Following the first two Marina Alexander books, of course I HAD to read this one. And it's better. The characters have matured, and are even more familiar, so their reactions are easier to understand. The little bits of mysticism and science fiction are nicely fit in, just enough off real to allow a good escape. And the story line! That is where the book really shines. Personally, I think you should get a copy without delay. Enjoy!
I eagerly awaited this book for a long time, and Sanskrit Cipher did not disappoint.
Marina and her team are back on the case, jetting on a world wide adventure.
There are secrets, lies, big mysteries, spirituality and mysticism as Marina finds her connection to Gaia even stronger in this installment.
This book seamlessly intertwines events from 2000 years ago in Nepal, switching over to Paris in 1889 and then to the Midwest USA. What seem like individual vignettes are woven together for a big final payoff.
If you need a great series to escape into a riveting and original world, then you should read the Marina Alexander Adventure books.
And as always, I have to add that I still need more Rue.
I know these books take a lot of research but I can do see the next book! I love Marina and all her men and dogs. She has so many aspects to her character. Please write another one!!!!
