students who just started out in the first semester.

It has practical advice, but it can't be used as a reading book it's just a directory into how to think, be organised while writing your assignment and so on.
