I LOVE this freaking follow up! It was done superbly. North and Grace are not only still madly in love, their love is even more raw and explosive here! AWESOME! There is a nice revisit of a plot from book one that managed to keep me on the edge here as well, having me a little afraid of what would happen and how North and Grace would land on it..

I loved their Epilogue here even more so than their awesome epilogue in their 1st book..

Read this book! But start at book 1 first.. There are some typo issues with this brief 5 chapter/Epilogue story, but I was able to overlook them for some reason in this book.

Ladies and gentlemen I promise that North and Grace’s story got even better with age… his obsession was unmatched and his insane desire to possess and consume her literally rocked me to my core. This was f 💣 bombing amazing 🤩!!

I am in bed sick right now and I screeched which sent me into a fit of coughing but it was super worth it !!

This couple will forever slay me!! Like ruin me and I am okay with that. I promise I will reread their love story whenever the mood strikes because this was 💯!!

4 Smutty Stars

It's interesting reading a sequel of a Jessa Kane book, it's something I would have never expected. Needless to say, I'm pleased by this book.

Even though this is the sequel, you still need to suspend your disbelief when reading this— I mean, it's still smut.

Overall, I honestly enjoyed this more than I did the first book. This was good :)

Well I wasn't as happy with this one because Grace made me mad. Still it's good.

So the bad guy from the last book got out of jail and North will do anything to protect his wife, Grace. He's on the verge of his biggest fight and they're also trying to get pregnant. Bad guys happen, Grace does something stupid, and then HEA. Throw in some sex with a real daddy kink and you've got the sum of it. Personally, I don't like a daddy kink for this couple. I think they're better without it. I still love everything JK writes.

Este libro es una continuación por así decirlo de Making their vows. Aquí tenemos de nuevo a Grace y a North, cinco años después amándose como siempre y planificando un futuro todavía más prometedor del que ya tienen. Pero los viejos enemigos vuelven a sus vidas y North hará lo que haga falta, CUALQUIER cosa para salvar a su esposa... Incluso si eso lo destroza por el camino.

Awwww se puede ser más adorable y pervertido todo a la vez? Pues sí este libro lo demuestra. Me encantan estos dos, el amor loco pero loco loco que se tienen y que juro que hasta yo siento que tendrán 80 años y seguirán igual. Ay ojalá me aparezca a mí un hombre así 🤣.

En fin, es una historia cortita así que ya sabéis, para pasar el ratito!

This was a newsletter offering as a follow-up to Making Their Vows. We get to see North and Grace a few years later. Grace is a teacher and North is still a fighter. But now the criminal who was threatening them before is out of prison and North has to find a way to protect Grace. He feels like he can't tell her what is going on, and when she sees him talking to the bad guy and believes he has made a plan to throw a fight, she is devastated - he's not the man she thought he way. So she leaves him. This is a huge deal because they seemed so solid! But he doesn't leave her. He stalks her and makes sure she is safe. See, he has a plan, and is truly still the man she always believed him to be.

This was a nice epilogue - surprising but satisfying at the end. And the Daddy action was turned up to 11!

Please Jessa, i love you but stop saying how many years the characters will live. "They will spend the next 75 years loving each other"? I do not mind. Do not give them an expiration date, it is in bad taste and the last thing i want is to do the math and think about the death of the protagonists

Five years have passed and North and Grace are now married and trying for a baby. And when she finally announces her pregnancy North thinks he has it all; his soulmate and a baby on the way. But old enemies reappear in their life, threatening everything he holds dear. But he is ready and willing to keep his family safe even if he has to do the unforgivable. Great plot, and love their intense chemistry. Highly recommended

I’m a Grace & North stan because they were my introduction to Jessa Kane’s books. I love them so much. I have no idea what took me so long to read it but this didn’t disappoint. They are soooo hot together and the spice was amazing.

It’s not the most necessary to read this after Making Their Vows, but it was nice to read about Grace and North again and to see their relationship grow over the years. It was also fun to see them explore their DD/lg kink more in this installment 🔥🔥🔥

Leaving? Really, Grace? A bit of a dramatic reaction, don't you think? If you are going with that reaction, at least give us a bigger reason than what we got. The third chapter was so over the top 🙄 It was like Grace lost a brain cell after chapter two. This book was so unnecessary.

El segundo y último libro de esta biología es creo mi conflicto más grande, a mi me encantan los libros con protagonistas que arriesgan todo por sus mujeres... y este no es la excepción porque técnicamente de eso se desarrolla toda la trama.
Años después nuestra pareja sigue junta y felices como los perdices, pero todo cambia cuando se ven amenazados por un viejo enemigo, para mi este libro es más sobre como la relación s3xu@l de ellos 2 se desarrolla en la confianza y los issues sobre todo de ella. Siento más que un segundo libro como si hubiera sido un pequeño relato incluso un epilogo, tiene un poco más de 70 páginas, al menos en el formato digital lo que hace que lo puedas leer en horas.

No es un mal libro, incluso puedo decir que me gusto un poco más el hecho de no tener que volver a pasar por el lapso de "amor a primera vista" y más a "la pareja completa", sigo con mi recomendación de no es recomendado a una audiencia menor de edad, ni personas que no estén acostumbradas a lecturas tan explicitas ni que no le guste el dark romance.

Si este tipo de lectura no es para ti, es mejor que busques otra cosa que leer, no es necesario dar una mala critica cuando quizás la lectura no es apta para tus gustos, y esto hay que tomarlo a consideración puesto que en ambos libros el tema del Daddy Issues y los juegos de rol son parte del trama de esta historia.

I didn't hate this, but I did find the conflict out of character. After 5 years together and declaring how much they love each other, it was pretty disappointing for Grace to just leave her husband just like that. She didn't even think about it or give him the benefit of the doubt. I would think if your love is so all encompassing, you believe in the love of your life, you trust him. You don't just give up on him within five minutes of learning something about him you don't like. I feel like she should have known him inside out anyway to the point that she should have known something else was going on. Like how great is your love really if you're thinking about leaving him forever at the drop of a hat?

Also, not entirely sure how I feel about the age play, but at least it was just role playing here. I read another book by Jessa Kane where it didn't feel like a kink but more like the FMC was actually like a little girl in real life. That one was definitely not for me.

it’s actually just smut x
it’s two spicy novellas which has the characters practically falling in love as soon as they seen each other, the smut was too good man 🫦🫦🫦i loved the dirty talking, i felt like the smut was detailed and actually spicy 👍🏽it was so funny when north started humping the seat that grace sat on in the first book😭😭😭😭😭😭i did lowkey feel like they both were being quite dramatic when they were separated like damn okay chill 😃but they were cute, they become really attached which was adorable 🥲. But the smut is the real star in these two books ☝🏽☝🏽

It’s the sequel of Making Their Vows!

I think it’s rare that JK makes a second book with the same characters, and I like this one. North and Grace just became more obsessed with each other and further explored their sex kinks. I’m still wondering where I can find someone like North lol. He’s still a green flag after 15 years of being together. They had a 4 day separation, and it’s surprising North didn’t force himself to Grace but stalked her instead as a way of him protecting her. I love that the conflict didn’t prolong and they finally got their ultimate happy ending. Super satisfying ending for me, though I think this could’ve been included in the first book instead of a sequel. 4 stars!

It wasn’t bad. Just redundant. They had already defeated the bad guy in the first book so there was really no reason for the same plot in this book. The only purpose this story served was to continue and explore the DD/lg theme. I was not a fan of this aspect of the first book as they were teenagers and the same age and I definitely didn’t needed a sequel for only that reason.

So if you wanted more daddy/little girl nonsense from the first story then here you go. The author heard your requests. As for more me, I loved the intensity of North and Grace in the first book and was hoping for more here but it just felt lacking but only because the plot was repetitive.

This was a really nice companion to Making their Vows.
This picks up where we left off with Grace and North in the first book. About 5 years after they meet.
They’re married. Grace is a relatively new teacher. North is a legit amateur boxer waiting on his break into the pros.
And Grace’s past rears it’s ugly head. Putting a wedge between them when Grace doesn’t agree with how North decides to handle it.

It’s hot. It’s passionate. It’s dirty, totally filthy.
And it’s entirely too sweet for words.
Just like all of Jessa’s best books are.

Five years after the events of the last book, Grace and North are now married and living their HEA. Grace is a teacher and North is right on the verge of being a pro fighter. The man Grace helped put away is now back to try to make them pay. I liked the continuation to their story, they're now both older and know how the world works. North is still very much obsessed with Grace and can't keep his hands to himself. North was smart enough to get them both out the situation they were in. The epilogue was sweet.

Second time Jessa Kane has written a follow up book for a couple. I think… Second time I can remember anyway. Not including when books have been in a ‘series’ and focused on another couple within a different book. Like the other book (She’s Still Too Young), this book was totally unnecessary.

The story made no sense, after being together for five years, I’m pretty sure Grace would know how crazy North is about her - and would easily figure out that there was more to it. Tooooo much daddy kink.
