Smitten delivers a drama-filled romance rooted in history, heartbreak, and unresolved feelings. The connection between the characters feels intense and emotionally layered, especially with the themes of regret, healing, and rekindled love. The story captures how first love can linger even when life moves on.

I liked how the book didn’t shy away from messy choices and emotional consequences. It made the relationships feel more human and realistic.

A solid read for fans of urban romance who enjoy passion, drama, and second-chance love stories.

Loved It

We all need a ride or die friend like Yana. The love story between Kenyan and Hiri was stressful to read. Also, poor Yana with Gavin was sad. I enjoyed the book it’s a must read. This is not the first book I have read by this author, I love the writing of J’Sat Necolle.
