“Jealous” is the story of Giulia and Julian.
I think I’ve overdosed on these books and didn’t enjoy this one at all. Skimmed most of it.

3 stars. This was so ridiculous and I enjoyed every crazy, badly edited moment. The hero, Julian, is a hot mess and Gulia is…there. Some good sex scenes with cringe worthy dirty talk. The plot is all over the place but it was a wild ride. Quick, dirty, over the top read.

i thought by now, i'll get used to the ott absurdity of novellas. but time and time, i've been proven wrong. this was bad or maybe it's just a me thing.
idk the actual age of julian but in the first chapter it was implied he was older, old enough to guilia's dad (18) (her line). he was a freaking ott jealous, possessive, borderline unhinged alpha mmc. some readers dig it, i did too, but not all the time. however, i didn't find myself liking him. his lines were sweet and cheesy but at times also cringey. he was so possessive of her, somehow isolating her when she had a short stint in college. he was also snooping with her phone, checking her socmed. maybe this was supposed to be acceptable since this is fiction but it still didn't sit well with me.
plot wise it was okay, though this is short and quick read it has a decent storyline. but i'm barely tolerating the exchange of lines between these mcs, and the ddlg talk totally freaking ruined it for me. every goddamn time "daddy this, daddy that". holy crap it was so uncomfortable to read. the discomfort is probably obvious on my face, istg they always insert "daddy" and "little girl" in most scenes.
i was uneasy majority of the book because of their dialogues. it was cringe-fest (is this even a word? i'm probably making this crap) anyway, this isn't for me, but other readers may feel different. to each their own as always.

Welp. That was bad. CW daddy/little girl, anal with just spit. Um, yeah. It was not good. Tons of language that I found particularly cringey. Very two dimensional characters. Weird parenting. So many things that annoyed me.

I wanted to like it
I'm a big fan of instalove books. I've been trying to find books like Jessa Kanes. I came across this one and it sounded good. Maybe I'm just used to other authors, but i couldn't get into this.

In the first chapter he falls in love during a poker game. He wins a million dollars. Then we find out there's a Fed at the table and feds outside. So he walks outside and they're ready to arrest him, but he says no, i don't have any money except what i left prison with, that very day. So he spends 3 years in prison, gets out, and sits at a game with a million dollar pot? How did he ante in? While living in a one bedroom apartment? Then walks away without a dime?
Another thing is the scene with her and her school partner, he acts crazy, roughs the boy up, takes her home, ties her up, and she protests for about a minute until SHE apologizes. Then it comes out that the classmate is really someone who is after him? Major eyeroll here. That news comes out after he hits hits shoulder on the wall or floor, i can't remember which, and she heard the metal in his shoulder, and that's when he tells her his involvement with the classmate, previously. I think at this point they'd been together for 3 days, and she's already enrolled in school thanks to him. It's just so unbelievable. At this point I'm speedreading just to get thru with this book.
After that, he leaves to go get a sandwich, and stresses to her that they're after him, and to lock the door. He leaves and then she heard his bike and heard him come back , telling her he forgot his wallet. She's walking to the door thinking it doesn't sound like him, opens it, and it's the bad guys. HE JUST TOLD YOU THERE WAS DANGER.
I wanted to like this book, but it was downright unbelievable. It seemed like things were put in the book and talked about at random, it just didn't flow, at all. I felt like Julian rambled on way too much. Make your point, dude. She was not really all that likeable.
I feel bad writing this review, i hate leaving 2 stars. Honestly tho, I'm surprised it was rated as high as it was.

Elle vient de perdre un caillou et une émotion que j'ignorais être en moi est prête à se déverser, lui offrant le monde dans le processus alors que je suis prêt à devenir ce que j'étais destiné à être toutes ces années sans jamais le savoir... son protecteur, son pourvoyeur, son meilleur ami, son confident et son plus grand soutien.
Je suis amoureux de cet ange et il n'y a aucune chance que j'atteigne à nouveau l'orgasme tant que la pointe de ma verge ne sera pas fermement pressée contre son ventre, garantissant qu'elle est la mère des nombreux enfants que nous sommes sur le point de commencer à faire... ensemble.

I was so excited when I saw this first book in the new series A Possessive Man. I really enjoy reading Ms. Lena Little's stories. She gets right to it and no playing around. Insta love for this guy when he lays eyes on her for the very first time. No way could you ever expect anything less of how this protective, jealous, possessive alpha male is going to be over her. She will have everything that she wants and needs in life. And she will want for nothing. He will make sure that if anyone tries anything to get to her, that is bad news for them. She just has to be the one to realize that it will happen. Grab this and start this series now.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with!

Jealous, Book 1 of A Possessive Man series, was about Julian and Giulia.
Julian and Giulia met during a poker game in the basement of his former partner Don Neto's home. Julian was fresh out of serving a three-year prison sentence, and 18-year-old Giulia was there supposedly working for that former partner. While this was a short story that had a good amount of angst and drama, it was poorly executed and had so many grammatical errors that it boggled the mind. The FMC was TSTL in so many ways that there were too many to name. As for the MMC, he was "larger than life" and too sappy to be real. I couldn't give this more than a one-star rating.
Julian and Giulia met during a poker game in the basement of his former partner Don Neto's home. I thought that this was a really good book. I loved the connection and the chemistry between Giulia and Julian. Julian is a true possessive, jealous alpha and he is brought to his knees with Giulia. Both Giulia and Julian have had rough lives and they recognize that in each other. Giulia pushes up a little fight about their relationship and the speed at which it is going however, once Julian lays everything out for her including loving her, she melts for him. There is a little bit of drama, action, twists and turns, a whole lot of steam in this book and a really sweet and funny HEA. I can't wait to see what the rest of the series has in store for us. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Lena as a great author.

Loved this great read
Brilliant first book of the series. Julian an alpha male who knows what he wants when he sees it and that is Guilia when she walks into the card game area but stands behind a man who put him in prison for three years. Julian can see behind Guilia’s eyes and sees she isn’t comfortable there.
Guilia only took this job as it paid more than the minimum wage advert said dealing cards but she never realised if would be for the mafia and meets Julian who the takes her away from there.
Julian only does what is best for his little girl his princess Guilia but his enemy comes for him again but takes Guilia hostage wrong move for them as he will do anything to keep his princess safe.

Lena Little has been a must read author of mine for some time now and this book only adds to that distinction. I haven't seen a book from her for a while and am very glad to see her back. Ms. Little has a way of drawing you into her books from the 1st page to the last with her amazing storytelling and world building. Her characters are so delightfully flawed that you can't help cheer for their happily ever after. Julian and Giulia's story is one of finding you soul mate and doing everything to keep them. This is the 1st book in the Possessive Man series and you will be sorry if you miss it! I can't wait for more of this series!

Getting the whole story is better than jumping to conclusions.
I liked this story. It was entertaining and a bit over the top. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Giulia answered an ad for a job that was posted at the local college. Unfortunately for her answering that ad led her to some very bad men. Julian was one of the bad men and as soon as he saw her he knew that she was his. Julian was over the top obsessive, possessive, protective, and jealous of anyone that might try to take Giulia away from him. Giulia was, for the most part, ok with his behavior. The FBI involvement was a nice touch but I wanted more. I liked their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

I'll let you know, this is one of those books where the title makes honor to the book. If you're not into crazy obsessively cringe and toxic behaviors in men, this might not be for you. The FC is 18 y/o and she acts accordingly. Julian is a man with no specified age, but obviously way older than her with a Ddlg kink. This kink is very prominent in this book, so if you're not into that, you already know. Overall, this is a very fast paced nice story. Even though I'm not crazy with this type of concept where the MC is cringy and way over the top, I did enjoyed it. The smut was pretty good and with how Julian is, I thought there was going to be more of it😂 but I think it had a great balance between smut and plot in such a short story. I recommend!!!

Interesting short read
So this is my first book by her. I will say I gave it 4 stars because I feel, seeing that she has so many books in the series that it will improve. This book wasn't bad per se, a typo or two. In the beginning, it was hard to she it going down the way it did. It was very cliché of some books I have, read to just throw things together like that. But I kinda get it, just making a short story, feeling your oats and all. It was a good 3 hour read on a Sunday. Kinda cute in the end. I like the angst stuff, so I'm going to keep reading through the series to see how it goes. I'm hoping to see her find her niche. Which I'm sure she has. She has a ton of books out here 😆

I’m a huge L.Little fan and have read and loved every book in the Daddy series. This book was very similar and could essentially be part of that series so I’m not totally sure what makes this a new series. It wasn’t my favorite but I still enjoyed it. I love that every book feels fresh and new even though the characters are all pretty similar.
I think it’s her trademark because it’s in EVERY SINGLE one of her books but I still cringe when I read the line “gonna need spit and muscle…”. Worst line ever and I’m tired of seeing in repeated in every single book and have to roll my eyes every. single. time. Kinda was hoping for a fresh new tag line to go with the new series.

They meet at a card game that was more than it seemed in few ways. He is fresh from prison and she is barely an adult. Their attraction is instant and it waits for no one. Once they walk away from that game, they plan for a future together. She is the softness to counter his roughness. He will fight every obstacle in their path to happiness.

Julian sees Giulia at a card game. He is instantly obsessed with her and in lust with her. He walks out of the game without getting himself killed from the Don that set him up and put him in prison. There is so much passion and steam in this story that it tends to spill into all the pages. Daddy and his little girl are fantastic together. Giulia has had a tough life already but is still very naïve and innocent as the story shows. Julian is a great possessive, protective and above all jealous alpha, who is a very likable character from the start, but something to get used to for Giulia. Another good story by this author to get your Daddy/Baby Girl juices flowing full of mystery and suspense but above all it’s hot and steamy.

I have been waiting for another book by the author and I wasn't disappointed. I loved both main characters and how they met. The male was possessive of the female character and I love these types of romance. The storyline was heated and fast paced, so much that I finished it in one sitting, it was that good. I can safely say I was completely satisfied with this book and I cannot wait for more off this author... please

You've got Giulia (virgin) and Julian (ex-con, ex-mob enforcer). At first I was like heck yes I can get behind this crazy jealous alpha - and then it just got weird. The use of Daddy/little girl just came off odd. There's also plenty of super sexy terms like "lollipop d*ck" and "meat stick" and "playing bouncing games". It starts with lots of sex and then tries to go into a serious story. It was just bad.

So excited for Lena Little's new release and Jealous definitely delivered. Giulia and Julian were smoking hot together and had chemistry that was intense. After first seeing Giulia at an illegal card game, Julian knows she belongs to him. Nothing will keep this OTT possessive, jealous alpha from claiming her and make her his. 5 stars!

This was a really good book. I loved the first person point of view. This is always a deal breaker for me. Julian was a captivating hero and for me is the guy that either makes or breaks the story. I couldn't put this story down.
