From the international bestselling author Susana Mohel comes a standalone, enemies-to-lovers, love story.

Everyone has a nemesis.

Lancelot Hills became mine the moment we met at his office a few months ago.

Sure, he’s probably the most gorgeous man I’ve ever seen.

The perfect suit-wearing devil, scorching hot. As if he just won America’s most eligible bachelor.

But anyone with a brain knows better than to fall for him.

I know better. Believe me, I do.

He’s so arrogant, and full of himself.

A dream crusher, determined to get me under his command.

So, why can’t I focus when he’s close?

Why does the control I worked so hard to get vanish at the sound of his deep voice?

I want to fight, but inside me there’s a blank space I’m afraid only he can fill.

A full-length enemies-to-lovers romance. No cliffhangers, and no cheating.

I'm really f*cking tired of the trope that romantizices the H who trashes the h, and she pins for this idiot only because he is goodlooking, this bullshit is unhealthy and promotes not only to overlook when someone misstreats you, but also being atracted to someone who do this kind of stuff? In her every thought she had to include how hot he was, and she was thinking of him A LOT, LIKE EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER WAS ABOUT IT. Suddenly her entire personality was getting revenge from someone who 1. wasnt a part of her life 2. was a douche yes, but someone who she made relevant by putting her whole energy in him AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNEW HIM, WHAT DO YOU CARE ABOUT SOMEONE WHO BASHED YOU AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE ANY RELATION WITH, JUST IGNORE HIM, GOD.
But wait, there was a reason, and it was that he was hot *dies cringing* Even when he goes to apollogize, he ends up not doing it and she says she doesnt need him to anymore (Are you for f*ckinf real, you spend weeks going over that bs and in two seconds of him NOT EVEN APOLOGIZING you just let it rest??)
Please, be with people who treats you right, that are kind to you, deserving of your time and efforts, not trashy people that you "cant help to pin for" because abs and broad shoulders and sh*t, and if you write about it, couldnt you just do it with her actually NOT LIKING HIM UNTIL HE ACTUALLY DESERVES IT????
Really, its like its impossible to ask for minimal self respect and a character that actually judges the hero for what HE shows to be and not what his body looks like.

If you loved Book 1, you will be head-over-heels with this romance.

It's a story that will wrap you around the characters and you'll be ready to cheer on these enemies-to-lovers.

Despite her past, she is everything from strong to independent. And when she meets the man who will make her blood boil, it isn't too long before it turns into an angsty simmer!

I gave this one 4 out of 5 Stars and highly recommend it for readers who love well-built characters and chemistry that is just screaming for more!

I knew when I was getting ready to read this I was going to love this story.  Readers were introduced to Ariel in Rainstorm. She was a bit of a mystery wrapped in quirkiness and rainbow-colored hair.

This is Ariel and Lancelot's story.  It's an enemy to lovers' story, however, it's so much more.  You get a bit of angst, you get laughs and you get a bit of a mystery.

Ariel is such an adorkable heroine.  She is quirky, and because of her past, she is somewhat naive on somethings and worldly in others.  I love her inner dialogue, it's funny and fresh and oh so real! I admire her strength and tenacity. She is the OG #Goaldigger!

Lancelot is a perfect fit for Ariel, even when they are butting heads.  He is a romantic at heart and isn't afraid to admit it.  He is Ariel's soft place to fall when she needs it. However, he is torn between two women and it's fantastic to read how it plays out!

I loved the set up to every chapter, the little "messages". The hints of a whole other relationship.

I enjoyed how this story in the series wasn't as heavy as the first, this story was light and fluffy, like one of Ariel's cupcakes! It was perfect.

I want to personally thank Susana Mohel for letting me be a part of her writing world! She honors me with her gratitude, her friendship and the acknowledgments made me cry!

"If we were together, you'd need to learn how to fly alongside me. Otherwise, leave me to do it by myself. No one, not even you, will break my wings."

This second novel in the Perfect Storm series aims to prove that no matter what your past is, YOU have the power to forge your own path going forward. Ariel's journey is a beautiful illustration of that. And her vow to never let anyone get in the way of that portrays a strength many people struggle with for fear of others' judgement. I envy Ariel in that sense especially with her background - and to have been so alone with no one in the world once she left The Villa must have been terrifying and something I honestly don't think I would have had the strength to survive. But her respect for her brothers' sacrifices drove her to live and I respect her so much for not wasting it.

"I couldn't resist you anymore."

The chemistry between these two is LIT! Whew! I think I need a Suit lol.... The immediate flirtation sequences were crafted with perfection and I couldn't wait for Ariel to finally let Lance in. When she finally did it was nothing short of bliss for a romance reader. The innuendos between them were getting me so hot and bothered that I found myself tagging every single heat-inducing remark! I was very happy with how their relationship developed. Lance was so much so a romantic!! I couldn't have wished for more from a man like him.

"Be free, rise, travel the world, just let me be your breeze."

Susana, as always, has written a story full of love and sacrifice complete with patience and strength. Any reader will appreciate how well the plot is designed and Ariel's growth. Susana empowers the female role and proves that ANY ONE can over come their past by CHOOSING to do so. And having that someone to support you like Lance is just icing on the cake. Kudos to you Susana yet again!

Totally Blown away with this storm Mandy @ Janise’s Jivin’ Book Blog

I'm in total Awe of Cloudstorm, my emotions were all over the place and my heart was broken for Ariel's story, but Susana Mohel has outdone herself in book 2 and im sure book 3 will be even more phenomenal and mind blowing. She keeps the Storms Brewing and im hoping i can withstand every storm that Susana throws our way as readers. I totally recommend this book and this series.

Ariel has always had to do what needed to be done to survive, she is a total Goal Digger, but taking a big step for a chance is something that is fixing to not only rock her world but her life as well. With her best friend Roselynn helping her along the way and pushing her more and more. But one thing she didn't expect was not a knight in King Arthurs court, but someone who she cant stand, but is pushing her walls and her temper. She is either going to tear him apart or love him with everything in her being. Can Ariel face sir ass a lot 😂😂and conquer what he's giving or bend to defeat?

This enemies to lovers romance by Susana Mohel will have you feeling warm and fuzzy. Lancelot was completely opposite from Ariel. The two made quite a pair. I feel they brought out the best in each other. Lancelot started off as an a-hole but it turned out that he had his reasons which I forgave him for. He is the sweetest and will melt your heart. I love Ariel’s determination and her perseverance is admirable. This is a feel good, sweet read. The bonus novella, SnowStorm was perfect!

I devoured this book just like I would devour one of Ariel's cupcakes! Lance and Ariel’s story was heartwarming and so full of sugary goodness.

Ariel Wilkinson is the GOAL DIGGER that every heroine inspires to be. She is independent strong with a little bit of flair (okay a LOT of flair). Ariel isn't looking for a man to be her knight and shining armor; she really isn't looking for a man at all. But it's the one Ariel hates to love Lancelot Hills that will become the partner that stands by her side and cheers her on when Ariel's highest goal is within reach. Plus sometimes the heroine has to save the knight when he is in need too.

Susana, with every book you write you have me impatiently waiting for the next one. I can't wait to see which characters you will introduce me too in the next Perfect Storm.

Motivational, full of positive vibes and emotional book!

When everyone thinks their lives are messed what more to our hummingbird. She's so for me and I just wish I'm like her, so positive in life.

Who would have thought that Lancelot is a perfect match for Ariel and they had their own happily ever after.

Cloudstorm has finally arrived and it is the perfect book to accompany Rainstorm’s epic love story!!

We meet Ariel in Rainstorm and now we finally got to get underneath all of her layers. She’s headstrong, witty and such a fresh character. I’ve never read anyone like her or with her type of backstory. This girl is literally a GOAL Digger! She works her ass off no matter the cost! But every girl with a hardened heart needs someone to thaw it.

Lancelot was the perfect one to soften Ariel. She’s struggles a lot and although she has close friends she still manages to keep them at a certain distant. His start with Ariel didn’t go off well in their first encounter but the steam itself sure did, hot right on the spot. He helped to show her you can trust your friends with literally anything.

I loved Cloudstorm not only cuz of the chemistry that lit the pages up, but because it’s about resilience. Ariel was just like the little mermaid. She suffered and lost her voice and had to gain new legs in a new world she wasn’t accustomed too. But she pulled through and came out so much stronger on the other side. Susana’s stories make you feel like you’re on the journey with the characters and I can’t get enough. So happy to be on this ride with her and her stories!!!

Susana Mohel has knocked my fuzzy, bookish off with Cloudstorm! Enemies to lovers romances are my jam! From the delicious angst to the burning passion, this was everything I love about the trope and so much more.

I flipping loved Ariel. Her quirkinesses was simply adorable. She’s funny and fresh and it all worked together to make her so relatable. What I loved most about her was her strength. She’s such an unexpected character. Her inner monologues as cute af and only made me like her even more. Lancelot was all things swoony and romantic! With a name like that a dude just has to be! He and Ariel were perfect for each other. Their connection and chemistry was insane from the very start. I was salivating waiting for these two to get together and when it finally happened I was elated. They were just so great together.

Cloudstorm was fantastic. A great romance, but more than that it was a fantastic story about moving on from your past. Ariel was such a great strong heroine she didn’t need a prince to save her. She ‘saves’ herself and the swoony af hero is just the cherry on top. 5 stars.

Cloud Storm is the second book in The Perfect Storm Series by Susana Mohel and what a beautiful book.
Love this book so much. This book proves that no matter where you come from and what you went through, but what matters is making your dreams become a reality.
And boy did Ariel work hard at that. She is a GOAL DIGGER!!
Ariel meets Lancelot and it was hate at first sight. And I hated The Suit too.
But he redeemed himself and them I loved him and was rooting for him.
He is one of the most romantic heroes I’ve read in a while.
Loved everything in this book. I can’t wait for what is next in this series.

ARC REVIEW

Light does shine through in the end.

A soft and incredibly touching story, perfect to read on a weekend when you are feeling low and you need some sunshine and a burst of colors.

‘Cloud Storm’ by the talented Susana Mohel is a book that holds a very special place in my heart, a book I’ve witnessed coming to life, a book about being Brave, Free and Fearless.

This whole series is about strong women, stubborn men, and their struggles to find happiness, to find peace, to find hope again and turn their lives around, making the best of them. And this book truly represents this, the essence of being strong.

I cried, laughing and most importantly felt with this book, it gave me courage, confidence, and glitter. I am now more ready than ever to take over the world.

Ariel is a crazy-haired, hard-working and ever so hopeful woman, she is fierce and strong, with a thick skin and the energy of a lioness who will not bow to anyone. She has fire running through her veins, the soul of a warrior and the heart of a compassionate woman who believes in chasing her dreams while also helping others achieve theirs. A true Goal Digger! She is beautiful, smart and skilled, an amazing baker, a talented chef, and a true and loyal friend. Ariel is the kind of person we all need in our lives, the one that cheers you on even on her darkest moment and who’d go to hell and back for you.
She is savage and extreme in a good way, always running around and doing something, flying high up there in the sky being free, until one day a knight wearing a suit comes barreling in her life.

Lancelot, yup that’s his name and I truly love it, is a one of a kind man. If you had asked me how I felt about him at the beginning of this book, well I would’ve told you I hated that Suit! That arrogant, cocky, SOB man with a body worth drooling after and a stare that could bring you to your knees! But the more I got to know him, the more I understood why he acted the way he did, the more he grew on me and the more I loved him.
He is a talented man in many departments but words is the number one if you ask me, with everything I read and each word he said I fell more and more for him, I melted and became a soft and squishy thing! That’s how dreamy he is!
He is hard and calculating while also being attentive and caring, being sweet and confident, determined to win over the girl that haunts his dreams and make up for his mistakes. Over and over again ;)

This novel is a sweet but angsty love story, one full of drama and bickering, back and forth, mixed emotions and haunting pasts. But it is also funny and adorable, something unique to make you happy, it is sweet and interesting, and from someone that works in the same field as Ariel, trust me when I say accurate.

‘Cloud Storm’ is a story that will sweep you off your feet in one suave move, knocking you down but leaving you with the biggest smile you’d ever had!

A must-read if you love a good earned HEA, one fought for, worked for and thankful for!

A love meant to be.

It took me a couple of chapters before I got into this but once I did it was good. Ariel and Lancelot’s had the chemistry for each other the moment they met. Once the clouds went away their love for each other became bright.

Years ago Ariel went to the bank to get a loan to start a bakery. However, the man she met with, Lancelot, accused her of being a fraud and denied her application. Fast forward to the present and Ariel gets a new hot neighbor who is none other than Lancelot. Now that they are neighbors can they get over the past and move forward in a civil manner?
Ariel grew up in a very strict community and was to meet the man she was supposed to marry when she was 14 years old. Her brothers helped her escape but that left her living on the streets and taking every little job that she could in order to try and make her brothers proud even though she will never see them again.
Lancelot lost his father and had to take over as the caregiver for his siblings. This has caused him to become arrogant and full of himself.
Overall I found this book to be enjoyable. At first I was confused about the relevance of the emails at the end of the chapters but by chapter 7 you started to get a glimpse of how they fit into the story. Reading about Ariel’s background and everything she went through really touched my heart and I’m glad that she got her HEA.

must read

This story is about a tenacious woman with determination, resilience and courage. A fast pace and energetic storyline with an independent, goal focused protagonist. At first I was confused about why there was an email at the beginning of the chapters with Ariel not acknowledging it. But once I was deeper in the story, it started coming together. I also felt like it jumped in time rather quickly while in the same thought, but it might have been just me.

The intensity of Ariel’s past and what she had to overcome was inspirational. Her fight to keep going, when she literally had nothing, just showed how strong and persistent she was. The connections she made along her journey were reflections of herself and of the love she gives to others. She did get deterred after being denied a loan to start her business, but finally accepted help from Roselynn (her best friend) they started the company themselves. From that point on her courage and determination showed through everything she did. But still working on trusting and accepting help when needed.

At first I couldn’t fathom how Lancelot would be redeemed after their encounter at the bank. And when they are reunited again, it felt like everything was resolved fairly quickly. Which is great and wasn’t dragged out to prolong the inevitable. These characters feel deeply and passionately and it was contagious. Their connection drew me in and enthralled me in the story. The patience he showed Ariel when learning about her past struggles was powerful and moving.

This book was unique and really well written. I was completely captivated the entire time and couldn’t put it down. The connection between Ariel and Lancelot was undeniable and utter perfection. And that epilogue, it had me sobbing with so many happy tears, I was a complete mess. I absolutely fell in love with these characters and look forward to reading more.

Cloudstorm is the second book in Susana’s Perfect Storm Series. This was a very sassy and passionate enemies to lovers. I love the banter between the main characters Ariel and Lancelot.

This two fight to no end their feelings but that sizzling chemistry is undeniable. Ariel has an emotional past that has made her the determine strong woman she is but also play an important part on her guarded heart. Ariel inner monologues made me laugh.

“He’s so cocky! He’s so exasperating. He’s… a walking orgasm. Wait… I did not just think that.”

Lancelot is a hero that infuriated me at the beginning. He is cocky, stubborn and so damn hot. I wanted to punch his face and then grab him and kiss him. Basically what Ariel wanted to do to him constantly. Under all that hard exterior is a soft heart a romantic lover.

There’s some delicious treats added to this story. Our leading lady is a wizard a baking delicious desserts.

So if your a lover of opposites attract and enemies to lovers romance, this is a read for you.

“We really are so different. And, despite that, we fit so well.”

I couldn't connect with these characters or make myself be invested in whether or not they end up together. I found Ariel to be immature and rude most of the time. She meets Lance one time, he's a complete d$ck to her, and she fantasizes about him daily after that. I've seen some hot men in my life, but that doesn't constitute daily fantasies. Lance was a d$ck the first and second time they meet. He tried to be better the 3rd time, but then Ariel was rude. I just couldn't enjoy that. The emails in between the chapters seemed weird, and since I only saw his side, I wondered if the things he was saying was even appropriate. This was a first for me, but I would be willing to give this author another read.

Romantic and chaotic like its characters
4.5
It's an excellent romance with a very good heroine, Ariel, strong, coming out of a hell in which she was a young homeless girl and who always struggled, never giving up her integrity, her honesty. She begins to get out of it when she discovers that her new neighbor Lancelot is none other than the banker who had delayed her access to her dream.
Between her annoyance, towards him and his attraction, as well as Lancelot's behavior, their relationship is complex, with twists and turns, many doubts. Their story is exciting, tender and hot.

This was a pretty intense story. Ariel and Lancelot have a rough first meeting but most of their meetings are pretty fiery and explosive. They are both very likeable characters but they have to resolve any personal issues to be together. Ariel's story brought tears to my eyes, but I am so happy this ends in a HEA. This was a very entertaining love story with lots of emotion, and action which keeps it lively and fresh.

Ariel is self made successful business women. It took her long and hard load to get to where she is. She was homeless until she met wonderful father figure who gave her a steady job and a place over her head. Her childhood was not a happy home and ran away to escape to avoid an arranged marriage. She ran away from Villa, an exclusive community similar to amish with help of her four brother for better life.
Ariel and Lancelot met each other when Ariel was trying to get a business loan to start her bakery but he denied her application with harsh words. Lancelot didn't seem like nice hero at this point.
Lancelot moved to Ariels neighborhood and things took a different turn. Ariel and Lancelot were attracted to each other and it was moving fast until Lancelot reveals he secretly loves someone else.
Ariel and Lancelot will have to figure out if they can overcome their past and seek happily ever after or give up. They both have secrets they will have to reveal.
This book was not as light as I thought it would be. Ariel's background was heart wrenching and sad. I wasn't sure Lancelot deserves Ariel but at the end they do.

This is a good enemies-to-lovers story but I had a hard time at first warming up to Lancelot. Ariel has been through a lot and I felt for her but also felt frustrated with her and letting Lancelot off the hook so easily. The story does keep you reading however and I did enjoy it.
