Gage
Another intense chapter in Terk’s fight to uncover the details and culprits behind the attack on himself and his team.
With Terk’s unwavering support and assistance, Gage has finally healed enough to come out of his healing coma and join the few remaining members of the team that are somewhat healthy. Everyone is still at a loss to figure out who is behind the attacks that keep coming. Despite the threads of clues they’ve uncovered, more bodies than answers are the norm as the enemy cleans up after themselves, wiping out any witnesses.
Lorelei, who is one of the admins and is also injured, contacts Terk who decides to bring her back to their temporary headquarters to keep her safe. She became concerned for Gage, who she has a connection with, when she heard about the attack. Now she needs him and Terk’s team to stay safe.
I love the mystery and intrigue surrounding the group as well as their unique skills to give them an added advantage in taking out the bad guys around the world. There are a lot of minute details to keep the reader on their toes hoping to get a hint of what is coming next. It’s a race against whoever is behind all of the chaos to find and get a hold of one of their attacker’s operatives to get answers before they are disposed of.
I thoroughly enjoy the suspense and mayhem involved here. The twists and turns surrounding the information they are able to uncover just adds to the puzzle. We get a little closer each time they capture and interrogate a hitman, but as each question gets answered and the witness is killed, the more question there are. Its crazy but so exciting! I love this!

If you haven't read the other books in this series, STOP, go back and read them first. This book starts where the last one left off. Gage is now awake although he's still not at full power. He's just spoken with Damon, Tasha and they introduced him to Sophia, who is Wade's partner. Terkel has just joined them when he gets a text, from a Lorilei. The name doesn't click until Gage says they all do, she worked with them through the government. As soon as Terk texts her back his phone rings and he's given a series of numbers to type in. Then they are connected on a secure line.
Lorilei doesn't know exactly what's going on, but she arrived in Manchester the day the team went down and the following day she was in an accident that put her in the hospital until now. Now her hotel room is bugged and she's not safe. She still has all her government clearances though so that's a plus.
Although Gage doesn't want her put in more danger, the only option for her is to stay with them. They don't have resources to guard her otherwise. Plus they could always use the extra help especially with her access.
Gage and Terk went to meet up with Merk and end up in an attempted ambush. Fortunately they get a prisoner out of it. The information they gather isn't unexpected but it's even more concerning because of Lorilei.
Gage is slowly admitting he's in love with Lorilei. They've been sort of working toward it for a while but while Gage was working with the team he thought more to protect her.
The threats to her lead to some very interesting encounters, and a premonition from Terk.
I found myself holding my breath a lot as this story continues. They really need answers but until they get ahold of someone higher up that's not happening.
So much happens in this book, I really love Gage and Lorilei they are perfect together. I really can't wait for the next book in this series. The lead in at the end just has me wanting more.

This is the third exciting book in Dale Mayer's "Terkel's Team" series.
Terkel (Terk) led a team of highly trained ex navy SEALS, they had worked for the government and they had each been head hunted for their special gifts, they all had psychic powers, they were able to communicate at a higher level and transfer energy when needed. The team had been disbanded but someone had tried to wipe them out, someone perhaps with powers similar to their own. Terk had survived and his team buddies had various level of injuries, Terk's transfer of his energy was slowly bringing them to consciousness one by one.
Gage was the latest team member to regain some of his powers and when a message came through from Lorelai warning that they were in danger he was immediately alert. Lorelai and Gage had been friends for a while and both had wanted to take it further until Gage was badly injured. Lorelai worked for the government, she wanted to meet them but could she be trusted ? the team suspected that the government could be behind the attempted annihilation.

Unfortunately, none of them are functioning at 100%. They cannot fully us their special senses or skills, and their energy level is very low.
Also, at this point, two women hackers have survived several death attempts. They live in the compound with the team. They are using their computer skills to help them uncover who is trying to kill them.
Gate, the newest member to recover, had met Lorelei before he was attacked. At that time, he was strongly attracted to her but refused to date her due to his dangerous job. However, Lorelei is in the hospital because she has been injured in an automobile accident. Gate and the team get her out of the hospital when they realize that her accident was not really an accident. They bring her back to their compound to help her heal and to keep her safe.
Thus begins an exciting plot full of nonstop action and suspense. Everyone in the compound is in constant danger from an unknown assailant, especially Gage and Lorelei. The author purposely gives clues that lead the reader to wrong conclusion.
Also, there is a surprise ending where the author introduces the next man to wake up from his coma. We get to learn some interesting facts about his situation and his life.
I cannot wait to read it!

Gage hadn't told the team that he was going to meet up with Lorelei after they were disbanded as they wanted to see if the sparks between them over the last few years were real. Lorelei was in Manchester hoping to run into Gage but a car accident sent her to hospital with an injured leg and when Terk contacted her she discovered what had happened to the others and realised it was no accident and was probably related to the attempt to totally wipe out his entire team. Gage convinces her to live in their temporary headquarters where she discovers that Gage hadn't contacted her because he couldn't. Now Gage is on the mend he is determined to keep her safe but that is not easy because the attacks on her continue to keep coming.
I enjoyed this story which had lots of drama and danger towards the team but in particular Lorelei who had a baptism of fire in their special abilities. I love the way that Gage was able to keep her alive and the way that there had to be a connection path between them first. This was easy to read and become caught up in the story so you needed to find out what will happen next. Contains a little sexual content.

This is the third book in the Terkel Team series. Terkel’s team worked for the government in a black ops team. As soon as the team was disbanded there was an attack on the team as well as their support team in the government. Slowly members of Terk’s team are recovering from the attack, and as they recover, they find that they can’t avoid the relationships that they had put on hold. None of the men wanted a relationship because they thought their job would put the women in danger. Now it’s too late, the women they tried to protect are in danger. Terkel's team needs to find out who is behind the attack, so they can stop having to look over their shoulder. In this book, Lorelei planned to get together with Gage when she heard that the team was disbanded. That doesn't go as planned when Lorelei is his by a car. When Gage finds out about the accident, he can't believe that her attack isn't related to the attack on their team. Although each story in the series moves the reader closer to finding out who’s behind the attack, I love the originality of the plots and the brave women whose skills in computer hacking are vital to the team's protection.

Gage is glad to be alive but isn't happy to only be at fifty percent in his abilites.He knows that Terkel is the reason he survived the attack. And Terk is using slot of his energy helping him heal and keep the rest of his team alive.When a call comes in and Terk dials slot of numbers Lorelei asks Terk if he's heard from Gage she's back looking for him she has to know if he's ok.She also said someone ran her down when she stepped off the curb an she really doesn't think it was an accident she just got out of the hospital. This story is full of suspense,full of hot guys with psychic abilities and some finding the love of their lives with the women they had planned on seeing when they got home.The story has so many twists an turns you will be riveted until the very last page an leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the story to life an you can feel the characters emotions an their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.I voluntarily decided to review this advanced reader copy because its a great suspense filled psychic thriller with romance too and I wanted other avid suspense readers to know its so worth reading.

Gage is thankful to be awake, but he wishes he were fully healed. His energy is so drained that his leg is giving him issues. However, that doesn’t stop him from going with Terk after Lorelei calls to say she’s in the area…and has been hurt.
Lorelei was concerned after hearing Terk’s team was down…and she hadn’t heard from Gage. She was hoping they could finally get together after their mission. But someone has other plans and hurts that team. And now, it seems they are coming after her as well.
Terkel has a team that has unique skills. Paranormal skills. After being attacked and drained on a psychic field, most were in comas. Slowly, they are coming out and ready to fight again…the best they can with their low energy. As each one comes out of the coma…there seems to be the perfect woman there to greet them. TW//CW brutaility, death, kidnapping, murder, violence
A 3.5 stars read.
It's the third book from this paranormal romantic suspense series, and it continue where it left off from the previous book and still figuring out who's behind the attack of the team, so it's definitely not a standalone.
I expected more action and more psychics action with this book and so glad I got all of that even though not as much as I'd wanted to, well they're injured and trying to heal so yeah I understand, but still the psychics elements always fascinating and I think it's so cool and scary if people really can do what they do. Aside from the cool stuff, there are plot holes that a bit bothering me. Also I'm not a big fan of Lorelei, I just can't connect with her character, I found her kinda annoying most of the time. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and devoured in short amount of time and you should try read this series if you're looking for a fun romantic suspense read with psychics powers and lots of actions.

Gage had personal plans in place when the government let Terk's team go. However, an attack was not part of that plan. The team was viciously attacked and Lorelei as well even though she was not part of the team. She was a part of Gage's personal plan that he wasn't able to carry out with his serious injuries. Reasons galore but few answers as the search goes on in book #3 to find out just who is trying to take out Terk's team and associates. The characters are wonderful and it's nice to watch the relationships grow. Each is introduced with their own story which is satisfying and the mystery thread continues in each book. Well done and an enjoyable read. Calum is introduced in this story with family and the next book is about him. Sounds exciting!

I really enjoyed reading Gages goal .

Lorelei and Gage had planned to spend time together after the team was disbanded but the team was attacked and then Lorelei was injured . After Lorelei reaches out to Gage and Terk they bring her in to try to keep her safe . The group is working together to catch whoever is behind these attacks and stop them . It never seemed to be the right time for Gage to explore his feelings for Lorelai and the attack on his team certainly didn’t help. Although he is still not 100% he has made huge strides when she contacts him to tell him she was in an accident which they believe could be something more nefarious.
Lorelai is feeling unsettled after her accident so when she contacts Gage, and he suggests that she stay with him and the team she agrees. Her feelings for Gage have always run much deeper than friends and co-workers but they soon find out that the threat is far from over and she isn’t the only one in jeopardy.

When Lorelei gets tangled up in the mess with Terk’s team because of her association with Gage, it gets real with her when there is an attempt on her life. She contacts Terk and meets up with him and Gage, both determine her life is in danger and bring her back to their warehouse to protect her. Their bond strengthens while together and the attacks keep coming, specifically at Lorelei and Gage will have to use his abilities to save the woman he loves.
I enjoyed these two, no miscommunications, no drama, accepting their connection right away. There’s some steam, suspense, good characters and a mystery that still needs to be solved as to who is behind the attacks and why.

Full on suspense and tension from the get go in this story. Fabulous characters and multi layer plot that sometimes seems almost bazaar, how are the bad guys, bad guys always in the right place at the right to take out their own people? I think there must be trackers on the good guys, they just haven't found them yet. Poor Gage though knowing something is coming what a scary thing to deal with when you can't share with the one you most want too. Interesting and exciting book and series, it's certainly a bit different from a lot of books of this sort, the psychic element just blows your mind at times. Loved it, even when my heart was racing. As more members of the team recover enough to rejoin the team, they are finding that they all kept a part of their life separate from the others. For Gage, Lorelie and him had planned to meet up once the team was disbanded. But then circumstances kept them apart. Now that they've met up again, he learns of her car accident. The only question is, was it on purpose or truly an accident? The action for this series is definitely picking up in this story along with the suspense, and we get to know the abilities of the team members a little more. For every answer the team manages to uncover, there are so many more questions. I can't wait to see what happens next.

The Terkel's Team series continues to get better with Gage's Goal that immediately pulled me right into the middle of all that was happening and kept me on the razor's edge until I read the last word with unforgettable characters and an action-packed story that had suspense, drama and so much more. I loved the undeniable attraction and chemistry between Gage and Lorelei and was rooting for their HEA. If you love can't-put-down military romance, don't miss this book by gifted author Dale Mayer. Gage is the next member of Terkel"s team to emerge from a coma caused by an attack on their psychic abilities. No one can figure out who or what caused this. Gage finds out that Lorelei, his love interest, has been injured in a hit and run driver leaving her for dead. Gage finds her and takes her to Terkel's safe house. Lots more attempts on her life cause problems for everyone at the safe house. This story kept my attention.

Gage is the next team meber to rejoins his team but finds a new addition there - a blast from his past. Lorelei and Gage were planning on meeting up but hell broke out first.
Lorelei was worried about Gage didn't know if he was alive or not. Finding him again she was not letting go.

Gage comes out of his coma and immediately goes with Terk to see Lorelei. She has moved into a hotel as she does not feel safe at home. She was hit by a car and was hospitalized so reached out to Gage. She overheard something at work about wiping out Terk's entire unit. As each of the guys come out of their coma they are reunited with a significant other. This makes it harder to protect everyone but also gives them help trying to figure out what is going on and who is responsible for it.

The next installment of the Terkel”s Team series packs a real punch. Gage is just coming around after the attack on the team when he finds out that Lorelei is recovering from an accident of her own. But someone is not finished with her and they keep trying to kill her. Gage just hopes he has regained enough of his strength that he can keep Lorelei alive so they can have the life together that they were both hoping for before the attack.

Gage is finally out of the coma, and he's ready to help find those responsible for the attack on the team. Lorelei worked for the government, and was Gages contact. When Terk gets a message from Lorelei telling him they are all in danger, he calls to find out what she's talking about.
From that point on, the story is fast paced and full of danger and drama.
Lorelei is in as much danger as the rest of the team, so naturally she is brought into the fold with them, to keep her safe.
Another winning read in the series! Loved my read, and can't wait to see what happens in the next novel.

I can’t get enough of this series. Up next is Gage, out of his coma in the last book and ready to help the team to sort out who is after them. Lorelei has just come out of hospital after someone targeted her and ran her over. Meeting Gage again is a good thing but she needs to be hidden.The bad guys are getting ever closer and there is a surprise for the team. I can’t wait for each of the teams books and we finally find out who the antagonist is in the whole story. So looking forward to the next one.

I loved how Gage also had plans to meet up with Lorelei after their team was due to be disbanded, it showed they were also looking at life after the team, but also that no one so far got to do what they wanted. Now Lorelei is with Gage and the others but she is vulnerable as she has also been injured but they don't know if her accident is connected or if the same bad guys are after them. You get strong women, alpha men as well as twists and danger as well as a deadly shoot out along with a surprise towards the end!!. Gage awakes from his coma to find that his CIA contact Lorelei has been in a hit and run accident. She is banged up pretty bad and someone is still after her. The group takes her in to keep her safe. They face more danger while trying to chase down leads on who is behind these attacks. This book has all the action, drama and thrills and even a little romance. I volunteered to read this book via Booksprout.

Terkels Team has special capabilities. All related to energy, psychic abilities. The team was being disbanded, so they were told. Then all out blitz occurred. Each story is a different team member starting to awaken and be part of the group. Gages story was a lot of action, little respite. A quick read, plenty of action, page turner. Gage has rejoined the team and comes face to face with a woman he was hoping to connect with. Lorelei is in danger. The people out to get the team aren't letting up. There's a ton of action and suspense. We are getting closer to answers. I was on the edge of my seat with this one. There was also a couple jaw dropping surprises! I can't wait for Calum's book.. Gage had plans to hook up with Lorelei after the team was 'retired', but it seems that wasn't to happen due to a major attack on the team trying to take them out completely. Terk was in communication with Lorelei and determined she needed immediate protection so bright her back to the team's hidden operation. Lorelei and Gage picked up where they left off but Lorelei continues to be attacked and if Gage can't hold on this last attack may be the end of Lorelei.

This is a fast-paced storyline full of action and intrigue. If you like romance, suspense, drama, and mystery with hot alpha males and strong heroines, this is a good book for you! The characters are well developed and captivating. The twist and turns will keep your interest and have you turning pages. I look forward to reading the next book.
