Head Spinning SUSPENSE!
So not want I was expecting. Baron was a complete surprise to me In this story and I'm definitely liking the huge twist he plays in this addictive series. Poor Luna Rae my heart goes out to her. She's so confused and conflicted add the fact that she's a newly plucked virgin to men and relationships makes her life more chaotic and harder to land on her feat or fight for what she does or doesn't want. The suspense is pure helll as the cliffy leaves me frazzled and dwelling on what is to come or what shocking twists will Shayne force me to except as the fate for Luna Rae, Kian, Rex and even Baron. It's twisted, addictive, heartfelt and hot with page turning suspense that leaves my head spinning needing more.

Threats and decisions
The story remains moving, tense and intense from the first part and it finally reveals a little more the character of Baron who was rather opaque until then. I felt like the forces started to reverse for Luna. She's not in charge of what happens to her, but neither do the others.
Luna has been kidnapped by an enemy of Kian who it is still unclear whether he likes or is playing a game with Rex to manipulate Luna. Yet his disappearance causes an electric shock to Kian. The return of Baron, their stepfather adds to the confusion in all these mysteries that surround this family.

There's so much drama going on here! Faith sends Kian a message that she is ready for dinner. He cancels on her because Luna is missing. Initially I thought Faith and Kian were going to become something more, but then after reading this book my mind has changed. Rex was supposed to meet with Luna but didn't. Munson wants revenge for what he had and lost. He wants to cause Kian pain and he wants Luna to hate Kian. Baron says he doesn't want to take Luna away from Kian, he wants to save her from Kian. I don't think Luna will end up with Baron and Rex was out of the picture a long time ago so I believe Luna and Kian will end up together. We will see!!

I will be happy and sorry to see this series end. I can't believe the depth of feelings that Shayne Ford can put into each character. Every single one of her books makes you feel like you are involved in the happenings of all of her m/c's. Of course, I have been rooting for Kian and Luna Rae for some time, so I am looking forward to the last book to see their outcome. I highly recommend this series and really every series she has written.

Another twist to an already intriguing read. The author adds Baron to the cast of characters and takes the story to another level. She does a fantastic job developing the story and paints her scenes in vivid detail. I was glued to the pages right to the end and still left with wanting more with the cliffhanger ending. Loving this series!!

Well as usual I devoured this book. It was like a birthday present. I think it came out early and I immediately got it. I love Shayne Ford's books and this one was as good as the last. I cannot wait until the 11th and final book comes out. I am half in love with crazy Kian, didn't want to be, but I am. Ofcourse, Baron is a delightful man. Its hard to know which way the wind will blow......but I hope Kian gets his sh.t together and allows Luna's love to heal him.

As usual thank you Shayne Ford. Cannot wait to see what you will do next.

What a wonderful series! Just when you think you have a handle on what is going to happen, there is another twist, in this case, the addition of Baron who also is drawn to Luna. If Kian is to have a chance he will have to step up, allow himself to heal, and commit, but Luna needs to deal with her self-discovery, and her own conflicts. Baron adds even more drama to this story. I can hardly wait for the next book and some answers to my questions. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

I don’t know where to begin or where it’s going to end. Luna Rae come on girl. We know you want to take charge of your life but the suspense is killing me. Now we have Baron in the picture. Who do you want? Shayne, Shayne, Shayne, Girlfriend, you have me living on the edge. I love the psychic (Faith) with the cryptic messages of the future. Y’all if you haven’t started it’s not to late. Luna Rae is sticking up for herself. Rex explains why he has been missing. Kian goes bat sh!t crazy. And Baron is a very special stepfather.
Baron tells a story about a horse he had to break as a kid. It was up to him to control the horse's fire....He couldn't control it himself. Can Luna get in control? Or is it time to just move on?

Wow!

I can't even imagine being in love with a Kian personality, it is almost narcissistic to me. Will Luna be his source of calm & show him what true love is or will she burn as he does? Rex....Rex....Rex..... not sure what is in this boys heart & mind......No matter the outcome he & Luna will always have an admiration for each other. Dang what is there to say about Baron? Is his end goal helping his step son's or protecting Luna for himself? Can't wait for Luna's final book. Since it mentioned "Luna's final book" will we have additional books on whomever is left regarding their HEA? Hopefully

Just finished reading BARON and wow. Book 10 of 11 in the House of Lions series finds Luna seeing more clearly what she means to the Jackson men after her harrowing ordeal of being abducted.
I took my time with this read so that i could savor it a little longer because each new release ends all too quickly for me. I cannot ever seem to put down Shayne’s work until it is finished as it’s always a page turner that I get lost in the story and forget everything around me.
I thoroughly enjoyed Luna’s character development in this book and i am crazy intrigued with how the supporting characters cross paths and find they have shared histories that help to build Luna’s backstory. I cannot wait to see how past events may help to shape how things turn out for Luna.
I love that Shayne Ford can weave a story so intricate in details that I can only guess as to how the story will end. The final book in each series is always a jaw-dropping read and I cannot wait for Book 11.

Throughout this entire series, I've mixed emotions on how I felt about this triad. Did I want to take hold of Luna's shoulders and just shake her and then there are the Jackson brothers. Rex seemed like he had no deep emotion at all and Kian seemed like he was a firework with a short fuse. Then came book nine, 'Losing Luna' and I realized what was happening and my reactions to it. Now, Shayne Ford brings us 'Baron' and I was really nervous about what kind of game-changer he was going to put out there. I don't think I could've been more wrong! This was a fast-moving, deeply emotional, heart-pounding read. I can't wait to see what happens in Dubai.

Kian is concerned about Luna after she returns. Luna lets Kian know how it is now, Kian is not happy but he excepts what she tells him until he sees her with Faith. Luna gets a job after her aunt and Frankie talk her into going after what is available to her. Barron and Luna send Kian into a tail spend the man is going crazy thinking of Luna with his stepdad. Holy cow! This is turning into so much more than your average love story or even a dark romance. Seems everyone has a pony in the get Luna Rae race, but who will come out as the victor? only time will tell with this story. Lots of twist and action packed drama with book 10 in the House of Lions series. Going into this, I had my heart set on Kian being the anti hero with a heart but as we see more of Baron. I have to say, he is topping my list with all the boxes checked. Can't wait to see what happens next.

What game is Baron playing or is he playing at all? Excellent! Luna is definitely stuck between a rock and a hard place. Does she love Kian, does Kian love her, and if he does, why won’t he commit to her? Why does he keep pushing her away? Is Baron trying to win her favor over Rex and Kian so he can have Luna for himself? Luna is starting to think she doesn’t know what she wants, who she is, or what she wants to do with her life. She is definitely in a sad state and doesn’t know how to get out. Great book.

Ms. Ford, I've said it before, and I'll say it again, is a master of her craft! A master at tantalizing her readers and then causing them turmoil, as the next cliff-hanger leaves those fingernails bloody as you hang on for what is next!

Amazing characters who I've gotten to know well, and not so well!

Drawn in, hoping and praying I get MY happy ending! We'll see if Ms. Ford delivers what I'm expecting!

Baron is the tenth book in the House of Lions Series which continues the story of Luna Rae, Kian, Rex, and Baron. Luna Rae is still indecisive over who she should be with in her future because of all the men in her life. However, just when you think you have the plot figured out there is an unexpected twist. The book ends in a cliffhanger. The final book in the series, Loving Luna, will conclude this story.

The saga continues with book 10 and oh my things sure have taken a turn in a direction I wasn't prepared for. Now that Baron is part of the game it looks as though Kian may lose big time. Dang just when things are heating up and getting good the proverbial door slams shut and I'll have to wait till book 11 opens it again.

Impossible not to put everything aside to read this series. This couple has a magnetism that pulls you to their world effortlessly, and you can not resist them. Well that was completely different than what I was expecting. How do you not fall in love with Baren? I continue my love/hate feelings for both the boys, especially Kian. My heart will continue to pull for him but the alternate ending wouldn’t break me as long as Luna is happy and confident. The ending has me freaked out and I can’t help but feel anxiety for the final book.

Just when you think you might have a firm idea about where we are headed, this author throws in another splendid twist that will have your jaw hitting the floor. At this stage of the game about the only two things I can say with absolute certainty is that 1. I want Luna to be happy and 2. I eagerly await the next book. Luna Rae is desperately trying to get on with her life after she is kidnapped by a man determined to cause Kian pain. The situation is the catalyst to finally be done with the Jackson brothers. Enter Baron. Omg! For as hot as Rex and Kian are they have absolutely nothing on their stepfather. The way his mind works is beyond sexy and the warmth he exudes melts me in an instant. He is determined and has a plan, a plan that won't make the forefront until the next book and my imagination is running wild. In The House of Lions, he is the king!!

I have no idea why but I am always rooting for Kian, regardless of what he does. Luna is still on her journey of self discovery and apparently so am I because I do not know how to feel. Rex....ugh. Kian you know how I feel...and Baron. I don't even know what to say. I am consistently finding myself devouring each book and impatiently waiting to find out what happens next!
