I actually don't like reading fanfics but this one got my attention just by its originality. I enjoyed every minute of reading and Jimin was so mesmerizing in every aspect of his merman persona, it quite felt like I was reading about a real thing. I loved it, a lot.

It's been a while since I read my last fanfiction (I bet it was around 2012?) and I'm really glad bts brought me back to this magic universe. I could feel how careful and sensitive Annie was while building this universe. The moodboards, the music, the characters, everything. I had tears in my eyes by the end of it. 💜

Wow, que viaje :')
Me encantaron los personajes, todo el rollo del mundo de los sirenos. Esta historia me hizo sentir tantas cosas...y estoy muy feliz por cómo terminó.
Lo acabo de terminar así que no se bien que decir, pero amé.
Sin duda voy a seguir leyendo los trabajos de esta autora.

I don't even know what I read but it was fucking fantastic. I don't care i don't care this fanfic is not a fanfic. It's a fucking novel with beautifully developed characters and amazing world building.
I didn't know I needed this so much but here i am crying at the last chapter because of how beautiful this story was.
Jungkook is a veterinarian for marine animals and one day, he finds an actual merman at the beach who has been injured and helps him out. From there we see how these two creatures bond (literally and figuratively) and learn about each other's lives.
It was a delicious slow burn, perfectly executed. It was so fucking interesting reading about Jimin's life at sea and how he learnt and how he soaked up everything around him and his reactions to human life. For this i can assure you that the world building was incredibly good and detailed. The author thought of everything and described everything with great detail and we get to know these characters in such a deep way that i'm absolutely in awe.
I absolutely adored this NOVEL.

This one has me sobbing so bad, I never thought a story about a merman and a human will be this gorgeous. Both main characters where nothing but endearing, I fell for them badly. Jimin was so adorable that I kept pausing my read to assimilate it, and Jungkook was so softhearted... he felt to much and with too much intensity, I couldn't help it but love them deeply.
Their bond was unmatchable, so beautiful and profound that it has me sobbing on the floor, they really are meant for each other. This is one of my favorite reads of the year so far and has become a comfort read to come back to when i need it.

Amo las historias donde los personajes se aman solo por reconocer la bondad, ternura y compasión en el otro, sin importar las diferencias variables; las historias en las que se demuestra un amor màs allá de las palabras y que obviamente esta conectado por el reconocimiento del alma del otro, una alma que se quiere atesorar por los años que la vida permita.
Amé cada capitulo de esta historia y lloré como niña chiquita en muchos de ellos, y en otros las lágrimas solo salían por que la autora hablaba desde el corazón.
En fin, es muy bello volver a las historias de autoras que solo escriben por amor al amor.

El mejor ff que he leído, funciona como ff o como un libro totalmente distinto, amo el kookmin sin lugar a dudas, pero aún que los personajes tuvieran diferente nombre creo que Annie logró crear un mundo de fantasía totalmente mágico, por fin una historia que pinta a las sirenas como son en los mitos originales, peligrosas y encantadoras.
Simplemente mágico.

Can’t believe this is in good reads!! This is my favorite fanfic of all time, I hold it dear to my heart. All of Annie’s works are amazing but this one is something else entirely. I remember the whole experience of reading this masterpiece was unbelievable. Even after so long, I still find myself thinking about this beautiful story and its’ captivating characters. Can’t wait to re-read it!!

Mermeids and soulmate. Llore, que raro. Amo cada nueva versión que nos da annie y me hace creer en el amor. La manera en que describiría me hizo creer que si existirán y hasta yo estaba con ellos. Den le una oportunidad si no la han hecho <3
