Olivia Jade is damaged – her soul bent and broken after four years shunned to a boarding school across the country. Nothing breaks through her surface, she doesn’t let anyone in – doesn’t need to.
Until he comes along.
Travis Monroe, dark and passionate. He refuses to let her walk away, and when her nightmares come back to haunt her, he finds himself revisiting bad habits he’s long given up – all to save her.
**NIGHTMARE is an emotional romance novel that may be uncomfortable for some readers. Please read the trigger warning on page one in full before reading.
This is a debut by Rosie Alice. My thoughts are all over the place and I'm quite upset about the time wasted reading the story. If it weren't for KindleUnlimited, I would have been upset if I paid money for it. I don't think the book was ready for publishing. I hate leaving such negative reviews on debuts but these are my thoughts and I don't regret having them and this is a place where I'm allowed to vent. Based on Goodreads star ratings: did not like it.
Writing - 1 star This book had a strong start but then it went downhill from there to sentences like "then I stand up to search the club with my eyes" and "puh-lease." Don't get me started on the editing. The entire book needs a re-haul and the publisher needs to find a new editor.
Characters - 1 star Olivia Jade, the hypocrite who says things like "I also hate that she calls boys by their football positions," and proceeds to call her boyfriend "quarterback." Here are few more quotes by Olivia: -"Girls aren't really my thing." -"And she knows I'm not good at girl shit. I'm more of a 'hang out and shoot the shit' girl, rather than a 'bond over unicorns and sparkles' girl." (girls are deduced to this?) - "I get along better with dudes, and it isn't because of my superior ass and titties, it's because they're easy." -"Girls get attached and clingy..." (yes a Olivia said this, as the "hero" in this story is getting attached and clingy. I rest my case.) -"I've tried to avoid becoming 'popular' like Brody, but it's truly impossible, if I'm being honest."
Every female in this book was made out to be a backstabbing enemy except the heroine and Summer, who will probably get a book. Can we please stop with this hate towards females by females?
Then we have the Hero in the story. I forgot his name but he was a tattoo artist and ex-gang member. He's an immature boy who thinks on impulse, putting his best friends' future and his own at risk for a girl he doesn't know all that well. Sorry, I can't get behind that even for the sake of a fiction story. The fact that he would so easily
Early on, some of the thoughts and inner dialogue was the same coming from both the main characters. I don't like that.
Summer, who is Olivia's ride or die, said that Olivia had some sort of anxiety order, but we didn't see any of that in this book. Her trauma, through the writing, felt unbelievable and I couldn't connect with it or feel empathy toward her. Where was the anxiety? I think if we saw more of the time after she was and before she turned into this "I'm bad and don't need anyone" than I would have connected with her more, but we didn't see that.
After tattoo boy
The real kicker: "My girl is independent as fuck-doesn't need anyone to live her best damn life." This is said by the hero about the heroine, a girl who has no job, no money (or at least none she earned herself), no motivation to handle herself against her ex if he ever came again, and lives off her rich friend. But hey, she's so independent, she does everything herself, right?
Plot: 2 stars The story is more character-driven than plot driven. I do enjoy character-driven plots, but ones that make sense. This didn't make sense.
Setting: 2 stars New York.
Dialogue: 2 stars Aside from the overuse of foul language ((the f*ck word was dropped at least 450 times)) the dialogue did feel natural. There was also a lot of laughing and chuckling from the characters like everything was funny but it was just weird.
In summary…. Do I recommend? These opinions are my own. If you like these kinds of stories, then yes. Will I re-read? No Will I continue this series? No. Will I read more of this author? I will after they release a few more books.
Amazing debut! I personally loved this story it’s emotional it’s angsty it touches on some tough subjects and after the first chapter I was immediately sucked in I couldn’t put it down! I could totally relate to the characters this authors writing is raw it’s real this is why I love giving new authors a try because there’s always a chance you’ll find a gem and I did with this one. This is a author to be on the lookout for and I can’t wait to see what she writes next !
Dark Debut Read 3.75 stars We’re a pair of half souls, and together, we’re whole.
Ahh, so where to begin. Ok, I wanna start off by saying that I actually really enjoyed this book. I read it in almost one sitting, but I felt like this story was missing something. For a debut book, I have to say, it is one of the better ones I have read in a really long time, but there were a few plot holes and storylines that just didn’t make any sense to me.
I loved Travis and Olivia together. They had really great chemistry, but the whole thing of how they ‘met’ was odd. It was abrupt and Travis’s inner monologue about ‘I-dont-do-girlfriends’ was pointless in my opinion. But once Olivia and him met, they had some hot ass tension and honestly, I felt like they connected well. Throughout the whole story you see them have a push and pull, and Olivia mainly being the one trying to fight her feelings after her assault only a few months prior, but as the story develops, you see them form a good relationship and it comes off as really cute, especially once Travis’s backstory is learned.
I loved the side characters, and I am really looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. They all had such a fun bond together.
Ok, now here’s what I struggled with. Travis’s backstory? There was no lead up to it. Nothing indicated to him nor his friends that they were involved in that kind of thing. And then the thing with Olivia’s ex boyfriend. We learn of her assault and you know she has trauma, but sometimes you couldn’t feel her trauma. And then with the resolution of the conflict. There were too many variables that weren’t really thought of, and it was tried to do that with the boys history, but it wasn’t enough.
But the idea was there. The story was there. And I really liked the story. The ending was cute and I loved how Olivia isn’t that kind of girl who feels like a death of a love needs to be forgotten and moved on. Her allowing Travis to properly grieve was one of my favorite things about this book.
Nightmare is dark and heavy, and it deals with a lot of real life issues, so it can be very triggering. Overall, I recommend this book to everyone who loves a good dark romance!
WOW. I have so many words to say yet I want to keep everything to myself and be as vague as possible for you. I cannot stress this enough. TRY NEW AUTHORS. Give those newbie first timers a chance. They may just surprise you. One thing Rosie Alice did that I have never seen done in any dark romance book before was, in her trigger warning she gave the chapter number of the heavily triggering scene and basically said if you want to skip (name of trigger here) you can skip this chapter and nothing will change. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT SO MUCH! I was floored and it made my heart so happy to see an author do that! I loved the realness, relatability, and strength the heroine Olivia possessed. She had such a quiet energy to her. Like she didn't need to say anything to be loud. And for her to be THAT stable for what she had been through in her young years? WOW. Travis,GAH. I think Rosie put a spell on Travis's character because I had literal love hearts in my eyes everytime it was his POV, or he was even around Olivia in her POV. The way he latched onto her the moment she was in his orbit and was addicted to her from that VERY moment is what my husband dreams are made of. He proved time and time again he would do anything for her. He was 100% devoted. I am 100% devoted to Olivis. Travia. Whatever their ship name is!!! Travis and Olivia weren't the only stars of the book. There are some AMAZING secondary characters that were IMPOSSIBLE to forget. Summer (I LOVE HER SO SO MUCH) who is Olivia's best friend, also Malcom and Jaxson who are Travis's best friends. They all played some pretty great roles and I cannot wait for everyone to read this book!!! 5 freaking stars!!!
Olivia Jade high-school graduate ,shattered with her mask in place , finally returns home after 4 long years of being in an elite high-school. Finally in the arms of her bestfriend summer . Olivia is able to breathe somewhat again and finally try to put her traumatic past behind her and focus on what little hope of a future she has . She believes she's an empty shell fighting to get through her life .
Travis Monroe a broken, dark business owner and tattoo artist bad boy . Finally putting his life back together after a life changing event that happened to him 4 years prior . He believes he's just a hollow soul with no feeling at all ..
When these two clash together it's instant soul connects with soul . Liv and Travis are fucking perfect for each other in every way .. I can't really explain it .. he's pushing and she's pulling and with a force they just come back together . There's so much I could say about their story.... but i feel like I'd give too much away.. you'll have to take my word for it and read Nightmare. This is definitely one of my most anticipated reads of 2021 .
Rosie Alice writing is amazing and kept me hooked right from the first chapter! With Nightmare being her debut?! Ahh girl I'm SO EXCITED FOR YOU , and I'm stoked to see what you have planned for the future . Especially with summer , jax and malcolm . Mmmm id love to be in between those guys 🥵🥵
Holy. Hell. Where do I even start!? I was told about this book quite some time ago and that it's a new author and that I should read it. Okay, simple enough for me! That being said, I went into this with no expectations. I know nothing about this author, I didn't read the blurb, it's her very first book, I wanted to go in with an open mind and be prepared for it to feel a bit bumpy. NOPE. SMOOTH DAMN SAILING. It sucked me in so quick and I didn't even feel like it spit me out in the end. It's been a couple days and I still feel immersed in the story. I'm still thinking about the characters, and thinking about what they're doing, where they're going from here. I saw a negative review (because rosie mentioned it on insta so I went and looked) that knocked down both the story itself and Rosie's writing and I hope like hell all the positive reviews shove that to the bottom where it belongs. Olivia is a woman who has no limits, Travis is a God among men. Their pasts are ugly. But the couple that they become together is beautiful. Olivia's past is so hard to accept, yet so unfortunately relatable. It's something that so many women have to get through and the way she handles it and goes forward in her life is both painful and rewarding. Not only are the two main characters amazing but the side characters. Their best friends. I love them, how can you not?! I can't freaking WAIT to hopefully see how those relationships continue through the series. 👀👀 I feel so deeply in love with this story, and am so incredibly happy that Rosie Alice decided to fucking go for it and publish this work of art. This story is important. From the dedication to freaking acknowledgements, I loved every word of it. 🖤
Nightmare is Rosie Alice’s debut novel, and it was amazing! This is a MF romance featuring characters with a tragic backstory, dark themes, triggers, an unrelenting friendship, and a soulful connection. One thing to note is this author clearly lays out the trigger warnings and the sections of the book which may be triggering. I have not seen this before and while things mentioned in this book may not be triggers for me it was much appreciated.
Olivia Jade, a recent high school graduate returns home after studying in an elite high school for the past four years. All she wants is to experience an unforgettable summer with her best friend while trying to forget her traumatic past that left her broken, damaged, and empty. Travis Monroe is broken, dark and trying to “start over” from a life-changing event in his past. Like Olivia he believes he’s an empty shell of a person.
Olivia and Travis’ attraction is deep. Their souls call for each other in a way that can be characterized as unfathomable. They are meant to be in every sense of the words and it's inescapable. Their chemistry is explosive. The push and pull, the banter, and the relatable nature of these characters left me in awe. Rosie Alice has done an outstanding job, and it’s hard to believe this is her debut.
This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster and I felt these characters every emotion. The plot is refreshing, and I was hooked from the first page. I loved these characters so much and it was amazing to read about them. This is one of the books that I’ve been thinking about for days and I’m anxiously awaiting the next book!
Olivia Jade is spending the summer with her best friend after being thrown away across country by her parents. She is very emotionally unavailable after her time in California and she just wanting a fun HOT GIRL SUMMER with her SUMMER (AKA her BFF named summer)
🌞💗🌞💗 🌞💗🌞💗 🌞💗🌞💗 🌞💗🌞💗
The two, Olivia and Travis have this attraction towards each other but it’s soulmates type of attraction. The definition of ‘meant to be’ and the definition of a ‘boomerang’ because not only is Olivia emotionally unavailable, Travis has his own demons he got away from and for last 3 years he’s been “starting over” 🪃
Travis Monroe is wanting more for one since his past didn’t allow him before, Olivia is closing him off. It’s a back and forth debacle (boomerang if you will) but the heart always wins, overcoming her past, it comes crashing down when it catches up and WHHEEWWW🥵🤌🏼🥺
💗A Dark Summer Romance
TW: SA/Abuse, violence, drug use, murder/death, descriptive MFM mood scene
Fell hard for the characters INSTANTLY, the side characters that are absolutely hilarious and amazing. Rosie Alice debut was off the charts and I can’t wait for more of her books in the future.
ALSO, that Authors note warning was amazing and DO NOT SKIP IT; I’m coming for you if you have anything bad to say about the triggers that are clearly stated because the WARNING IS IN THE AUTHORS NOTE 🤺🤺🤺
Travis and Liv have that soul deep kind of love. The kind you feel in your bones and there is no chance of ever escaping it. As much as Liv pushed and pushed Travis was there to pul and pull. There was no chance he was walking away from Liv once he had her. The chemistry between these two is off the charts and unmistakable and when they get together 🥵🥵🥵🥵. Both of these characters are a bit lost and a bit broken but together they are one. I am still in awe and thinking about this story even days after I finished reading. There’s something to say about a new author who can invoke such emotions with her writing and her character as that’s exactly what Rosie Alice does. I’m really looking forward to reading more from this author especially getting to know our secondary characters more because they are so much fun but you can see there is more to them and I’m ready to dive deeper!
**As of August 19, 2021 - Nightmare has gotten a complete interior change. Story content is the same but grammatical errors have been fixed as well as other editing issues.**
I’m still currently reading this arc, but leaving this early review PROVES just how good this new author is. Travia (Travis and Olivia) are GOOOOAAAALLLS. The utter devotion these two have and the chemistry between them is just perfect. And even that is an understatement. I’ll come back and leave a full review later but please, and I cannot stress this enough, TBR Nightmare. This new author, Rosie Alice, is going to be a number one seller. I can already see it. She writes with her heart and I can’t get enough of it.
(((Updated review below)))
𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘺 𝘙𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘦 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘦 ★★★★★ 𝘙 𝘌 𝘝 𝘐 𝘌 𝘞 • “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥?“ I ask, stroking along her hair, her back, her arms. “𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘦.“ She says quietly. I nod into her, “𝘕𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳.“ • Let me start out by saying this, @authorrosiealice is my newest one-click-author. Yes, this is her debut novel, and release day is just weeks away, but she has already become a memorable author to me. Without giving anything away, as this is a review for an arc I was honored with, Nightmare has torn my emotions up. Am I hungover? Yes. Yes I am. Will I reread it again? Yes, yes I will. Nightmare has all the feels, the painful backstory, the angst of the now, and the tortured hope of the future. This story follows Travis and Olivia ( #Travia ) and their unfiltered attraction and loyalty to one another. We also see side characters that I’m just in love with. Sigh, this book hits all the golden stars for me. So proud of this author, she has an outstanding talent and weaves a story so effortlessly. 5/5 stars
“But she’s wrong because what I’m feeling for Travis doesn’t feel meaningless. It feels like he has his claws in me and he’s setting a fire inside of my chest. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about him since last night. There’s something about him that draws me to him, and I don’t want any part of it. I. Don’t. Fucking. Want. It. Because that’s what got me here in the first place – trusting the wrong person. “ ⠀ A damaged girl finding solace in her best friend after being cut off by her parents, a hella hot tattoo artist who is inexplicably drawn to her and what happens when the past comes back to threaten their hot and heavy relationship ⠀ This was the debut book from @authorrosiealice and I gotta give my girl a major slow clap cuz she did the damn thing! 👏🏼 This book had everything we all love - hot as fire lead characters, relatable side characters, a bad ass girl gang friendship, super steamy exchanges and even some twists I was not expecting! ⠀ Don’t let the new author status fool you, @authorrosiealice came to play! I’m usually very iffy about signing up for ARC’s, but as soon as I saw the teasers going around for this, I knew I had to get in on it. Definitely get yourself a copy as soon as this drops!
First of all, Rosie gave a trigger warning with the exact chapter readers should skip if they think they should avoid a trigger. I loved that idea. It was one of the most thoughtful thing I have ever seen an author do.
Now let's get on to the review. This is her debut book and I think she knocked it out of the park. All the right elements were there and they were pushed beyond that point. The characters were relatable in different ways and things felt real. I cheered for so many different things and felt the same anger the characters felt, the same love they felt, and the same bonds they felt. It was intense, but so worth it.
The plot is different and refreshing all while feeling something familiar. It was the genre we expected with a special Rosie twist that pushed it home and I was in awe from start to finish. The descriptions are just enough to put you there without being information overload. The dialogue is natural and what you would expect this group of characters to say.
Boundaries are pushed, secrets revealed, love, hate, friendship, sex and laughs. I can not recommend Rosie enough and I am eagerly waiting for the next book. I won't say why because I don't want to reveal anything, but just ugh I need book two!!!!
From the first chapter I was immediately hooked. I knew I had to know more about Olivia because I absolutely loved her! The friendship between Olivia and Summer was off the page amazing. I long for a friendship like theirs because it was just that good! When Travis was introduced I was completely gone. I swooned hardcore for him, and I loved reading about the relationship blossoming between him and Olivia. I found myself laughing at the right moments, and swooning at others, while crying at the most heartbreaking moments and being angry at others. My heart was ripped from my chest at certain parts, but was put back together by the end. Friendship was a big factor within Rosie Alice’s debut novel, and I have a great appreciation for how amazing it was conveyed. With phenomenal writing I was immediately sucked into Olivia’s world. Soul crushing and heartbreaking, but riveting and raw, I was not prepared for how fast this story would take over my life. I fully blame Travis and Olivia for my lack of sleep, but it was completely worth it! I can’t wait to see what else is in store for these amazing characters, and to see what other amazing releases Rosie Alice has in the future! Thank you for the amazing journey with Travis and Olivia, Rosie!
I absolutely loved Olivia and Travis's story! Olivia is just getting back to New York after being on the west coast for the last four years and just wants to have the summer with her best friend. The last thing she wants or expects is to meet is Travis. Their attraction is undeniable but there are obstacles they have to face because of both of their pasts.
The main and side characters were so amazing to read - I fell in love with them from the very beginning. The friendship between Olivia and Summer was absolute friendship goals, everyone needs like Summer in their life! I loved that Rosie was true to the story and didn't sugar coat over parts that could be hard for some to read... the chapters that contain this is in the trigger warning so check out the TWs if you have any! And can I just say for a debut novel Rosie knocked it out of the park! I can't see what else she has to bring us
Really enjoyed this book I love the back story to this book and the depths it reached.
I loved that her trauma stemmed from someone she loved and trusted it made me feel for her I also like hat we had little clip from her past show the relationship and her uneasy about the relationship. How ever I wish there had been some light shed on why the switch in personality in Brody after the face and why he didn’t seem to see Travis, Jax or Mac as a threat. I’d have also like to have had travis reaction to finding out about Olivia attack for his POV as hi found out but I really liked it and am looking forward to book to which I though was coming out to day.
It went from “I can’t be with you because I’m emotionally unavailable” to WTF is happening. I laughed, I cried, at times my heart was pumping so hard I thought it was going to burst out of my chest and wanted to scream at the pain and agony the characters went through. And now I just want to hug every single one of them. Wow. Writing this couldn’t have been easy and I’m glad you got to tell their story. Thank you for trusting readers with this story.
HOLY WOW I can’t believe this is a debut novel!! LOVED every second of this story and I’m anxious for book 2!!
The friendship between Olivia and Summer + Travis and his boys was very very well written. It def stood out the most for me. A lot of books fall short when it comes to portraying friendships, but this lovely author did a perfect job (I need a bff like Summer)
I look forward to seeing what the future brings for this new author!!
Nightmare is a fantastic read. For this being Rosie Alice's debut novel she really knocked it out of the park. I was totally consumed with Travis and Olivia. This story is emotional and dark and these two have this connection that makes them tethered together and it was so beautiful to read. I honestly cannot wait to Summer's story next.
This book was on fire from the get go! You can’t help but love Travis. He knows he he wants Liv from the minute he lays eyes on her. Liv is broken. We don’t know why till almost the end of the book, but the way Travis puts her back together makes him all the more loved. Also Summer is off the chain crazy! Her book is going to be epic!
Great start for this authors debut book! Story is gripping and will hook you in from first chapter. Her writing is awesome considering she is starting out and the story was paced well!
What an awesome journey! The up and downs, the suspense, made for an exciting story! Rosie Alice, a new author for me had me devouring the pages! An insta love! Nightmare was a fantastic book!
THIS BOOK OWNS ME!! TRAVIS, MAC, JAX OWNS ME 😩 this book is one of my favorite books for 2021. It was an emotional roller-coaster for me and I loved it. Olivia and Travis were just 🥵🔥
Hi Friends! Let me tell you about this book I just read. This story surrounds 𝓞ʟɪᴠɪᴀ 𝓙ᴀᴅᴇ, post HS graduation moving back to NYC to spend the summer with her best friend Summer. To say that Olivia has had a rough life thus far would be a gross understatement but Boys, Booze and Best Friend shenanigans? That can fix anything! Enter 𝓣ʀᴀᴠɪs 𝓜ᴏɴʀᴏᴇ (ugh, that name right?) This tattooed snack, (with his best friends Jaxson and Malcolm in tow) shows up to throw a wrench in Olivia’s plans, making her feel things that have laid dormant for too long.
Excuse me? This is a debut novel? There is no freaking way! How can a first novel by an author make me feel so much? Rosie’s killed me with Travia, they are two fractured halves who’s souls recognized each other before they knew what hit them! But make no mistake, the dark elements and angst made for an absolutely addictive story that will have you wanting more. This story gave me everything I needed, literally ticked all my boxes for a damn good book. I was pulled in from page one and held captive through its entirety. These characters developed and grew beautifully, I still can’t get them out of my head. They are living rent free up there until I get more, and let me tell you, I am sooo needy for more. Mark my words, Rosie Alice is here to make her mark on this romance world, and I am honoured to be able to see her talents grow.
I’m coming from a girl who has been sexually assaulted. I don’t even like that word because I was violated and repeatedly raped! I know what it’s like to numb yourself of having to feel anything. I love when authors write relatable books that you not only read but you can feel every emotion that the characters are dealing with! Now I did wish that there was more torture and understanding of Brodys thought process, but I also wanted him to suffer more than he did!! This book kept me out of my head and the issues that I have been dealing with personally!! Such a great debut!
Finished this book with total satisfaction and am completely ready for book two. I made this account just now so that I could leave a review. It's not often that I find a book that ha completely enraptured me to the point of jumping through hoops for praise. Olivia and Travis will for ever be my top favorite couple. Wonderful debut! Rosie Alice is a new favorite author, possibly my top favorite.
I really enjoyed this one. It took me as long as it did to finish it because I started it and then life got really busy. I just had time to sit down and finish it today.
One area I struggled with, was the insta-love between Travis and Olivia. I am totally fine with insta-love in stories, but the back stories between the two of them were dark and heavy. They both went through something traumatic and when Travis was first introduced it was very “I don’t do girlfriends”, then thirty seconds later he is following Olivia around like a love sick puppy. Now, that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I think that Olivia actually needed the push that she could depend on someone after what she had been through, so Travis being pushy was good. I just struggled with it. I kept thinking on it and it distracted me from the rest of the story. As I was first reading about Travis, I got major alpha-asshole vibes, but he wasn’t really like that. I think I was expecting more angst between them when it was being setup.. I might have a bias from her other story I read recently. I tried to keep that other story out of it but I loved that one so much, maybe I should have waited a little longer to read this one. With that, it is still a great book, I just didn’t love it as much as ITD, so I couldn’t give it a full 5.
(@Goodreads; half and quarter stars would be bomb…)
Pros! Lots and lots and lots of them. It was well written, it was easy to fall into their world. I felt connected to Olivia. I absolutely loved the multiple view points and the different time lines in the book, plus it has a HEA. I liked how Rosie brought Olivia, Travis and their friends to life. It seemed natural. I found myself also interested in Mac, Jax and Summer. I would definitely read another story in this world.
Another pro? Rosie spoke and talk about heavy themes in a graceful and tactful manner. I thought it was heavy (but what sexual assault isn’t), she explained some of the intense spots that some may be uncomfortable reading but it needed to happen. It helped build Olivia’s character and add to the story. I think it would be a disservice to the overall story if the readers skipped over it.
I would absolutely recommend this if you like dark romance. I will absolutely be reading more by her in the future. I can’t wait to see what else she puts out.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Just like Olivia and Travis’s inexplicable pull towards each other, their story reeled me in from the jump and their chemistry was off the charts. They brought out the best and worst out of each other, but that’s what makes their relationship work. Cause what relationship is perfect? That’s not ideal. Despite their pasts and trauma, they’ve braved their way to become better and overcome them. Together, and individually, they can do anything. ❤️🔥
Other than the romance between Olivia and Travis, her friendship (more like sisterhood) with her bestfriend summer was one of my favorite things about this book. their unconditional love they have for each other has warmed my heart ten fold. everyone should have a platonic soulmate. ✨
