I bought this book in a used bookstore and only a few things were underlined otherwise it was good as new. It's a self-help book with a journal inside so that you can calculate food eaten, emotions felt, and is a very good book. I've been on a body-improving kick lately and have thoroughly enjoyed taking a break from reading stories to reading this motivational book. Highly recommended by me!

This was the first book I read regarding weight loss, it is what sparked my interest and desire to read more about it. I liked it.
