This was a really quick read with action the whole way through. It centers on Lauren, who has a seemingly perfect life until she gets set up by an unnamed person seeking revenge. Lauren's life quickly spirals out of control as whomever is harassing her picks away her comfortable life, piece by piece.

There were a couple things that bothered me about this book, the first one being that Lauren was a bit slow on the uptake. She tried to excuse some of what was happening to her as bad luck, which did not seem how a regular person would react. She also continually laser-focused on whatever was right in front of her without considering other options. I also found it implausible that all of her friends and family would turn on her in an instant rather than sticking by her as she tried to figure out what was happening.

When the villain was revealed, it made sense and was one of the people I had considered. Both the motive and the lengths they were willing to take caused me to suspend my disbelief a bit, but was suspenseful either way. The book was fast-paced in general and I finished it in one sitting. It really made you think about what you would do in a similar situation (and I would have made some different decisions than Lauren!).

Overall, I enjoyed the book despite the things I called about above that I didn't love. I'd give it 3.5 stars and would read another book by this author. Thanks to Netgalley for providing me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Ultimate thriller with what I dare say has a horror side. Those who love to guess who did it in mysteries, those who like to feel true terror, and those who like multiple twists will love this mystery thriller! This newer author has my attention, and I can’t wait to read more thrilling books that’ll leave me and my whole household stressed to the very last chapter.

I hope this review helps you decide if this is the right read for you. Happy Reading, and Blessed Be.

Lauren seems to be having a perfect life--with a perfect job, a fiancé she loves so much and everything about her life seems perfect. But then suddenly, her perfect life crashes when someone is out to destroy her. From ruining her presentation on her big day to her computer being hacked and someone writing obscene things in her car, someone is clearly determined to ruin Lauren's life. Then Lauren loses her fiance, her job and she is determined to find out who is out to destroy her.

Let's start with the plot--the plot of the story is intriguing. Lauren whose life is perfect seems to have angered someone who is set to take revenge. As a reader, I am curious what Lauren would have done--was it to do with work or something to do with past? Either way, it was engaging and intriguing.

The thriller is fast paced and quick to read that you could actually finish the book really quick. I do like a fast paced thriller so that's a plus for me. However, I didn't find much twists and turns that you would normally find in a thriller. The story seems direct, and to me, the suspects are few that you could easily pick out who is the one who is plotting revenge against Lauren. The writing was OK and at times, there were some parts that I found meh.

The characters are OK to me. I could easily understand Lauren's frustration and her determination to find out who is ruining her nearly perfect life.

Over all, this was a good thriller--fast paced, quick to read and finish. Worth four stars!

Thank you Netgalley and publisher for granting me an ARC of this books. The review is based on my honest opinion only.

Despite my best efforts, I didn’t love this book. I wish it had set up the characters a little more before getting into the action. The people that love Lauren the most should have known her well enough to know that things were out of character and given her the benefit of the doubt?? If I was her, I’d be hella pissed that my fiancé, family and friends all deserted me and believed the worst of me like that!

I picked the culprit early on and I thought the ending was disproportionate to the rest of the book. It was fast paced which I liked but it wasn’t one of my favourites.

This was a good story. I could not put it down, what starts out as small incidents that keep progressing. Lauren was a great character and I could relate to her. The book flowed well and it kept me entertained. It was thrilling and I could not wait to get to the end to see how it ended. I thought I knew what was coming and I was wrong, this is just a great book. The characters were well written and it kept me on the edge of my seat.

Although this is a work of fiction I have no doubts it may become the reality for some people one of this days. Life on line can be frightening and private information can be hacked and used by third parties, this story, however, takes everything over the top! The plot has been seen in the movies, but is well written, fast-paced and entertaining!

It started off slowly, and I was thinking of dropping it but then things accelerated and I couldn't stop listening! And once it was on it fabulously paced and gripped me to the end.
The great reveal was a bit underwhelming, considering how much had happened and to what extent the "perpetrator" went.

Wow! Really enjoyed this.

Lauren has a great job, great home and a fantastic fiance and suddenly, her life is being sabotaged. A disastrous work error in front of a client, along with her car being keyed, her social media accounts being hacked and vile comments being posted online allegedly by her, all lead to her being ostracised by all those who know her. No-one seems to believe that it isn't her. Who could possibly be behind it?

This grabbed me right from the start and didn't let go. I raced through it in a few hours as I was completely hooked. The non-stop nature of the acts against Lauren kept me wanting to keep reading to see what was going to happen next and how she was going to get herself out of the mess she found herself in. Although I thought it was obvious who was involved early on, the full extent of the motive and background didn't become clear until the end.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable book and I would definitely recommend it.

Now You Know by Nora Valters

Lauren has worked hard to build a great life. But Lauren begins to have unfortunate things happen to her. She doesn’t think much about it at first. Work computer goes black. Her fiancé starts accusing her of cheating as someone is sexting her. Her car gets keyed. A work presentation link leads to an awful show. Is it all just a coincident? Or is someone out for her? If so why?

Her life is falling apart. Who wants to destroy her life? Can she figure who it is before her life can get any worse?! Is she able to restore what she has lost?!

For the most part this book kept me interested! I enjoyed reading it! At times in the beginning I did feel like it was going a little slow and would lose interest slightly. But overall it was an interesting read! I enjoyed the story line!

Thank you Nora Valters, Incubator Books and NetGalley for the advance copy to read in return for my honest review!

When things starts happening to Laura, at first she thinks nothing of it. A broken work computer, a misplaced link in a presentation, and some wrong number sexting. However, as things begin to increase in intensity and the effect is has on her life, she realizes that someone is after her and someone is targeting her and trying to ruin her life. Can she figure out who it is before they succeed?

From start to finish this book had me hooked. It starts off quick with things immediately happening, and the pace is maintenance up until the ending. I couldn’t help but want Laura to figure out who was after her, and hope she could redeem herself. I was saddened when even her own family doubted her and were angry.

A definite who done it. Seems very predictable, but there are a few curveballs thrown in to keep you guessing. I read this book in one sitting.

Disaster after disaster strikes both Lauren's personal and work life. Before she can prove her innocence she has to find out who is sabatoging everything she has going for her. This psychological thriller reads as everyone's nightmare in today's digital age.

This book had me tense the whole way through, though that only made me love it more, since clearly I was invested. I kept wanting to scream at Lauren to stand up for herself. Also, this woman needs to be find better friends that actually know her. Like any good thriller reader, I had my prediction for who was behind it, and for the record I was totally off. The plot twists at the end threw me for a loop and I had to do an actual double take.

I received this book free from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

A Really Good Book

This was a really good book. The writing is good and the plot is exceptional.

Lauren has a great life. She is good at her job and enjoys it. And she is engaged to the love of her life. They have bought their first home together and she is looking forward to starting a family. Then it all seems to fall apart. Suddenly she is loosing everything. Who is doing this to her? Who hates her this much? Who is her enemy?

If you can figure out the enemy, you are better than me. I was completely surprised. I highly recommend this one. If you like these kind of thrillers, you will love this one.

I bought this book while browsing on Amazon today.

3.75 Hearts Talk about having bad luck. At first Laren thinks life is just picking on her but too much is happening to have it be coincidence. So now Lauren has to figure out what is going on and who is responsible.

I had a bit of a hard time in the beginning of this book as it was a bit slow to get started but we have to figure out who Lauren is to understand all that is going wrong. Once I was into it I was really interested. I will be honest and say I figured out the who pretty quickly but I could not figure out the why and how.

This is a fast paced story once it gets started. Keeps you interested and reading until the very end.

This book is definitely a must-read if you like short and fast-paced thrillers. Lauren's story was so intriguing and captivating that I could not stop reading it. Regarding the plot twist. I can honestly say that I did not see it coming, but I did like it. The only small complaint that I have is that the book does not tell you what happened with her close family and boss. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the book.

I really enjoyed the twists and turns of the book and read it within two days.
I must admit I was shouting in my head a Lauren at some of the decisions she made such as been slow to go to her local bank branch when her online banking was hacked and also confronting who she thought was the perpetrator trying to ruin her life instead of visiting the local police station!. I suppose these thing aren't reality but make an excellent story

I loved that you can relate to Lauren and most of the characters I the story.
I would definitely recommend

Wow! How easily can someone's life fall apart if you get targeted. This book had me checking my bank account to make sure I hadn't been hacked. I loved it and couldn't put it down although it made me feel very anxious reading it. Lauren the main character is so full of life and very well described. She reminded me of me when I was younger. I'd recommend this author and this book in particular. Fantastic but scary what could happen to you if you have a high social media presence.

Maybe it was me, but I don't think this story was worth 5 stars. It was okay, Had a few flaws in the characters, and I guessed who the bad person was about halfway through the book. It isn't a bad story, just not what I thought it would be. I did give it 4 stars because it had its moments for me. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I found this book very predictable and boring. No real substance to the story and the whole reason for the revenge was so weak it was unbelievable .

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review!

Now You Know by Nora Valters is a fast-paced thriller that is so realistic it's scary. The plot about a PR worker named Lauren whose life is disintegrating in front of her eyes. She commits some work faux-pas that endanger her job; her fiance believes she's cheating on him; her car has been keyed with profanity. Everything is going wrong, but none of it is her fault. Someone has decided to engage in a campaign of revenge against Lauren, and they won't stop until her life is over.

Here is an excerpt from the prologue from the mysterious assailant's point of view:

"Lauren Cohen, I see you. There you are, in your perfect little life.
Oblivious to anyone other than yourself. Oblivious to my feelings. Oblivious to me. Oblivious to the pain you've caused...
That bubble you're in is about to burst. And I'll be watching it all. I can't wait to see your downfall. It'll set me free. And to think you thought you'd got away with it. Ha! As if. I don't let things slide. I don't forgive and forget. No, I hold grudges. Why should you get away with it? Why should you happily carry on as if nothing happened? I'm out for revenge."

Overall, Now You Know is an engaging, unputdownable thriller about the dangers of revenge. I had to keep reading to find out what happens to Lauren and find out who is doing these things to her and why. I sped through the book and ended up finishing it in a few hours. If you're intrigued by the excerpt above or if you're a fan of thrillers, I highly recommend that you check out this book when it comes out in May!

Lauren seems to have it all - a great job at a Manchester market agency, a nice home which she shares with her fiance Akshay and a good relationship with her coworkers / friends and family.
But Lauren's perfect life isn't so perfect anymore. When Lauren failes an important pitch at work, someone keyes her car and she gets some random sex texts is soon looks like someone has it out for her. While she is trying to get to know what happened the attacks escalate, she loses her boyfriend and access to her credit cards and social media accounts as well.
The life Lauren knows is under attack and she will do anything to get it back.

This story has an exciting starting point, the heroine is under attack and it makes you wonder who is behind it. Unfortunately I guessed the culprit rather quickly even though there was a twist at the end.
Lauren, for me, wasn't a great character and the way she went over suspects  didn't feel like she was trying hard or she just focused on one person and was convinced he/she did it. Other characters fell a little blank and some parts of the story didn't feel realistic.
Overall the story did raise a question on putting our life on social media and  how safe is information and storage on technical devices.

A great thank you to the author Nora Valters, publisher Inkubator Books and NetGalley for a free electronic copy.

Do you ever have one of those days that are such a disaster you feel like there are evil forces at work? Mostly it’s just a bad day, but if it keeps happening, at what point do you begin to question if somebody might be out to get you.

Now You Know is a super fast paced psychological thriller, where the pages just turn themselves. You are compelled to keep reading as you get caught up into the story and your desperation reaches fevered pitched wondering how this is all going to unfold.

Nora Valters really puts poor Lauren through the wringer in this story. What starts off as some minor yet unsettling happenings, soon escalate into some horrifying ones. As each became worse than the last, I was like girl, what could you have possibly done to upset someone so bad!

This is my first book by Nora Valters. I really enjoyed how she was able to manipulate the reader, as she steers you in one direction, only to spin It around to another you least expect. I was really impressed with that given there are so few characters in the book to suspect.

All together this is a well written, thrilling read that will have you flipping the pages long into the night. Nora Valters is now on my radar and I will be looking forward to what her next book will bring.

Lauren's picture perfect life is quickly turned upside down in a matter of moments. She loses her fiancé, job, access to her bank accounts and is blasted on social media. Who could hate Lauren so much that they're determined to ruin her life? Lauren will do whatever it takes to find out.

There was no richness to this story...it was mostly just dialogue and very basic language. She got up. OMG! She walked to the kitchen. The writing seemed very juvenile, as did the overall plot. Also, so many unbelievable things happen. At one point Lauren's social media accounts are hacked and very hateful posts are made in her name. Without a second thought everyone in her life immediately believes she made these remarks. It doesn't seem very realistic that all her friends and family would find someone who doesn't normally speak like this guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. The ending was tied up very quickly and a bit too conveniently.

I'm giving this book 3 stars because it was very fast paced and the ending did surprise me.

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to NetGalley and Inkubator Books for the ARC.
