Good for beginners new to introducing more fibre and charging from a basic western diet or unhealthy lifestyle. If you’re wanting more information about the science behind gut health and its connection to overall health and wellbeing then there are better books.
Some great recipes in the back tha I’ll definitely try.

A good practical read about gut health and lifestyle especially diet.
However I would have liked more information and less recipes
