Segundo helps Ahayaca flee to a Yaqui village near Tucson. With the rurales following close behind, Monte and Ahayaca then leave Tucson and head south to Sasabe, Arizona. The rurales, believing Ahayaca knows the location of the lost Tayopa mine, join forces in Tucson with an arms dealer and cattle rustler. The author does an excellent job of research and the background is factual. This is a 2nd in a trilogy. The first being Destiny. While reading for enjoyment I really learned a great deal. Initially I questioned some timing and historical information, but I found out that it was 100% correct. And it was a fun read with me trying to figure out how I would work out the ending.
