I can’t say enough good things about this book. Best book I’ve read (completed?) this year. A workbook and a hug. Forgiveness is radical. Grateful for this book and(!!!) grateful to have grown from brutal experiences.

This is the best book on forgiveness I've read so far! Cohen's therapist background gives gentle insights on working through emotions and finding the way to a new daily mindset and positive behaviors. The reflection questions, exercises, and space for writing helped me get unstuck on past injustices and find a way forward. I know I'll be going back to this resource time and again.
