Garbage. Paranormal trash for the gullible and weak minded. Brough Perkins is a creepy, pretentious so-called "psychic medium" who is a thoroughly unlikable and untrustworthy figure. Not worth your time or money. Read literally anything else.

Fascinating read on one medium's experience with channelling. This to me is reminiscent of the "Seth" series, and it provides a road map for the reader to understand the higher workings of the universe. highly recommended.
