A Legacy Novel

She was once his liar.
He was once her savior.

Cross Donati fills his days with the mafia, family, and responsibility. The wild boy is a distant memory. A waiting prince now sits in his place. An old debt puts the gunrunner right back into the path of his past, but he only sees his future.

Every king needs a queen.

Catherine Marcello learned how to stand on her own, and she no longer needs saving. The sly girl is far more dangerous now. A broken promise taught her how to live again. One conversation puts the hustler face to face with her first love, but she only sees heartache.

Every God needs a prayer.

The scars of their history runs deep. Every lie told, and each secret spilled hurts a little bit more.

Love does not care.
Love will not wait.

So, why does life keep standing in the way?

It’s been seven years and it feels like no time has passed. Cross and Catherine couldn’t be further apart until a ‘chance’ meeting at Andino’s restaurant. Then it becomes obvious that although they haven’t seen each other in years, their hearts still beat as one.

Although I didn’t have much love for Catherine and her immaturity in book one, I loved her in book two! The author did a remarkable job of showcasing her growth and development. Her healing, her newfound lease on life, her new direction all helped to make her an easier character to love. She was so different it was as if I were being introduced to a new person. I appreciated the way the author re-created her and forced me to root for her continued progress. She went from functional junkie to diva in no time and I couldn’t be more proud of her.

Despite the barriers she threw up, her behavior, and her faults. Despite her, he was still there.
Waiting on her.
Wanting her.
Everyone had a better half.
Cross was most definitely hers.

Cross… Cross… mmmm… Cross! There aren’t enough words!! This man… I’ve loved him from the start. He was logical, controlled, and as determined as ever in this book, but I also got to see more of his heart. Oh boy, his heart was enormous! This man… who didn’t want to show his feelings to the world, but had no problem doing so for the one woman who OWNED him. Dammit, where are the men in the world like this?! I’m in love with this character. In love with the way he navigates through life, the way he views the world and the people on it, the way he adores his family, and the way he absolutely loves Catherine.

So when these two finally got on the same page, I was obviously beyond ecstatic. Here were two people who were flourishing in their illegal life full of their explosive love. My favorite character has always been the anti-hero, but I loved seeing an anti-heroine get her shine on here too. Gah, these two!! And that ending, which was really just a new beginning, made my heart race, sing, and had me grinning like a fool.

“That’s right, pray to me, babe. Kneel for me. Revere your king.”

“Who’s kneeling now, Cross?”
“Long live my Queen, Catherine.”

Revere was truly reverent in how it illustrated its characters. The plot was full of drama, angst, suspense, steamy times, and there was plenty of love to go around. I’ve said on many occasions that Bethany-Kris is a Queen when it comes to giving us incredible mafia romances and this time was no different. Freaking exceptional read!

ARC

Hallelujah! The Book Gods blessed me with an ARC of this book and I devoured this one!
First of all, Bethany-Kris, Thank you..thank you. This book was everything I wanted after the turmoil that was book 1.
Second, Its not always that you, as readers, feel like as if you've grown up along with the characters but in this series you feel that. Yes, I know it's only book 2 but that is the beauty of this book... it packs a punch and the feelings and emotions you felt when you read these book? Felt like a lifetime...in a good way. I loved this book so much guys!

Revere is a continuation of Cross and Catherine's love story. STOP.  Just a love love story? That sounds so frivolous doesn't it? If you've read the first book Always , you know that Cross and Catherine's love story isn't just any love story is it? Its a journey of growing up- with all it's 'beauty' of love, loyalty, inner battles of self harm and doubt and let's not forget, sacrifice.

Revere was beautiful!
Catherine is just as tenacious as ever. As I write this, I am beaming like a proud mama for Catherine's journey into recovery. I am so proud of her that she was able to crawl out of the darkness and stand with her head held high and stand with conviction and restraint. She is strong physically and most importantly mentally.

Cross is 26 years old in this book, he's just as cocky, just as hot, just as in love with Catherine as he was 7 years ago. For Cross, Catherine is and always will be his first love, last love, his dreams and nightmares. His everything.

I can't tell you how much feelings and emotions his love for Catherine invokes in me. It's the type where you weep for joy and die of envy cause you want the same type of love and devotion! hahaha!

Cross and Catherine's love is epic! It's crazy, amazing and like Catherine tells cross " It's easy, like breathing".

I could go on and on about how much I love this book but it just won't do any justice. I highly recommend you to read this epic love story that is the love between Cross and Catherine.
"We were everything that was real and good and true."
"You don't have to care. You don't even have to believe me, but she's the love of my life. Pull the trigger, but you'll put two in a grave, Dante. I'm literally betting my life on it right now"

Cross Donati & Catherine Marcello

Their saga continues...

And their love will never end...

It sounds like a fairytale BUT it's more of an existencial drama with a little bit of angst/anticipation and a lot of misunderstandings, secrets and lies between the characters out of various reasons, spanning from "wanting to protect the one you love, respecting the mafia code and wanting to prove the everlasting love against all odds while you hold your distance out of revere", well it kinda sets a high bar in the functionality department, hence the prolongued tension as we wait for the resolvement of the story...

Book 1 ends with the separation between Catherine and Cross in order for her to gain her balance and find her course again, fighting off the depression and pressure from doing the dealing behind her parents' back and her struggle to keep herself funkcioning while keeping secrets...and her final fallout/break down that almost ended fatally, she decided to wake up and get healthy again...
I'm so tired of it being dark there -it's always dark. I want to like who I am, and not depend on others to stand me up on my feet when I crash and burn. I want to be okay again.

and she was always hoping for Cross to be there, waiting, as they promised to each other.
Always.

But there was a threat made by Dante Marcello and battery and Cross had to walk away...staying away from Catherine for seven years...
Cross would love Catherine Marcello forever. Even if she didn't know. Even if she didn't care. Even id she didn't love him.

BUT she didn't know, in fact. She didn't know that her father made the threat that kept Cross away, she believed he left her. That he broke the promise.

And when the chance encounter happened between them, all the burried feelings of their passion and love awoke again as if they were never dormant, at all.
And after the clearance of all the secrets and misunderstanings, Cross and Catherine would embark into the most engulfing and overpowering relationship again, against all dangers, or disapprovals of her father...and Catherine will have to learn how to cope and deal with her problems, her communication and unspoken words, that eventually turn into lies and make the gaps of misunderstanding even deeper and graver...putting her in the strange alieneted conflict with her parents...and her mafia life.
You need to go home, Catherine, and learn how to handle things that make you uncomfortable. Learn how to work through them on your own. You have spent your entire life acting as the ideal daughter. You have avoided confrontation. You lied your way through relationships with people who love you. You've done these things simply so that you could pretend to be happy while keeping everyone else around you happy, too.

And basically, she needs to learn how to be herself. She needs to grow up in the most basic of ways, to love herself and respect the notion that she can't and she doesn't have to surpass either her mother or her father, yet she needs to find her own way in the mafia world, as she was born and bred in it. And once more, with Cross standing by her side, loving her, supporting her, fighting for her, will show her the true meaning of reverence.
You were the only thing in life I have ever believed in, waited for, cared about, and revered like my own personal God that would grant me salvation. It has always been only you.

Once again, the main character, Cross Donati, took over the spotlight for me and absolutely dominated the whole scene of this unraveling story of self-growth, self-acceptance, self-loving and practically survival in the ruthless mafia world.

Gah! I need Unruly: A Legacy Novel now!! Cross and Catherine are like Catherine's parents for me (Dante and Cat) - one of THE best mafia couples. My Queen of Mafia Romance does it again. Bethany gives us a story that's soooo good, I can't get enough. Cross and Catty have the kind of love that endures and is truly for always.

The growth of both of these characters, especially Catherine adds to the evolution of their love and the ties that keep them coming back to each other.

While this is book two of a trilogy, it can be read as a standalone. BUT I strongly recommend reading Always: A Legacy Novel first. You'll fall for this couple by just reading this book, but the first book show you just how deep and endless their love is.

Whilst I didn't think I could love Cross any more than I did in Always: A Legacy Novel I did. He was a cocky, arrogant little shit in Always, and although still arrogant in Revere - he totally grew into it and owned it. I adore him, I really do. He never ever gave up on Catherine (something I was all for him doing), his love never ever waivered and I love how he loved her, something I still feel she didn't deserve.

She sort of redeemed herself for me towards the end, but not enough for me to change my dislike for her. I hated how she treated Cross for all those years, given how she knew she was doing it and that it was all on her. I need to at least like the characters, I really couldn't find it in me to warm to her much.

And whilst I'm on the whole not liking characters ..... I was totally gutted at the turn Dante took. I loved him in his book, now not so much. Dante - you suck big hairy ones, you truly do.

I found myself quite anxious and uncomfortable with Catherine for a lot of this book which is why, despite the writing being stellar as always, I can't rate this higher.

Hoping the finale in the series turns it around for me.

*Received an alpha copy form the author!!!!*

A-freaking-MAZING. Once again, the author left me a sobbing mess, but for different reasons in this book. I'm not going to go too deep about the characters themselves right now because the first book isn't out yet, and I don't want to spoil anything from that book. But, once the first book comes out, I'll be back to add more to this and further explain why I adore Catherine and Cross. Needless to say though, I fell even more in love with them in this book. I also absolutely loved seeing little pieces of the other family members' lives in the story.

So, I'll just talk about my feels in this book. SO MANY FEELZZZZZZZZ. I was happy, angry, on the edge of my seat anxious, and just overall drowning in this book, and I did not want to come up for air. I put it down only to eat, sleep, and do stuff for those kids who kept calling me mommy. This book was everything I needed and wanted. The romance, the action, the secrets revealed, I loved all of it. I can't wait for everyone else to read this book.

UPDATE 10/15/17:
Ok, so I've waited as long as I can to talk more about this book. Cross. Omg, I fell in love with him all over again in this book. He was still wild and didn't give a shit, but he was smarter and knew when to fight his battles, and with whom to fight them. He still loved Catherine with a fierceness and it was a force to be reckoned with. She was everything to him and he would burn down the world to protect her.
Catherine's growth from book 1 had me loving her even more. She was strong and would not let anyone think for a second that they could mess with her. She told a lot of secrets in this book and set a lot of things straight and I was so proud of her for how she handled so many situations. She still loved her some Cross and their reunion was everything I wanted it to be and more.
Dante, Cal, Emma, and Catrina were the parents who just wanted to see their kids be everything they could be, but all realizing they had to let them go and let them fall where they may..
The ending, I was a mess. It was everything and I cannot wait for book 3.

4.5 “Promise.....Always” Stars

Cross Donati and Catherine Marcello........seven years later and their connection is alive and ever present. It’s been dormant, waiting for the right time to awake, and in Revere, their connection is as Always as it Always was.

Seven years and lots has happened for both Cross and Catherine. Catherine has been through a lot but has grown by leaps and bounds. With the help of a therapist, she has done what she promised Cross she would do...... learning to he honest and true to herself and to face her struggles with depression. And when confronted with Cross after all those years, her heart can’t help but fall exactly where it was all those years ago. They had a promise of forever and it is still alive.

Cross has continued on with his life but he has never forgotten the one and only love of his life, Catherine. Their love and connection is intense, all encompassing and forever. But being from two different crime families, things are never easy. Cross is still confident, arrogant and doing his Costra Nostra obligations. But Cross is about to learn a significant something that will forever change him.

Cross and Catherine are a couple that just click. With all the baggage that each carry, when they are together that baggage falls away and they work. It’s a love that started when they were 13 and 15. It’s a love that was destined and meant to be. But getting to a place of forever has lots of turmoil. Catherine’s family, especially for father, Dante Marcello, is not a fan of Cross. And Catherine hasn’t fully embraced all her therapeutic lessons, still not being completely truthful with her parents. But eventually the truth always comes out and when it does, Catherine shines.

I really loved this part of Cross and Catherine’s journey. There was love and intense passion, angst and trepidation, and famiglia. It was full of mafia life and the what was expected. But throughout the entire book, Catherine and Cross’s connection sizzled and sparked and came full circle. For each of them, the other is a place of peace, safety and love. They are a couple that I have grown to adore. Their history and their complete commitment to one another is captivating, beautiful, and revere.

I didn’t realize that there would be a 3rd book and that just makes me 🎉🎉🎉. I’m so looking forward to more Cross and Catherine in Unruly.

“She was life to him. She was his life.”

Can I have just a moment to take in the feels for this book? I've read this ages ago and it left me drained of emotional and mental thoughts and I was just left in a state of fog of Catherine + Cross.

I wasn't actually sure why I was so emotional when I started reading this book. It was brought on by the fact that I haven't gotten over with Always: A Legacy Novel and all the pent up emotions that I've thought I've already purged out of my system came roaring back with a vengeance, that even if the setting is years after that heartbreaking ending, and it feels like ages ago since I last read the first book, it still feels like yesterday. Like Cross and Catherine's feelings for each other.

Seriously, though. I cannot say enough words but this book is just perfect! It's everything I wanted and so much more and I cannot wait to read what will happen next to these two amazing characters! This book showed a different side of the mafia, it also showed so many characters that made me so excited that it was like a smorgasbord of happiness and emotions.

This is definitely an emotional read, but do not fret, because all the things la Famiglia are still here. Lovelovelove!

Revere follows Cross Donati and Catherine Marcello several years after Always. Though they've always felt that draw to one another they've spent the last several years apart, leading separate lives within their respective family's syndicate. They're brought together again by chance and an affair seems like the solution, at least for a time. As they rehash the time spent apart it is obvious they have grown and yet, they still fit together like two puzzle pieces. Two mafia children don't just get together though, there must be blood shed, favors, lies, and promises, and even then the love will need strength to survive. Cross and Catherine take on the battle of proving that the love they share really is for always.

"So much. Too much. Promises. Always."

Cross and Catherine are easily my favorite book couple of 2017. There is no such thing as easy romance between these two, but that's sort of why I like them. They have fights, they run and hide, they have mafia drama between their families, and they always have fiery passion and fierce love. Their romance and their lives as individuals feel realistic, for children born into mafia families that is. Revere, the second installment in the Cross + Catherine series by Bethany-Kris, is predominantly focused on the lives that Cross and Catherine lead separately after their separation at the end of Always. Time has passed and we are offered glimpses of what has happened in each character's life as they moved forward on their own. Nothing can keep these two apart though and when they come together again sparks fly just as they did when they were younger.

"Like crushed velvet and liquid gold. Silky, hot, and expensive. A cost she didn't know if she could afford. A cost like her heart."

Bethany-Kris shows off her versatility with this series, writing from the perspective of teenagers in the first release and then aging the writing style with the characters now in their mid twenties. Cross is as arrogant as ever, as he so likes to remind everyone, but he also shows his maturity through much of the novel. He is a made man, through and through, but he keeps his promises with a strength few characters ever have. Catherine, on the other hand, has changed drastically. She's independent, she's stubborn and show's strength she didn't previously have, but she's also still a scared young woman. Her life is marked by highs with Cross and lows without him, so it is no surprise that taking him on again presents a lot of confusion and trepidation for her. Revere is all about her growth, her embracing that the changes she has made have made her better able to take on a relationship with Cross again. Cross, though he still holds a large part of the story line, is in more a supportive role, proving to Catherine that when he said Always he meant it. I loved his scenes, there is so much action in this book that really gives it even more of the Mafia Romance vibes, but it is obvious he is focused on winning Catherine back from start to finish.

"Seven years was a long time to wait. She was ready to go home."

I really could say so much about the journey Revere takes you on, but as a reader you really should find out on your own. Bethany-Kris easily is my favorite organized crime/mafia genre author, she knows how to tell a story and bring it to life, bringing you into the character's world and spitting you out only when the story is complete. Revere was entertaining, action-packed, filled with drama, and has probably my favorite ending ever. Seriously, I looked at my boyfriend and told him to take notes as I read it out loud.

5+++++ STARS

This, for me, is Bethany-Kris’ best work yet. And I don’t say that lightly because I love every single work she has written. The Russian Gun series has always held that top spot and the Chicago War series is a very close second… but Cross and Catherine’s story? I have love for this series that I can’t even begin to comprehend.

And do you know what the best thing is? We still have one more Cross+Catherine book left. ~Do you know how happy that makes me?!~

Revere starts 7 years later. We’re not sure where these characters are in their lives and we don’t know what’s happened in the last 7 years. Revere was filled with so many elements that I thrive to read. We had the very epic love story between Cross and Catherine but we also had the characters individual story and growth too. On top of that, there are relationships in Revere that go through turbulence and standstills before they blow up or settle.

Yes, Revere was a love story but it was also a story about self discovery. And my girl Catherine really found her ground. I was so damn proud of her in Revere. She suffered a heck load in Always. She was lost and was spiraling into darkness she felt she couldn’t get out of. But in Revere, Catherine is an entirely different person but also the same girl we once knew. But she’s more aware, brave and confident. Catherine is still the sly girl, but she’s not the lying girl we once knew. Let’s just say this: the character development of Catherine Marcello was so inspiring. We witnessed Catherine go into Depression and we witness Catherine try to better herself and come to terms with a lot of things she tried to cover.

I think that was one of the main reasons why I love and am loving this series… there’s some light being shed on mental illness and how the mind is a very sensitive thing, especially in the world Catherine is growing up in. It added a whole other level to the story – a sort of realness that I find is usually missing in a lot of stories.

And now, we have Cross Donati. My goodness… I didn’t think I would love a character as much as I love Cross The man is the definition of arrogant. He is also an example of how a man should treat a woman. He worshipped the ground Catherine walked on. He made sure whatever he did Catherine was okay with it first and foremost. He ~ALWAYS~ put Catherine first. Cross Donati was a fucking sweetheart. He understood Catherine and Catherine understood Cross. They were both destined to be with each other no matter what obstacle came their way. It never stopped them from being together. Sure, it put space between them but their hearts were always connected one way or another. I absolutely adored their relationship. There is this one scene in particular that made my heart ache in the best possible way and I CRIED! I cried because of how much love oozed out of this scene and that has never happened to me before. This particularly scene…. Guys this scene made me shed tears. It was so freakin’ beautiful. This scene really highlighted how much they loved each other and how much they knew each other. It is truly an epic love story.

Other relationships are put to the test in Revere. Cross and Dante’s relationship was very volatile in Always… but it reaches another level in Revere. Catherine and her Parents relationship, especially Dante’ is also put to the test. And so is Cross and Calisto’s. There was also some action and thrill in Revere that was equally exhilarating as it was terrifying. You’re sitting on the edge, holding your breath… it was movie worthy action.

Revere is one of my favourite reads of the year. (as is Always). Cross and Catherine’s story has touched me in ways I haven’t had books do in so long. Bethany knows how to evoke such strong emotion with her effortless writing and strong characters. Her story telling is addictive. Revere is a story about a love that grew tenfold and was unbreakable. It followed two families and the turbulence they faced. Revere followed the relationship of a couple that knew they were it for each other even when they were separated for years, even when the world was against them. That was the level of belief they had in each other. And that’s the type of story you want to read, trust me on that.

A continuation of Cross and Catherine's story

Years have passed since the end of book one.......

Catherine has pulled herself out of the black hole she was sinking in and she has worked very hard at trying to center herself.

Cross has been keeping himself busy with business over the years, but now he is questioning everything after he finds out he has been lied to his whole life by the people he cares about the most. Cross has learned the Calisto is his biological father.

Cross comes to Andino Marcello's restaurant for a meeting and he sees none other than Catherine sitting there looking as beautiful as ever.

Catherine feels him before she sees him, it has been so many years but that's all it takes is one chance encounter and years of supressed feelings come rushing back.

Their love can not be denied their hearts and souls are entwined to one another, He has promised to love her Always.

This story was fantastic and I love seeing all the other characters in this book. As always the writing is effortless and Bethany-Kris has done it once again!

Can't wait for the next book in the series

As usual Bethany-Kris is ALWAYS consistent with her work as one of my favorite authors I know I can count on her to always keep me entertained, invested and obsessed!
Catherine has grown SO much since book one and I loved her! She acknowledged her mistakes and took responsibility, Cross was as usual so perfect but I also saw the growth in him. I'm so excited for #Unruly book 3!! I could never get enough of them. I love how deeper both of them are getting into the business and I can't wait to see how that goes. I am also getting really interested in the secondary characters, I'm so excited for the future books!

*** 4. 75 / 5 Stars ***

Revere is one of those books that leave your heart in a vice, grips it with such force it drags you to your knees. Mind. Blown. Revere is a masterpiece in itself, finding light in the darkness. Cross and Catherine have that forever kind of love, love that never dies.

Bethany-Kris's best yet.

her whisper teased along his lips. “forever is waiting.” “catherine, don’t you know? my forever has always been with you.”

they’re everything…all their different stages of their relationship even when they weren’t together. cal, dante, and cross has to be one of my favourite father, father in law, and son dynamics. thoroughly very entertaining + dante and catherine have one of the sweetest father daughter dynamics as well

This story is by far one of the most emotional and personal stories I’ve read by Bethany-Kris. Emotional and personal for me because the Marcello boys (Lucian, Dante, and Gio) are PARENTS of ADULT children (I’ve known Lucian since age 7!!). As a reader you feel as if you’re in a time machine! I remember when Lucian, Dante, Gio, Theo, and Tomas (among a few) stepped up in the family business! I’m so in my feelings with experiencing the Marcello Clan and the Chicago clan evolving. “Watching” their kids take over the business is like WOW! Another emotional component is reliving a bit of Calisto and Emma’s story which broke my heart all over again.

In the sequel of this amazing trilogy, seven years have come and gone. Catherine (Dante and Catrina’s daughter) and Cross (Emma and Alfonso’s son) have suffered greatly! Oh my word  have they SUFFERED! My heart wept for the two. The scenes are incredibly poignant. Catherine’s grief is so authentic! As scars are laid bare and truths are revealed, can all be forgiven? Grudges and hate between the two families are based on secrets, scars, and lies....what will happen once the truth is revealed? I love those scenes sooooo hard! Those dark times are reflected so beautifully!

The mafia life is HARD.  This trilogy proves it without a doubt.  The darkness, the intrigue, and the betrayal impact the characters in this trilogy in ways you can’t imagine. Bethany-Kris deserves huge kudos for respectfully incorporating mental illness and its effects throughout the story. Well played, my girl! Well played!

Cross, Catherine, Zeke, and Andino mature beautifully in their roles.  We see more of their individual personalities in this installment. Especially with Zeke...dude is ride or DIE regardless of the odds with his friend, Cross. Their friendship warms my soul. Last, Kris proves time and space mean absolutely NADA when true love is in the mix! Cross and Catherine are amazing characters and I can’t wait to see what’s next for the two!

This is definitely a story you will “feel”!

Five stars!

This was a beautiful story. Even the beginning of the first book it show much Cross and Catherine loved each other from the a young age. In with time between them it still held. The one thing I could take away from this story is that we are product of our parents. It made me think , with a son graduating this year, I hope that I'm proud of him no matter what. If. and when you read this series you'll understand where I'm going with this.

Still is Cross is the best kind of character. Strong, caring, and ruthless. Who can also be arrogant with a big ego who knows it. He lets Catherine be her and calling on her sh*t. Loves her faults and imperfection. Just her.

Lies...
They surround you, they keep you calm...
Until one day they nearly kill you...

Revere by Bethany-Kris is part two of Cross and Cathrine’s story. It starts some years later after the event of the first part.

Cross is a made man, a gunrunner working mostly in Chicago. Cathrine is calmer now. She learnt to save herself.

They meet, they talk, they want to be together.

But no matter what they have their own demons. Lies that can destroy them and everyone around them.

Their families and lifestyle is not of great help as well. But they deserve stately want to be together no matter the consequences.

I loved this book. I’m a huge fan of Bethany’s work and the story of Cross and Cathrine is one of my favorite. I loved the character development and I’m so grateful to Bethany that she managed to show not only their adulthood but teenage years as well.

Bethany in her own unique style managed to create a whole work full of everything we look for in books. All interested in mafia book - this is a huge must!!!

ARC was provided to me by the wonderful author Bethany-Kris in exchange for an honest review.

I spent the entire day entrenched in this story. When you start book 1, always, you will want to go straight into Revere to see how Cross & Catherine end up.

Wow, what a wild ride. First off, huge props to Catherine for the self growth. I hated my favorite MC Dante (Catherine’s father) while he was trying to control her. Just like Cat, I felt as though Dante was ruining her life.

I loved the make up scene and Dante’s apology to Cross because if anyone deserved to grovel it was Dante. While he didn’t necessarily “grovel” to Cross, he did admit he was wrong.

I felt so bad for Catherine this entire time. I also don’t like that Cross broke up with her and just left her. Sure Catherine said it was good and that she needed it but no. Sorry but if someone loves you, they won’t abandon you for 6 years. I wish we could have had some more discussion about the 6 year separation because it really bothered me.

Still, I definitely recommend this series although it frustrates me to no end. There are moments you want to pull your hair out.

I can’t believe BK is able to interconnect so many stories and so many characters! The fact that her “worlds” have so many diverse stories and characters blows my mind.
